Abstract

Teachers are an important part of the teaching and learning process. An educator contributes to the formation of human resources in the field of development. According to experts, a professional teacher is anyone who is responsible for the education of their students, either individually or classically, in schools or outside of school. As an important part of the implementation of educational programs in schools, teachers have a very important responsibility to achieve educational goals. In their work as teachers, they are responsible for teaching, guiding, training, advising, changing, being examples and role models, having personality, researching, encouraging creativity, generating views, doing routine work, transporting stories, being actors, emancipators, preserving, as culminators, and conducting evaluations. To develop education, teachers must instill values, build character, build learning centers, offer assistance and encouragement, supervise and coach, discipline students, and be role models for their environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of teachers in educating elementary school children. Educating is the process of encouraging children to develop and develop until they become physically and spiritually mature. Parents play an important role as educators of children, while teachers only have time to teach. In this study, SD Islam plus YLPI Pekanbaru used a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews and observations.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, media sosial memegang kendali yang sangat dominan dalam menyebarkan informasi, berita, ide dan pandangan. Di Indonesia, media sosial sering kali menjadi peluang terjadinya pelanggaran privasi. Hak untuk dilupakan telah memicu perdebatan ilmiah mengenai keputusan antara perlindungan privasi individu dan kebebasan berekspresi di media sosial. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis data yang ada di literatur library. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan study literatur, atau library Research. Hasilnya dapat diketahui bahwasannya media sosial sangat berpengaruh terhadap kebebasan berekspresi yang dimana berdampak positif seperti mempermudah menyampaikan esensi, pendapat serta opini. Terlepas dari segala sisi positif terdapat sisi negatifnya yaitu dicemooh oleh segelintir pihak yang bertentangan dengan perbuatan, pendapat serta tingkah laku yang mereka anggap tidak sesuai. Seiring semakin intensifnya penggunaan media sosial, platform digital telah berubah menjadi ruang publik dan kini tidak mungkin lagi membatasi arus informasi yang masuk.dan tak jarang sering terjadinya pelanggaran privasi yang begitu merugikan, solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan perlindungan privasi diantaranya Regulasi yang Kuat, Peningkatan Kesadaran dan Pendidikan, Desain Privasi Secara bawaan, serta peningkatan keamanan data.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether the marketing strategy with the live streaming feature is effective for revenue at Shopee. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, which focus on collecting and analyzing data in words to understand the phenomenon being studied. Based on the results of research using the literature review method that has been carried out, it can be concluded that Shopee's digital marketing strategy, using the live streaming feature (Shopee Live), has a positive effect on increasing e-business revenue. With changes in consumer behavior shifting from traditional to online shopping, Shopee utilizes the Shopee Live feature to create direct interactions between sellers and buyers. This interaction introduces products in real-time and provides a more engaging shopping experience. Utilizing digital marketing allows Shopee to understand consumer preferences and tailor marketing content effectively. The research results show that this effective and responsive marketing strategy has succeeded in increasing purchasing decisions for potential consumers which can increase e-business revenue.
