Transformational educational leaders can be said to apply self-transcendence because they tend to have a broader vision, prioritize collective needs, and are committed to sustainable change. They see education as a tool to shape a better society. This study employs field research, interviews, and a literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach, which is a research process that generates descriptive data in the form of written or spoken expressions obtained directly from the field. The data is then analyzed using the triangulation method to produce valid and comprehensive results. The results of this study are: 1) Transformative leadership is a combination of leadership abilities and transformation skills. It involves the ways a leader influences the behavior of their subordinates to work together and productively to achieve organizational goals, as well as changing their basic attitudes and values through empowerment. 2) The principal has an important role in motivating teachers and students, but the principal must also continuously motivate themselves for quality and productivity improvement. 3) Transcendent leaders are able to inspire and motivate teachers and students through their actions and words, fostering a spirit for learning and development.

Abstract: Junior high school education is an important phase in student development, especially in exploring interests, talents and career choices. Students need appropriate and structured career information to help them make better decisions regarding their future. However, the existing media is often uninteresting or irrelevant, which cannot support students in recognizing various career options. This study aims to implement the RIASEC Model Career Guidance Guide through career information services at SMPN 2 Pallangga. With a descriptive qualitative approach and narrative method, data were collected through direct interviews with counseling teachers and documentation. The research subjects were 10 9th grade students. The results showed that the implementation of career information services with the assistance of counseling teachers as facilitators. The implementation process focuses on four main aspects: service delivery strategies, stages of implementation, RIASEC-based career guidance content, and media utilization in the form of booklets. This implementation has a positive impact on increasing students' understanding of career planning and helping them recognize their interests and talents. The RIASEC-based guide proved to be relevant as an effective medium to support career information services in schools. Tekanan akademik telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan mahasiswa; oleh karena itu, memahami dan mengembangkan spiritualitas dapat menjadi strategi penting untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara tuntutan akademik dan kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan distribusi Google Forms untuk mengumpulkan data dari mahasiswa di kampus Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Madura. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan temuan-temuan sebagai berikut: 1) Spiritualitas Islam berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesehatan mental mahasiswa. 2) Ibadah seperti salat dan doa merupakan aspek yang paling sering dipraktikkan oleh mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tekanan akademik. 3) Sangat penting bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk mengadopsi pendekatan holistik yang mencakup aspek spiritual dalam pendidikan tinggi.

One of the efforts to improve the performance of a gasoline motor with a 2-stroke system is to make some modifications to the combustion system components. By changing the volume of the induction tube and the thickness of the membrane the performance of a 2-stroke gasoline motor can be improved from standard conditions. The purpose of this study is to understand how changes in the volume of the induction tube affect the performance of a 2-stroke motor engine with a capacity of 150 cc, with the aim of restoring optimal performance to the motor. This study uses an experimental method on how the effect of variations in induction tube volume and membrane thickness on gasoline motor performance. The test variable in the study is to compare 3 induction tube volumes and 2 membrane thicknesses to the resulting engine performance. Tests were carried out on a 150cc 2-stroke gasoline motor using a chassis dynamometer as a tool to see the performance of the test engine and a gas analyzer as a tool to measure the level of exhaust emissions produced. From the tests that have been carried out, it shows that the volume of the induction tube and the thickness of the membrane have an influence on the performance of a 150 cc 2-stroke gasoline motor. The highest torque is obtained on a 300cc induction tube with a membrane thickness of 0.45 mm of 19.60 Nm at 9,000 rpm. While for fuel consumption using the calculation of specific fuel consumption (SFC) obtained results of 0.08 g / kW.h. for exhaust emissions on HC produced at 2452 ppm and 0.97% on CO gas.

Abstract: The development of information and communication technology has had a major impact on the education sector. The use of mobile banking is increasingly being used in higher education for UKT payments. Therefore, the use of mobile banking can achieve its goals if used efficiently. This research aims to analyze the efficiency of using mobile banking in UKT payments by students by highlighting aspects of speed, cost savings, ease of access, and the obstacles faced. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach involving 10 students of the Islamic Education Management Masters Study Program (MPI) at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta as research subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic methods. The research results show that the use of mobile banking provides time efficiency, reduces administrative costs, and reduces recording errors. Apart from that, students are satisfied with the flexibility of transactions that can be carried out anytime and anywhere. However, there are several obstacles, such as uneven levels of digital literacy and internet network disruptions that affect the smoothness of transactions. Apart from that, concerns about data security are also a major concern for some students. This research recommends increasing digital literacy, strengthening network infrastructure, and providing digital security education to support a more inclusive and efficient implementation of mobile banking. These findings are expected to help educational institutions and financial service providers in optimizing digital payment systems for ease and sustainability of educational services. Penggunaan mobile banking semakin banyak digunakan di perguruan tinggi untuk pembayaran UKT. Oleh karena itu penggunaan mobile banking dapat mencapai tujuannya apabila digunakan secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi penggunaan mobile banking dalam pembayaran UKT oleh mahasiswa, dengan menyoroti aspek kecepatan, penghematan biaya, kemudahan akses, serta kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 10 mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan metode tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan mobile banking memberikan efisiensi waktu, biaya administrasi, dan pengurangan kesalahan pencatatan. Selain itu, mahasiswa merasa puas dengan fleksibilitas transaksi yang dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan di mana saja. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti tingkat literasi digital yang belum merata dan gangguan jaringan internet yang memengaruhi kelancaran transaksi. Selain itu, kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan data juga menjadi perhatian utama sebagian mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan literasi digital, penguatan infrastruktur jaringan, serta edukasi keamanan digital untuk mendukung implementasi mobile banking yang lebih inklusif dan efisien. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu institusi pendidikan dan penyedia layanan keuangan dalam mengoptimalkan sistem pembayaran digital untuk kemudahan dan keberlanjutan layanan pendidikan.
