Attitude Of Mothers After Childbirth Who Abstain From Eating In Ngebrak Village , Subdistrict Of Gampengrejo, Kediri Regency Fadhillah, Is

Abstract

After the childbirth process, a mother is in the period after childbirth in which all of the genetalia have not been recovered as they were before the pregnancy. It requires much high nutrious foods with enough calory protein, fluid and fruits as well. But several factors in which one of them is from cultural aspect has influenced the changing of their attitude to abstain from eating. Obviously, this phenomenon can influence their health and recovery period after the childbirth indirectly. The object of this study is to find out the attitude of those mothers after the childbirth who abstain from eating in Ngebrak village, Subdistrict of Ringinrejo, Kediri Regency. The reseach design includes the cross sectional. The population is all mothers after childbirth who abstain from eating in Ngebrak village, Subdistrict of Ringinrejo, Kediri Regency. It is done toward the total sampling. The data is processed by analyzing the percentage. As the result, it is found out most respondents have three reasons to abstain of eating. There are 12 respondents (60%) and almost half of them have three kinds of prohibited meals. There are 7 respondents (35%) from the total of 20 respondents. The conclusion is most of those mothers after childbirth who abstain from eating is they do that because of beauty reason, cultural heredetary, elder people’s advice as well as their own belief and knowledge about abstaining as far as they know. Most avoided meals are animal protein. What would be better to do on this matter is by giving them information continously about commiting abstain from eating since it is still found nowdays. And most of them have more than a single reason to do that. Keywords: attitude, mother after childbirth, abstain from eating.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Safety Management Code (ISM Code) dalam mengoptimalkan keselamatan kerja kru kapal MV Pekan Fajar di PT Spil Surabaya. Melalui studi kasus, penelitian ini melakukan observasi dan wawancara dengan awak kapal serta analisis dokumen yang berkaitan dengan ISM Code. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Spil Surabaya telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan awak kapal dalam memahami dan menerapkan ISM Code. Program pelatihan terstruktur telah dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan yang komprehensif tentang persyaratan dan prosedur ISM Code. Selain itu, pelatihan berbasis keterampilan dan evaluasi kemampuan juga dilakukan untuk memperkuat penerapan ISM Code di atas kapal. Perusahaan juga memiliki sistem komunikasi yang efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi terkait ISM Code kepada awak kapal. Budaya belajar yang didukung di antara awak kapal juga merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan keselamatan mereka. Kesimpulannya, PT Spil Surabaya telah berhasil mengoptimalkan keselamatan kerja awak kapal MV Pekan Fajar melalui penerapan ISM Code.

Abstract

This study aims to find out more about "The Effect of Promotion and Impulse Buying Behavior on Purchasing Decisions at TikTok Shop." In accordance with the subject matter raised, namely the effect of promotion and impulse buying behavior on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop among Surabaya city students. The background of this study is the existence of consumer behavior in making a purchase due to the influence of promotions held by a company or business actor and also from consumer impulse buying behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine: how the relationship between the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop, to determine the effect of Impulse Buying behavior on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop, to determine the effect of promotion and Impulse Buying behavior on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop. The method used in this research is Quantitative method by obtaining data through distributing questionnaires with 100 respondents which were analyzed using SPSS 25. So the conclusions and results obtained from this study are Promotion and Impulse Buying behavior have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at TikTok Shop among Surabaya city students

Abstract

This study is to find out more about "Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions for Asus Laptops for Surabaya Students". The variety of laptop products available today encourages consumers, especially students in the city of Surabaya, to be more selective in making purchasing decisions by knowing when a laptop brand meets the criteria as an ideal laptop product. Asus is one of the trusted electronics manufacturers in Indonesia that has produced a variety of products and is a brand of pride for its consumers. The research method used is quantitative with a sampling technique of ten using non probability, the number of respondents is 100 people with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis was tested with the T test and F test. The test results show that product quality has a negative or insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for asus laptops for Surabaya students, while brand image has a positive or significant effect on purchasing decisions for asus laptops for Surabaya students. Together (simultaneously) product quality and brand image have an influence of 67% on purchasing decisions for asus laptops for students in Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work stress on employee performance at PT Citra niaga logistics. in the era of globalization now many companies are demanding employees to do more without paying attention to the level of work stress on employees which results in reduced employee performance and it also has an impact on the company. Therefore, motivation and work stress are very influential on employee performance and can have an impact on the company. This study uses HRM theories related to performance, work motivation, and work stress the approach used in this study is an associative approach. This research will be conducted at PT Citra Niaga logistics Surabaya by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Citra Niaga logistics. this study used 60 respondents and the method in this study was quantitative. The conclusions and results obtained in this study are motivation and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Citra Niaga Logistics Surabaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Divisi Impor dalam menangani impor pestisida di jalur merah. Jalur merah mengacu pada proses impor yang terhambat atau mengalami kendala yang mempengaruhi kelancaran aliran barang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan subyek karyawan bagian operasional impor dan customer service yang diperoleh secara purposive sampling. Data diperoleh menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peran divisi impor dalam penanganan impor pestisida di jalur merah adalah sebagai perwakilan dari pemilik barang. Dalam hal ini, peran dari Divisi Impor sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Divisi Impor memainkan peran kunci dalam menangani impor pestisida di jalur merah. Mereka bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola proses impor, termasuk mengurus dokumen-dokumen impor, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi yang berlaku, dan berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait seperti freight forwarding, agen pabean, dan consignee.

Abstract

The creative industry in Indonesia is a key contributor to economic growth, and technology, particularly Machine Learning, is playing a crucial role in its transformation. This research focuses on the impact of Machine Learning implementation in the creative industry, specifically at CV. Maxiidea Arta Sukses in Surabaya, and aims to understand its effects on efficiency and creativity. By using qualitative methods such as observation, interviews, and literature study, the research examines the improvements in efficiency for social media specialists, the impact on creativity in digital marketing, and the potential barriers to implementation. The findings provide valuable insights into employee perceptions of Machine Learning technology and its potential contribution to performance. Ultimately, this research sheds light on the evolving role of technology in the creative industry and its implications for businesses in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study was prepared by the author to determine the implementation of the role and efforts of employees in improving digitalization services that have an impact on customer response at Bank BCA Undaan Surabaya. The background of this research is the development of BCA Bank's transaction service system which has adapted to digitalization services. In his research, the author used qualitative methods, with customers as subjects and employees as objects. The data obtained are the results of observations and interviews. The results obtained from this research are: 1) The role of Bank BCA Undaan Surabaya employees is crucial because in addition to acting as a liaison between technology and customers, employees also provide education and assistance to customers and ensure the resolution of obstacles; 2) The response of customers to the digitalization services of Bank BCA Undaan Surabaya is mostly welcoming because it improves transactions to be efficient and practical; 3) Efforts made by employees in improving digitalization services to customers include a proactive approach, internal collaboration, and friendly and responsive service. It can be concluded that the proper implementation of employee roles and efforts can have a good impact on customer response in using digitalization services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in selling cellphones at Samsung Surabaya Store. This research uses a qualitative approach, with research subjects consisting of employees of the marketing and sales marketing staff at the Samsung Surabaya Store. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy for selling cellphones at the Samsung Surabaya Store uses four marketing mix strategies, namely: product, price, promotion, and place. In addition, this study also identified factors that support and hinder sales marketing. Supporting factors include good management, good service, and support from the community. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors consist of internal and external factors.
