Abstract

The background (needs analysis) of this research is motivated by the existence of problems which are known to exist students who lack understanding of science learning materials, especially in energy sources material in class III, as well as the lack of facilities in schools so that media is needed to support learning, one of which is pop up books for increase students' learning motivation towards material that is poorly understood in science learning on energy sources in class 3 subtheme 1 at SDN GN. Picung 08 in this study uses research and development with models but is limited only to development. So with that it is necessary to research POBSGI learning media (energy source pop up book). The validator results were carried out by 2 validators, namely material experts and media experts, this learning media obtained a score of 85.88% material expert and 87% media expert As for the two numbers obtaining values above the average, the results of the study are categorized as '' very worth it'' With the results of these presentations, this media is feasible to be tested as a development of learning media.

Abstract

This research aims to describe teaching skills in learning Indonesian by providing skills in the learning process, because teachers often deliver material only using the lecture method without providing other skills in the learning process. Skills in learning Indonesian can be done by using the explanation method, not by the lecture method, but by using the skills possessed by a teacher or by using media which is used as a supporting tool for students with the aim of achieving predetermined learning goals. Thus, the better the teacher's way of delivering the material, the easier it will be for students to improve their understanding. This research uses a type of literature review research or library research. The literature review was carried out by collecting references consisting of several previous studies, which were then compared to draw conclusions.

Abstract

The School Enrollment Rate (APS) in West Java province will increase in 2023 at the elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP) and senior high school (SMA) levels. However, at the tertiary level it is still very low, namely 24.72% (BPS, 2023). Puraseda, as one of the villages in Bogor Regency, West Java Province, is also experiencing similar problems. School participation rates still need to be improved. This PKM activity aims to increase students' school motivation in order to increase school participation rates. The activity was carried out on September 7 2024 at Al-Barokah Middle School, Situhiyang Village, Puraseda Village, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency. The method used is education or counseling. Based on the results of PKM implementation, it was found that there was an increase in students' encouragement to continue their studies to a higher level
