Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship and influence of Third-Party Funds (DPK) and financing provided on liquidity in Bank Sumut Sub-Branch Office of Medan Katamso. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. This research relates to the variable Third-Party Funds (DPK) as the independent variable and Liquidity as the dependent variable. The data used in this research is time series data for the period January 2018-2021. While the data samples taken are data on third-party funds and the financing-to-deposit ratio by recording all the data listed in the reports for quarter I to quarter IV for 2018-2021 at Bank Sumut online at the address https://www.banksumut.co.id. In this study, the independent variable (Free/X) is Third-Party Funds (DPK). While the dependent variable (Bound/Y) in this study is Liquidity (FDR/Financing to Deposit Ratio). The calculation of the variables was carried out using the SPSS version 23.0 program. The results of this study indicate that partially Third-Party Funds have a significant influence on the Liquidity of Bank Sumut Sub-Branch Office of Medan Katamso and Financing Provided has a significant influence on Bank Sumut Sub-Branch Office of Medan Katamso. Whereas, simultaneously Third-Party Funds and Financing Provided jointly have a significant effect on the liquidity of Bank Sumut Sub-Branch Office of Medan Katamso.

Abstract

Management has existed since humans existed; management is as old as human life. management is as old as human life, why is that, because humans in their daily lives cannot be separated from the principles of management This study aims to determine the Application of the Human Resources Management Function in Improving the Duties of Special Correction Police at the Sibolga City Class IIA Correctional Institution. Human resources have a huge role in an organization. Human resource management should be viewed as an extension of the traditional view of managing people effectively and to manage people effectively and to do so requires knowledge of human behavior and the ability to manage it. about human behavior and the ability to manage it. So important position of human resources so that it becomes the achievement or failure of an organization. The results of this study are expected to be input for the government in this case the Sibolga city class IIA correctional institution in order to improve the duties of the special correctional police so as to properly foster the prisoners.

Abstract

The future of banking is largely determined by the management capabilities of Islamic banking and facing the rapid changes that are happening at this time. The rapid pace of information and technology as well as financial innovation has made the financial sector where Islamic banking takes shelter increasingly complex, dynamic, and competitive. This condition has the potential to increase risks to Islamic banking where all these risks absolutely must be managed. Islamic banks should start to manage such risks as reputation risk, for example. Reputation risk is the risk due to decreased stakeholder trust originating from negative perceptions of the bank. The impact of reputation risk events generally causes non-financial losses for the bank. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the implementation of reputation risk management of Islamic banks on employees. The research method of this journal is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach from the data using collected three methods, namely, direct interview observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of implementing risk management in North Sumatra companies or banks is very important because in reputation risk there must be control in the company by increasing compliance with applicable regulations in order to control reputation risk. Companies must also anticipate complaints from customers and lawsuits.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of workload, work stress, organizational culture and work environment on job performance. This research was conducted at the sub-branch office of the Bank Sumut Syariah which is located in the Deli Serdang area, namely in Lubuk Pakam, Limau Manis, and Hamparan Perak. Researchers took the entire population with a total of 35 people as research respondents. This research method uses quantitative research using an associative approach, data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on job performance. It can be seen from the results of data processing the Workload variable tvalue 2.374 > ttable 2.042. As for the variables Work Stress,­ 2.042, Organizational Culture variable value of 1.069 < t­table 2.042, t value the Work Environment variable is 0.783 < ttable 2.042. The results of the simultaneous test hypothesis show that Workload, Work Stress, Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously affect Job Performance. This can be seen from the calculated Fvalue of 3.908 > Ftable 2.68.
