Abstract

Kekuatan suatu perkerasan jalan ditentukan oleh daya dukung tanah, jenis aspal dan agregat-agregat yang digunakan sebagai bahan utama dalam pembuatan perkerasan jalan. Namun, sejalan dengan kemajuan bahan teknologi telah banyak dikembangkan penelitian tentang pemanfaatan limbah sebagai bahan perkerasan jalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan bahan yang digunakan yaitu limbah serbuk besi sebagai pengganti sejumlah agregat halus dengan kadar 5%, 10% , dan 15%. Limbah serbuk besi merupakan salah satu bagian dari hasil sisa pemotongan besi yang berfungsi sebagai bahan pengisi rongga-rongg dari suatu campuran aspal panas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai uji Marshall dan nilai stabilitas pada campuran aspal panas dengan menggunakan limbah serbuk besi sebagai pengganti sejumlah agregat halus sebanyak 5%, 10%, dan 15%.  Hasil penelitian nilai uji marshall pada campuran aspal panas dengan menggunakan limbah serbuk besi sebagai pennganti agregat halus pada kadar 5%, 10%, dan 15% dapat memdampaki nilai karakteristik marshall yaitu meliputi nilai kepadatan (density), VIM, VMA, VFA, Nilai Stabilitas, Flow, Marshall Quotient (MQ), dapat menghasilkan bahwa dalam penambahan limbah serbuk dengan kadar 5% memiliki hasil sebesar 992,64 kg, pada kadar 10% sebesar 1058,13kg dan untuk kadar 15% memiliki nilai sebesar 882,35 kg.

Abstract

The implementation of community service is located in the Center of Batik Tulis Pemalang Industry with the number of artisans as many as 20 people with the aim to find out the success of research programs applied to the community of batik industry centers in the Pemalang area. The method used is the method of experimenting the product application program and testing batik cloth by producing night penetrating power in batik cloth by 65% or an increase of 25% and night elasticity down 20% the average of the first application is 1.65, while the second application is 2.75, the correlation between the first and second applications is significant and the application of temperature sensor-based briquette stoves after socialization increases their understanding

Abstract

The current era's advancement is evident in the growth and application of technology across diverse domains of existence. In the current technological era, globalization's strong influence has caused social and economic changes in society. These changes have led to the emergence of new problems, prompting the government to direct its attention towards resolving existing issues, despite the possibility that some old societal problems remain unresolved. Therefore, a paradigm shift from community development to community empowerment is necessary for problem-solving in society. This shift involves the community directly analyzing and resolving all types of societal issues, leveraging the potential within the community environment. The challenges we faced in Banjaranyar Village were related to agriculture, specifically the low productivity of corn processing. This is a challenging problem to address, especially given the remote location of the hamlet. The Banjaranyar Village community exhibits a relatively low level of awareness regarding corn management. This can be proven by the demand for corn huskers as processing tools and then the relatively low production level without the tool, so this empowerment program is very necessary for the village community to educate the design and innovation results of tool development. The problem-solving framework used includes: The Analysis Model covers the tools used and the ideal body position. The Activity Model focuses on utilizing corn huskers to enhance productivity.
