Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison between conventional learning models and Islamic learning models. This research uses library research methods, and data collection uses documentation methods. The data analysis uses comparative techniques, namely analyzing the philosophical foundations of conventional learning and Islamic learning and looking at these two learning concepts from the perspective of Islamic education. The research results show that Islamic education has a very comprehensive range of learning models with efforts to help develop students to be more independent based on good values ​​in their lives, so that they can form individuals who have good morals in relation to life. reason, feeling and action. The two learning models are very different conceptually, so there is a need for creative collaborative efforts from a teacher as a mediator and catalyst in the learning process. Therefore, these two learning models can be more useful according to conditions and situations, so that between conventional learning models and Islamic learning models creative and innovative collaboration will be created. Abstract

The School Enrollment Rate (APS) in West Java province will increase in 2023 at the elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP) and senior high school (SMA) levels. However, at the tertiary level it is still very low, namely 24.72% (BPS, 2023). Puraseda, as one of the villages in Bogor Regency, West Java Province, is also experiencing similar problems. School participation rates still need to be improved. This PKM activity aims to increase students' school motivation in order to increase school participation rates. The activity was carried out on September 7 2024 at Al-Barokah Middle School, Situhiyang Village, Puraseda Village, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency. The method used is education or counseling. Based on the results of PKM implementation, it was found that there was an increase in students' encouragement to continue their studies to a higher level

Abstract

The use of digital technology in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development. The public, including students, can communicate and obtain information through digital technology. There has been an increase in the younger generation's access to the internet in the last four years, the percentage of the young generation, aged 5 - 24 years, who have internet access has increased from 33.98% to 59.3%. A quarter of internet users, around 25.5% are children and teenagers. However, their lack of digital literacy hinders them to be able to sort and select valid and useful information, and avoid hoax information or issues. This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge and understanding of Tenjolaya PGRI Middle School students in Bogor Regency regarding digital literacy to avoid the negative impacts of the digital era, especially the internet and social media. This socialization and education was carried out at Tenjolaya PGRI Middle School which is located in Kampung Tegalangkap, Gunung Malang Village, Tenjolaya District, on August 31, 2023. This activity used the socialization method regarding information dissemination education to increase students' digital literacy. Based on the results of the implementation of activities, it can be seen that Tenjolaya PGRI Middle School students' knowledge and understanding of digital literacy is still low.

Abstract

Berpikir kreatif adalah suatu proses mental yang melibatkan kemampuan seseorang untuk menghasilkan ide-ide baru dan memecahkan masalah dengan cara inovatif. Berdasarkan hasil PISA dan TIMSS berpikir kreatif siswa tingkat SD/MI di indonesia tergolong rendah. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan berpikir kreatif siswa yaitu model Project Based Learning. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah ada peningkatan berpikir kreatif siswa setelah ditrapkan model Project Based Learning. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Quasi Exsperimen dengan desain Two Control Group Posttest Design. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas V SDN Cibening 01 Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket berpikir kreatif dan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan model Project Based Learning. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada posttest kelas kontrol adalah 65 sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada posttest kelas eksperimen adalah 74. Pengelolaan data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26 for windows dengan uji Independent sample t-test pada α (0,05) dan diperoleh nilai sig. 0,000 < α (0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara posttest kelas kontrol dan posttest kelas exsperimen. Maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas V pada pelajaran IPAS setelah diterapkannya model Project Based Learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of e-comic media in enhancing students’ learning interest in science learning, while also offering insights from ayat kauniyah (Qur’anic signs in nature) as a complementary perspective in Islamic education. The use of e-comics in science learning is not only intended to increase motivation and engagement, but also to encourage students to observe and reflect on the magnificence of Allah’s creation through natural phenomena. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design with a Post-test Only Control Group, involving 66 fifth-grade students selected purposively. Learning-interest data were collected through validated questionnaires, and hypothesis testing was conducted using the Independent Sample T-test. The results show that the experimental group using e-comic media achieved a higher post-test mean score (75.4) compared to the control group (65.8). Statistical analysis using SPSS 26 for Windows revealed a significance value of 0.00 < 0.01, indicating a strong effect of e-comic media on students’ learning interest. These findings suggest that e-comic media is effective in improving students’ learning interest in science education and, when interpreted through the lens of ayat kauniyah, can support the cultivation of spiritual reflection, gratitude, and awareness of Allah’s signs within the broader aims of Islamic pedagogy.
