Abstract

Pests and plant diseases cause suboptimal growth and development of plants. Usually, the cause of plants not growing and developing optimally is due to pests and diseases that attack and disrupt the plant system. Many farmers still depend on chemical pesticides to control pests and diseases. Besides being expensive, chemical pesticides also have many adverse effects on the environment and human health. Often, plants do not bear fruit, and only the leaves grow thicker. To address this issue, Cinta Rahmi from STIE Ganesha Jakarta conducted counseling on the use of natural pesticides made from citronella for the Women's Farmer Group Garuda in Cipayung Ciputat. The counseling method includes water control, leaf reduction, use of manure, sunlight care, and cleanliness of the plant area. This counseling is expected to reduce farmers' dependence on chemical pesticides and increase environmentally friendly crop yields.

Abstract

This community service aims to empower women in Jombang Village, Ciputat District, by increasing the spirit of entrepreneurship through training and mentoring programs during November 2021. Women from various age and educational backgrounds are involved in this activity. The methods used include business skills training, entrepreneurship workshops, motivational sessions, and ongoing mentoring. The training covers small business management, marketing, and financial management, while the workshop focuses on developing business ideas, business planning, and digital marketing strategies. Motivational sessions increase participants' confidence, and ongoing mentoring provides support to apply the knowledge gained. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in the business knowledge and skills of the participants, who managed to develop innovative business ideas and start small businesses. They also demonstrated improved financial management and marketing skills, helping them manage their businesses more effectively. This program has a positive impact on the economic well-being of individual participants and the local economy. Increasing the spirit of entrepreneurship among women is expected to create more job opportunities and improve the welfare of families and communities. The implications of the activity include economic empowerment, increased independence, and strengthening the role of women in society. Appropriate support enables women to be effective agents of change, so these empowerment programs need to be continuously supported and developed for the sustainability of their positive impact.

Abstract

. Along with the era and market changes, digital marketing is a means for economic actors for their marketing needs. People's behavior has changed drastically; of course, the cause is due to advances in technology. The development of information technology via the internet, an instrument that changes the way people obtain information. The marketing mix in the digital marketing process will design integrated marketing programs that are able to provide superior value for buyers. The marketing mix means product, price, place and promotion. For service products, the 4P can be added to the 3P, those are people, process and physical evidence. Inc food is a business that uses digital marketing and a marketing mix that operates in the culinary.
