Abstract

Certified Independent Study is a program organized by Merdeka Campus under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ristekdikti. In this program, there are many large companies that contribute, one of which is PT. KINEMA SYSTRANS MULTIMEDIA, where the program aims to provide opportunities for students to hone their abilities outside of their current majors, besides that this program aims for students to gain new knowledge, gain more relationships so that they can develop themselves for the future outside of the current lecture class. Web development is an individual or group learning program under the guidance of mentors to discuss learning while this program is running, learning is carried out with presenters by meeting online through zoom. In this program PT. Kinema Systrans Multimedia provides material such as UI & UX Design, Frontend, Backend, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Digital Marketing. which aims to enable students to build websites with national and international standards and be able to develop skills in the field of web development.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKN-T) adalah salah satu bentuk program dari Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang berfokus pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat desa yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa semester 7 (tujuh) yang menempuh jenjang pendidikan S-1 di Universitas Bina Darma di Desa Teluk Kecapi Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. SDN 16 Pemulutan merupakan salah satu penyelenggara pendidikan yang terdiri dari siswa dengan latar belakang keluarga yang beragam. Tingkat Pendidikan dalam keluarga dan situasi perihal keadaan, aturan dan kebiasaan dalam keluarga tentu sangat mempengaruhi tindakan dan perilaku seseorang dalam mencegah adanya perilaku Bullying terutama dalam pergaulan di lingkungan sekolah. Sufriani dan Sari (2017) mengatakan Bullying merupakan bentuk perilaku agresif yang terjadi secara berulang kali dengan cara menyakiti fisik atau mental yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak ataupun sekelompok anak terhadap anak yang lainnya. Di awal tahun 2023 tercatat ada 6 kasus perundungan atau kekerasan fisik. Psikoedukasi adalah suatu bentuk pendidikan ataupun pelatihan terhadap seseorang dengan gangguan psikiatri yang bertujuan untuk proses treatment dan rehabilitasi. Derek Rowantree (2003) mengatakan media flash card merupakan media pembelajaran dengan teknik belajar yang menggunakan kartu dengan informasi penting yang ditulis di dalamnya. Pada siswa kelas 4 (empat) di SDN 16 Pemulutan, masih banyak siswa/siswi yang belum dapat mengenali, menidentifikasi, menanggulangi dan menyadari tentang perilaku perundungan atau Bullying. Anak-anak kelas IV SDN 16 Pemulutan dapat memahami apa itu perilaku Bullying, jenis-jenis Bullying, dapat mengidentifikasi, mencegah dan menanggulangi tindak kejahatan Bullying. Tidak hanya itu, walikelas yang mendapampingi program kegiatan ini pun menjadi lebih berkomitmen untuk memperhatikan aktifitas anak disekolah agar anak-anak khususnya kelas IV SDN 16 Pemulutan terhindar dari perilaku Bullying, baik itu sebagai pelaku maupun sebagai korban. Berdasarakan hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perubahan setelah program keilmuan kuliah kerja nyata tematik ini dilaksanakan di SDN 16 Pemulutan Desa Teluk Kecapi, Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.

Abstract

Aspek keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi adalah Aspek keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi adalah work-life balance, terutama pekerja wanita yang sering menghadapi tantangan menyeimbangkan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan peran domestik atau keluarga. Work-life balance menciptakan lingkungan kerja produktif, inklusif, dan mendukung kesejahteraan. Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk : Mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi work-life balance pada pekerja wanita di PT. PERTAMINA, khususnya di fungsi Procurement serta mengembangkan strategi yang dapat meningkatkan work-life balance. Hasil analis menunjukan: (1) Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi work-life balance pada pekerja wanita di PT. Pertamina, khususnya di fungsi procurement, adalah Jadwal kerja yang fleksibel, tuntutan pekerjaan, dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan sosial, dan kebijakan social. (2) Strategi yang dapat meningkatkan work-life balance bagi pekerja wanita di PT. Pertamina fungsi procurement adalah fleksibilitas waktu kerja, kebijakan cuti, pelatihan manajemen waktu, dukungan social di lingkungan kerja, pengaturan beban kerja yang seimbang, dan penerapan kebijakan yang ramah gender.

Abstract

Praktik Praktik kerja lapangan di Brain Academy Center Cabang Seberang Ulu (BAC) menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa kelas XII mengalami kesulitan dalam memilih jurusan pendidikan tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman diri terkait bakat dan minat, minimnya informasi tentang dunia pendidikan tinggi, serta terbatasnya bimbingan karir yang sistematis di sekolah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, BAC menyediakan layanan bimbingan belajar serta fasilitas tes minat dan bakat guna memberikan informasi objektif tentang potensi siswa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan konseling berbasis trait and factor dalam perencanaan pemilihan jurusan kuliah. Pendekatan ini melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap karakteristik individu, seperti minat, bakat, dan nilai-nilai siswa, yang diintegrasikan dengan faktor lingkungan dan pekerjaan. Hasil implementasi kegiatan ini  menunjukkan bahwa konseling trait and factor efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami potensi diri, mengurangi fenomena salah jurusan, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam pengambilan keputusan akademik.

Serta bebas dari dari praktek yang menyeleweng. rekrutmen merupakan kegiatan untuk mendapatkan sejumlah pegawai dari berbagai elemen, sesuai dengan kompetensi atau kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan suatu organisasi sehingga mereka sanggup menjalankan misi organisasi untuk merealisasikan visi dan tujuannya metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan test ini menggunakan metode computer assisted tes yaitu berbasis aplikasi, Adapun hasil yang didapatkan dalam pelaksanaan tes psikotes menggunakan metode berbasis computer assisted test (CAT) Polri atau metode seleksi dengan alat bantu komputer mendapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan tes CAT diruang lingkup POLDA SUMSEL sudah dikatakan baik dan sesuai dengan standar dari Mabes Polri.  Kata Kunci : Computer Assisted Test (CAT), POLRI, Psikotes

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction among Indonesian National Police (Polri) officers at Polrestabes Palembang. Job satisfaction is the level of contentment or discontent an employee feels with their work, whereas work stress is the reaction a person has to demands that exceed their capability. The poll's Likert scale was used to measure how stressed and satisfied workers were with their jobs. For the sample, 155 officers of Polrestabes Palembang were selected through the technique of purposeful random selection. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality and linearity tests were used to validate the data. Using basic regression analysis, the result proved that there is a highly significant negative correlation (r = -0.933) between job stress and job satisfaction, with a significance level of p = 0.000 (p < 0.01). According to these results, 87% of the variance in job satisfaction may be attributed to job stress, with the remaining 13% being influenced by factors that are yet unclear. The results of the study demonstrate that among Palembang resort police station officers, higher job stress is substantially correlated with poorer job satisfaction, underscoring the need for management to address and mitigate stressors in order to improve job satisfaction.

Abstract

The study aimed to examine the use of online dating apps among Tridinanti University students and its relationship with confidence levels. Based on an initial survey conducted in January 2024 with 322 respondents, it was found that students of Tridinanti University use online dating apps as a necessity in finding a partner. The majority of users have been using the app for more than a year, with an average usage of about two hours per day. The survey results show that college students who use online dating apps tend to have lower levels of self-confidence, being more comfortable dating through apps than in person. Ninety-two students were embarrassed to initiate a face-to-face encounter, 76 students lacked confidence in their physical appearance, and 29 students did not have time to seek a face-to-face partner. In addition to surveys, the study also involved observation and interviews to delve into this phenomenon. The research uses a combination method (mix method) with a quantitative and qualitative approach, adopting a sequential explanatory model. The data was collected through a Likert scale and tested for validity and reliability using SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the impact of using online dating apps on student self-esteem.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of basic motion skills and motor development of early childhood aged 4-6 years. This study will focus on collecting data related to basic early childhood movement skills, taking into account various aspects that affect motor development. Research using descriptive quantitative methods. The population in this study were children who were at the age of 4-6 years in kindergarten (TK) in the city of Palembang. The sample used a random sampling technique with a total of 60 children. Collection using tests, observations, and interviews. The research instrument used the Test of Gross Motor Development-2. Data analysis uses quantitative analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that TK Negeri 4 Pembina had the highest average score in the category of very good 31.25% and good 37.92%, showing good motor skills in the majority of children. TK Harapan Bangsa 3 recorded the highest score in The Good category of 45.42% but low in the very good category of 25.83%. TK Gita Wijaya has the highest score in the category of enough 25.00% and less than 5.00%, indicating the need for more attention to the development of children's motor skills. Research in three kindergartens in Palembang shows the majority of children have good motor skills, especially in skills such as balanced walking and sprinting.Further research suggestions could be to put together structured exercise programs and training for educators to optimally improve children's motor skills.

Abstract

Performance transformation is a systematic change process aimed at altering work methods, mindsets, organizational structure, and the utilization of technology to achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness. The methods used in this community service activity included observation and the distribution of a Likert-scale questionnaire to gather information from employees in the Administrative and General Division of PT PLN IP UBP Keramasan.The results of the community service conducted at the PT PLN IP UBP office indicate that the performance transformation implemented in the AUM Division of PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Keramasan has had a significantly positive impact. This is reflected in the high average respondent scores (mean 4.05–4.45), strong item validity (Pearson correlation > 0.444, p < 0.05), and very high instrument reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.966). These findings demonstrate that the transformation has been well-received by employees and has contributed to improved efficiency and a more productive work culture.

Abstract

Internal needs are intrinsic drives that motivate employees to work optimally, with varying motives such as income, a sense of security, or prestige. This community service activity was conducted through observation and interviews at Bank Sumsel Babel, Kertapati Branch Office. The results show that work pressure can motivate employees, depending on factors such as basic life needs, social environment, and the desire to improve professional competence. Pressure is not always negative; it can enhance motivation and performance, aligning with Maslow's hierarchy of needs, which emphasizes the gradual fulfillment of needs leading to self-actualization.
