Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and customer review on consumer buying interest in shopee application users in the Surabaya City. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data is collected through an online questionnaire with a total of 140 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of independent variables (digital marketing and customer review) on dependent variables (consumer buying interest). The results of the study show that digital marketing has a posistive and significant influence on consumer buying interest. Effective digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media, online advertising, and promotion through influencers, have proven to be able to increase consumer buying interest. In addition, customer reviews also have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest. Positive reviews from other customers give consumers confidence and confidence to make a purchase. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of digital marketing and customer reviews in increasing consumer buying interest. This finding provides practicial implications for e-commerce businessman, especially shopee, to focus more on innovative digital marketing strategies and good customer review management to increase consumer buying interest in Surabaya.

Abstract

Ditemukannya perbedaan persepsi masyarakat di kecamatan Wringinanom Gresik mengenai kredibilitas serta kualitas pelayanan host live terhadap minat beli mereka sebagai konsumen di aplikasi TikTok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: apakah kredibilitas host live berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen, apakah kualitas pelayanan host live berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen, serta apakah kredibilitas dan kualitas pelayanan host live berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda, serta uji hipotesa (koefisien determinasi, uji t, uji F). Hasil analisis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan kedua variabel menghasilkan nilai t tabel > t hitung (1,98580), dimana kredibilitas sebesar 5,572 dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 4,315. Temuan ini menunjukkan baik kredibilitas maupun kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen. Selain itu, hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai F hitung (99,298) > F tabel (3,09) yang menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Researchers want to know about the Role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Opak Jepit in the Digital Era in Balongmojo Village, Gresik Regency. The main problem in this study is the development of sales and marketing of Opak Jepit in Balongmojo Village, Gresik Regency which is very lacking, the formulation of the problem in this study is how is the role of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era in Balongmojo Village. The background of this study is the role and efforts of MSME Opak Jepit actors in developing or increasing sales of opak jepit amidst increasingly advanced digital developments. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of MSME Opak Jepit in the current digital era and what efforts have been made by opak jepit producers in competing to market their products amidst digital developments. This study uses a qualitative approach, with the subjects of opak jepit producers in Balongmojo Village, consumers, and village officials. There are 6 (six) informants used in this study. Data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed qualitatively descriptively. The results of this study show that the development of Opak Jepit in Balongmojo Village has followed digital developments that can make it easier for consumers to recognize and buy Opak Jepit products produced by Balongmojo Village.
