Abstract

Research objective: to build interest in learning in elementary school children with technology-based, namely Wordwall, nowadays almost all children in elementary schools like to play online games on cell phones/gadgets, for this reason this method can be applied to children in elementary schools to divert children's habits so as not to get addicted to online games and make interest in learning better. the basic factor that affects children's learning interest is low, namely boring teaching techniques. The homeroom teacher there only uses YouTube, PPT in teaching. After the Wordwall Media was applied to elementary school level children, especially at SDN Panggung lor grade IV to increase their interest in learning at school, it became high. Indirectly WordWall can also be used to assess knowledge besides learning students can also play online games like WordWall. The researcher used a qualitative method through observing the homeroom teacher for class IV at SDN Panggung Lor and giving questionnaires to students to find out students' interest in learning through the WOrdWall media. The results of this study using educative online game-based learning media can increase students' interest in learning. Keywords: Interest in Learning1; WordWall2; Online game3

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the use of Snakes and Ladders media as material about obeying rules (Variable The research design uses a simple paradigm research design with one independent variable and one dependent variable. Data obtained through a questionnaire with Likert scale calculations. The location of this research will be carried out in class II of SDN Panggung Lor Semarang. The sample in this study was 25 class II students using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research starts from descriptive analysis and the data analysis technique used in this research starts from descriptive analysis. The results of this research show the results of a simple linear regression test with a value of tcount of 4.987 > ttable 2.069 (0.25 : 23), so it can be concluded that the application of Snakes and Ladders media material on the attitude of obeying the rules (Variable X) on students' motivation to learn literacy (Variable Y ) second grade students at SDN Panggunglor. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the Snakes and Ladders game media with material about obeying the rules has a significant positive impact on students' motivation in learning literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of reading and writing literacy of 5th grade students of SDN Panggung Lor Semarang by applying the cause and effect board learning media. Using a descriptive quantitative method of one-group Pretest Posttest with a research population of 28 students. There are 16 female students and 12 male students. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of pretest and posttest sheets and observations during learning activities. In the initial condition, students were lazy to read during learning activities, causing low literacy, then by applying the learning media of the cause and effect board in Indonesian language learning activities, students became enthusiastic so that their learning scores increased. This was obtained through a paired sample t test of .000 <0.05, which means that there is a difference in the average value of students before and after using the cause and effect board media in learning. The pretest score has an average of 56.43 and the posttest has an average increase to 78.57. From these results it can be concluded that there is an increase in students' literacy through their learning outcomes by applying the cause and effect board learning media.
