Abstract

Company competition in marketing is not limited to the functional properties of the product, for example the ease of use of the product, but is related to brands that can offer a special image to their users. Products are described as commodities that are exchanged, whereas brands describe the specifications of its customers. Brand is one of the most important marketing factors. Brand is the identity of the product, the brand provides brief information about the product that consumers want. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Equity and Price on purchasing decisions for Mie Sedaap products. The variables in this study are brand equity and price as the independent variable and purchase decision as the dependent variable. . This study used a quantitative method with a total sample of 96 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses an online questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data processing tools in the form of the IBM SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that brand equity partially influences purchasing decisions (Sig 0.000 <0.05 and Tcount 12,984 > Ttable 1.989) and price partially influences purchasing decisions purchases (Sig 0.000 <0.05 and Tcount 5,899 > Ttable 1.989). Brand equity and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions for sedaap noodle products (Sig 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount 249,423 > Ftable 3.09).

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Analysis of Marketing Strategies in Nawasena Efforts to Increase Consumer Buying Interest. In this study raised issues in the form of: influencing factors in the development of SMEs and marketing strategies of SMEs. This study aims: to determine the factors that influence the marketing strategy of SMEs. This research method is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis method on 4 respondents, namely business owners and 3 employees. The data was collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires filled in by respondents, as well as documentation. Then the data obtained from the results of data collection were analyzed using SWOT, IFAS and EFAS analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to examine compensation, work disclipine, its influence on work productivity, and to examine the influence of compensation, work disclipine, simultaneously on work productivity. The population in this study were employees at CV. Jaya Wangi Mojokerto. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method and a sample of 150 employees was obtained. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferental statistics using IBM SPSS as a testing tool. The research results show that compensation does not have a positive effect on work productivity, work discipline has a positive effect on work productivity. Abstract

Training activities and assistance with business facilities is one of the programs of the Jombang Regency Social Service, this activity is intended for participants of the Family Hope Program (PKH), while the aim to be achieved from this activity is to increase household income. The target of this program is to help overcome problems in the businesses of PKH Program beneficiary groups, including product innovation, use of technology and assistance with facilities to increase the quantity and quality of production so that sales turnover increases. Method kThis service activity was carried out by providing training to PKH program participants in Menturus Village, Kec. Kudu, Kab. Jombang. Training activities using practical methods for making various soy-based cracker products and various flavor variants (spicy, balado, original onion and fruit flavors), production techniques using lecture methods to deliver material on marketing strategies for new products accompanied by workshops on strategy applications for entering new markets, and direct questions and answers, as well as the practice of making soybean crackers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on regional economic growth in Indonesia through digitalization acceleration. Using a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, the research was conducted in four provinces representing variations in digital readiness and FDI acceptance: West Java, East Java, South Sulawesi, and East Kalimantan. The quantitative results were analyzed using SEM-PLS regression, while the qualitative findings were examined through thematic coding. The study found that FDI significantly contributes to regional digitalization and has a positive impact on economic growth; however, this effect is significantly strengthened by local digital readiness. Digitalization proves to be an important mediator in enhancing the relationship between FDI and economic growth, particularly in terms of operational efficiency, expanding MSME markets, and technological innovation. Digital readiness disparities between regions act as limiting factors, where areas with weak ICT infrastructure and human resources show lower impacts. Therefore, cross-sector collaborative strategies involving local governments, academics, MSME actors, and foreign investors are necessary to build an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem. The research highlights the importance of data-driven policy design and local capacity building as prerequisites to maximize the economic benefits of digital-based FDI. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers, business actors, and researchers in supporting responsive and competitive regional digital economic transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee performance and public service quality on public satisfaction at the Banjar Tanggul Village Office, Pungging District, Mojokerto Regency. The background of this study is based on the understanding that village employees are the spearhead of public services, so good performance is a crucial factor in building public trust. In addition, professional public service quality is also a key component in creating public satisfaction. Good public service quality is a fundamental requirement for increasing citizens' trust in government institutions. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The research sample consisted of 38 respondents determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that employee performance has a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction. Similarly, the quality of public services has a significant positive effect on the level of public satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two variables have been proven to play an important role in increasing public satisfaction with village government services. The conclusion of this study is that the better the employee performance and the higher the quality of public services, the higher the public satisfaction. Therefore, village governments are advised to continuously improve their staff performance and service systems. Continuous improvement is key to achieving professional and satisfying public services. The implications of this research emphasize that employee professionalism, public service quality, and good village governance are crucial for building public satisfaction and trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Obon Indonesia Ngoro-Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Sampel sebanyak 40 responden divisi produksi dipilih melalui rumus Roscoe dimana jumlah seluruh variabel dikali 10, melalui kuesioner tertutup di Google Form dari populasi 150 karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 54%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa gaya kepemimpin, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara nyata berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan stres kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), workload, and compensation on employee productivity at PT Cahaya Karya Bersama. The background of this research lies in the importance of human resource management in enhancing company performance amid intense business competition. Despite the company’s efforts in providing safety facilities and implementing OHS systems, issues still arise such as low employee awareness of safety procedures, unequal workload distribution, and dissatisfaction with compensation systems, particularly in relation to BPJS Health services. This study employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents via Google Form, with data analyzed using SPSS 25. The results indicate that partially, OHS, workload, and compensation variables have a significant effect on employee productivity. Furthermore, these three variables also jointly contribute significantly to productivity enhancement. Therefore, the company must further optimize OHS implementation, ensure workload alignment with employee capacity, and improve its compensation system to create a productive and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan lima metode evaluasi kinerja saham, yaitu Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen’s Alpha, Sortino, dan M², dalam menilai kinerja saham sektor perbankan yang tercatat dalam Indeks IDX Banking (JKBANK15) di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2020–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data harga saham, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG), dan suku bunga SBI. Analisis dilakukan melalui statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, homogenitas, Kruskal-Wallis, korelasi Spearman, Wilcoxon Signed-Rank, dan Friedman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam hasil evaluasi antar metode, meskipun masing-masing memiliki pendekatan yang berbeda terhadap pengukuran risiko dan imbal hasil. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antar metode, mengindikasikan konsistensi dalam penilaian kinerja saham. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bahwa investor dapat memilih salah satu metode evaluasi sesuai preferensi risiko dan tujuan analisis. Dengan demikian, pendekatan evaluasi yang berbeda tetap dapat memberikan hasil yang sejalan dalam konteks investasi saham sektor perbankan.
