Abstract

Abstrak: Nusa Tenggara Timur memiliki kekayaan alam dan juga keanekaragaman budaya serta adat istiadat seperti provinsi lain di Indonesia. Keanekaragaman tersebut diantaranya adalah keanekaragaman budaya, alam, kuliner serta peninggalan-peninggalan sejarah yang sangat kental dengan adat serta tradisi-tradisi yang masih dijalankan oleh masyarakat hingga saat ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Kampung Adat Tutubhada Desa Rendu Tutubhada Kecamatan Aesesa Selatan Kabupaten Nagekeo. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, di sini peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen kunci. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kampung adat Tutubhada memiliki potensi wisata seperti, bangunan rumah adat yang masih asli, benda-benda peninggalan sejarah disetiap rumah adat dikampung adat Tutubhada, serta mempunyai ritual-ritual adat serta atrakasi-atraksi, seperti, tinju adat, tarian, potong kerbau, dan masih banyak lagi, serta hasil karya kerajinan tangan masyarakat Tutubhada yang mempunyai daya tarik wisata. Kampung Adat Tutubhada memiliki potensi wisata kebudayaan berupa bangunan megalitikum yang masih asli.Abstract: East Nusa Tenggara has natural wealth and also cultural diversity and customs like other provinces in Indonesia. This diversity includes cultural, natural, culinary, and historical relics that are very thick with customs and traditions that are still run by the community to this day. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The research was conducted in Kampung Adat Tutubhada Rendu Tutubhada Village, South Aesesa District of Nagekeo Regency. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation, here researchers act as key instruments. Data analysis is carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the traditional village of Tutubhada has tourism potential such as, traditional house buildings that are still original, historical relics in every traditional house in the Tutubhada traditional village, and has traditional rituals and attractions, such as, customary boxing, dance, buffalo cutting, and many more, as well as the handicrafts of the Tutubhada people who have tourist attractions. Kampung Adat Tutubhada has the potential of cultural tourism in the form of megalithic buildings that are still original.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tradisi dan adat-istiadat masyarakat asli Kore di tengah masyarakat Suku Mbojo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan desain entografi dalam metode penelitian kualitatif. Fenomena khas yang akan diteliti hanya ada di Suku Kore. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Data akan dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi dan adat-istiadat masyarakat asli Kore masih dipertahankan sampai sekarang, terdapat unsur budaya benda dan unsur budaya tak benda. Unsur budaya benda diantaranya peninggal berupa Uma Raja (rumah kerajaan) yang menjadi kediaman keturunan asli Kore, benteng, makam kono, makan kerajaan, bendera kerjaan Sanggar, dan tempat-tempat pemujaan yang dianggap sakral. Unsur budaya tak benda berupa bahasa Kore, Legenda La Hami Kore, Hikayat Dae La Minga, atraksi berupa Mpa'a Kapodo, Mpa'a Sampari, Mpa'a Gantao, Buja kadanda, music berupa Hadrah Rebana, biola gambo. Lagu: Inde ndua, Waro, Wala-wala, Manu Vinem Taloko, rangko, Janga Ile, cake, gele, tarian berupa Tari Inde Ndua, Tari Cake-cake, Tari Toja, dan Tari Wura Bongi Monca. Tradisi sosial yang ada pada Suku Kore adalah Ngaha Dana, Salunga oha, Pacoa Jara, Nggalo, dan Ngguda. Upacara Ritual berupa upacara ufi untuk pengobatan sakit tertentu, tolak bala, dan ndewa (tarian tradisional) untuk minta hujan, cari orang hilang, dal lain-lain.Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the traditions and customs of the indigenous Kore people in the Mbojo Tribe community. This research uses an ethnography approach and design in qualitative research methods. The typical phenomenon to be studied exists only in the Kore Tribe. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation. The data will be analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The results showed that the traditions and customs of the indigenous Kore people are still maintained today, there are elements of material culture and elements of intangible culture. Cultural elements of objects include the death of the Uma Raja (royal house) which is the residence of the original descendants of Kore, fortifications, kono tombs, royal meals, sanggar work flags, and places of worship that are considered sacred. Intangible cultural elements in the form of Kore language, Legend of La Hami Kore, Hikayat Dae La Minga, attractions in the form of Mpa'a Kapodo, Mpa'a Sampari, Mpa'a Gantao, Buja kadanda, music in the form of Hadrah Tambourine, violin gambo. Songs: Inde ndua, Waro, Wala-wala, Manu Vinem Taloko, rangko, Janga Ile, cake, gele, dance in the form of Inde Ndua Dance, Cake-cake Dance, Toja Dance, and Wura Bongi Monca Dance. The social traditions that exist in the Kore Tribe are Ngaha Dana, Salunga oha, Pacoa Jara, Nggalo, and Ngguda. Ritual Ceremonies in the form of ufi ceremonies for the treatment of certain illnesses, tolak bala, and ndewa (traditional dances) to ask for rain, search for missing persons, dal others.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penulisan menyajikan konsep ke-Indonesia-an secara menyeluruh sejak sebelum merdeka hingga setelah kemerdekaan. Mengkaji sistem sosial budaya Indonesia zaman penjajahan Belanda dan setelah kemerdekaan dari konsep masyarakat mejemuk dan masyarakat multikultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan library research. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan dokumentasi berupa buku, makalah, artikel, dan jurnal relevan. Analisis data menggunakan content analysis, untuk mendapatkan infensi valid dan dapat diteliti kembali berdasarkan konteksnya. Pengecekan antar pustaka dan membaca kembali pustaka dilakukan guna menjaga keaslian dan kesalahan hasil kajian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada masa penjajahan Belanda selalu diupayakan memperkuat dan membentuk lagi masyarakat Indonesia berdasarkan habituasi masing-masing antar suku, budaya, agama, dan adat-istiadat. Belanda menggunakan potensi yang ada dalam masyarakat untuk memperkuat maksud tertentu, hingga mengarahkan masyarakat Indonesia memperkuat kemajemukan. Masyarakat majemuk merupakan suatu masyarakat yang hidup secara berkelompok secara terpisah berdasarkan suku, agama, ras dan kelas sosial dengan corak khas tertentu. Rasialis menjadi hal yang dilestarikan dalam masyarakat majemuk secara mendasar. Masyarakat multikultural adalah suatu kondisi masyarakat majemuk yang telah tercapai sebuah keteraturan dan keharmonisan dalam masyarakat, dengan banyaknya diferensiasi sosial masyarakat tercipta suatu keharmonisan, saling menghargai, kesederajatan dan mempunyai kesadaran tanggungjawab sebagai satu kesatuan.Abstract: The purpose of writing presents the concept of Indonesia as a whole from before independence until after independence. Reviewing the Indonesian socio-cultural system during the Dutch colonial era and after independence from the concept of a rich society and multicultural society. This study uses library research. Data is collected using documentation in the form of books, papers, articles, and relevant journals. Data analysis uses content analysis, to obtain valid inferences and can be re-examined based on the context. Checking between libraries and rereading libraries is done to maintain the authenticity and errors of the study results. The results showed that during the Dutch colonial period was always sought to strengthen and reshape Indonesian society based on their respective habituation between tribes, cultures, religions, and customs. The Dutch used the potential in society to strengthen certain intentions, to direct the Indonesian people to strengthen diversity. Compound society is a society that lives in groups separately based on ethnicity, religion, race, and social class with a certain distinctive pattern. Racists are fundamentally preserved in compound society. A multicultural society is a condition of compound society that has been achieved a regularity and harmony in society, with much social differentiation of the community created a harmony, mutual respect, equality and awareness of responsibility as a whole.

Abstract

Abstrak: Workshop bertujuan merancang nilai-nilai etika digital berbasis budaya lokal yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kehidupan kampus. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 20 peserta, terdiri dari 10 mahasiswa dan 10 dosen dari lima perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Mataram. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pengantar teori, diskusi kelompok, analisis studi kasus, serta simulasi implementasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu merumuskan nilai-nilai inti seperti sopan santun, gotong royong, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab dalam komunikasi digital. Selain itu, strategi implementasi yang diusulkan mencakup pelatihan etika digital, pembentukan kode etik komunikasi kampus, dan promosi nilai-nilai etika melalui media sosial. Evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan peserta yang tinggi, dengan mayoritas merasa siap untuk mengadopsi hasil workshop dalam kehidupan kampus. Pembahasan mendalami relevansi nilai-nilai lokal dengan tantangan komunikasi digital saat ini, mengacu pada teori etika digital dan budaya lokal. Pendekatan kolaboratif yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan dosen terbukti efektif dalam merancang nilai-nilai yang aplikatif. Namun, keberhasilan jangka panjang membutuhkan komitmen institusi untuk monitoring, evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan implementasi. Nilai-nilai etno-digital ethics memiliki potensi besar untuk membangun komunikasi digital yang lebih etis dan memperkuat kepercayaan sosial di lingkungan kampus. Diperlukan langkah strategis dan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan implementasi nilai-nilai ini.Abstract: The workshop aims to design digital ethical values based on local culture that can be integrated into campus life. This activity involved 20 participants, 10 students, and 10 lecturers from five private universities in Mataram City. The implementation method includes an introduction to theory, group discussion, case study analysis, and implementation simulation. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to formulate core values such as good manners, cooperation, honesty, and responsibility in digital communication. In addition, the proposed implementation strategy includes digital ethics training, the establishment of a campus communication code of ethics, and the promotion of ethical values through social media. The evaluation showed a high level of participant satisfaction, with the majority feeling ready to adopt the workshop results in campus life. The discussion explored the relevance of local values to the current challenges of digital communication, referring to the theory of digital ethics and local culture. A collaborative approach involving students and lecturers has proven effective in designing applied values. However, long-term success requires institutional commitment to monitoring, evaluation, and implementation sustainability. The conclusion is that the values of ethno-digital ethics have great potential to build more ethical digital communication and strengthen social trust in the campus environment. Strategic steps and ongoing support are needed to ensure the implementation of these values.

Abstract

Wawasan Nusantara pada Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memiliki peran penting dalam membangun kesadaran dan pemahaman yang kuat tentang digital culture sebagai pilar ke dua literasi digital Kominfo guna mengatasi perundungan siber di Indonesia. Melalui pemahaman yang mendalam tentang wilayah, budaya, nilai-nilai Pancasila, kebhinekaan, dan identitas Indonesia, generasi muda akan lebih memiliki rasa cinta dan kebanggaan terhadap bangsa serta identitas nasionalnya. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini  untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dan Wawasan Nusantara untuk meraih Indonesia bebas dari perundungan siber melalui digital culture. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kepustakaan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang membangun karakter bangsa melalui digital culture untuk menghadapi tantangan perundungan siber. Data-data yang digunakan dalam artikel ini diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan analisis kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia terkait dengan Wawasan Nusantara pada pendidikan kewarganegaraan dan perundungan siber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejahatan siber, termasuk perundungan siber, diangkat sebagai isu serius yang dapat merugikan kesejahteraan dan kesehatan mental korban, serta mempengaruhi stabilitas sosial dan persatuan bangsa. Integrasi nilai digital culture dalam Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dan Wawasan Nusantara terbukti efektif dalam membangun karakter bangsa, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan perundungan siber. Digital culture yang positif mampu meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya etika komunikasi digital, sehingga interaksi di dunia maya menjadi lebih sehat dan konstruktif. Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memiliki peran penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan dan etika komunikasi digital kepada generasi muda. Konsep Wawasan Nusantara yang menekankan persatuan dalam keberagaman juga mampu menjadi fondasi dalam membangun sikap toleransi dan empati dalam interaksi digital.

Abstract

The Poetry Writing Training Workshop in North Lombok Regency aims to improve writing skills, literary appreciation, and strengthen local cultural identity. This activity produced 50 original poems compiled in an anthology. The positive impacts were seen in the increasing interest of participants in writing, awareness of cultural preservation, and the formation of an active literacy community. This article reviews the methodology, results, and implications of the workshop for the development of local literature and culture. It is hoped that similar activities can strengthen the literacy ecosystem and build awareness of the younger generation towards the importance of cultural expression through literature.

Abstract

Jeringo Village is a village located in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. A common problem that occurs is the reallocation of the use of Village Funds in 2020 causing many activities or programs to be abolished. This happened because of the COVID-19 pandemic which required the Village Government to allocate Village Funds for disaster, emergency and urgent village management, namely to handle and overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, in this case namely for Village Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-Village). ). Based on the description above, the author is interested in conducting deeper research on Village Fund governance during the COVID-19 pandemic and the factors that hinder village fund governance in Jeringo Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. What is being proposed is how the Village Fund is managed during the COVID-19 pandemic and what are the inhibiting factors in Village Fund governance during the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in Jeringo Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency.

Abstract

This study examines how integrating digital culture values in campus habituation strengthens students’ digital communication ethics as social capital. Using a qualitative descriptive method in Mataram City, data were collected from students, lecturers, staff, and campus leaders through interviews and observations. Findings reveal that students recognize the importance of digital values such as netiquette, digital literacy, and digital citizenship. However, the implementation of these values remains inconsistent and unstructured. Ethical awareness in digital communication varies among students, especially regarding personal social media use. Despite these challenges, digital platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram support the development of bonding and bridging social capital through trust-building and collaboration. The study suggests the need for structured campus policies, regular digital ethics training, curriculum integration, and digital communities to foster ethical digital behavior in academic settings.

Abstract

Community service activities in the form of village governance training organized by the Mataram 45 University Government Science Study Program for village officials in Bentek Village aim to increase the capacity and understanding of village officials in managing village government effectively and transparently. Training methods include theoretical presentations, case studies, as well as discussion sessions and direct practice to apply Good Governance concepts. Evaluations are carried out to measure the increase in knowledge and skills obtained by participants, as well as their impact on the efficiency and accountability of village government. The results show a significant increase in the understanding and practice of village governance in Bentek Village, illustrating the commitment of the Mataram University 45 Government Science Study Program in supporting village government capacity building in Indonesia

Abstract

Journalistic News Writing Workshop with the theme "Producing Creative and Innovative Contemporary Citizen Journalism" in Bentek Village, North Lombok. This activity was designed using a participatory method, involving material presentation, group discussions, simulations, and direct practice. The training materials covered basic journalistic concepts, news writing techniques, journalistic ethics, and the use of digital media. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of journalistic literacy, news writing skills, and awareness of the importance of ethics and information verification. As many as 90% of participants succeeded in publishing news through digital platforms by utilizing creative content presentation strategies. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting a healthy and responsible information ecosystem, while strengthening local community participation in the process of delivering quality news.
