Abstract

UMKM berperan sangat penting dalam menekan angka pengangguran, menyediakan lapangan kerja, mengurangi angka kemiskinan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan membangun karakter bangsa. Jumlah UMKM di Kota Palu paling banyak dibandingkan dengan UMKM di kota lain di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan jika perkembangan UMKM di kota Palu berpotensi untuk di kembangkan guna memajukan perekonomian masyarakat.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis evektifitas UMKM di bidang food dan beverage sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media online dalam kegiatan penjualan di Kota Palu. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis inferensial menggunakan paired sampel t-test. Hasil Penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan sebelum menggunakan media online dan sesudah menggunakan media online meningkat signifikan, sedangkan hasil penelitian analisis inferensial menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, artinya pendapatan pelaku UMKM di Kota Palu sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan platform media online adalah berbeda secara nyata. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan pendapatan pelaku UMKM di Kota Palu sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan platform media online.

Abstract

Media permainan menyusun kata pada kartu gambar dapat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan kemandirian siswa. Media ini menawarkan pendekatan yang menyenangkan untuk membantu siswa mengasah keterampilan membaca dan menulis sambil membangun kepercayaan diri mereka dalam proses belajar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh media permainan menyusun kata pada kartu gambar terhadap kemampuan literasi dan kemandirian siswa kelas II di UPTD SD Negeri Pesanggrahan 1 Kwanyar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun tekhnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, test, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji paired simple T-Test. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis hipotesis pada Uji Paired Samples Statistics pada terlihat bahwa rata-rata hasil kemampuan literasi siswa meningkat secara signifikan setelah mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran. Hal ini di tunjukkan dengan rata-rata pretest sebesar 82,00 dan rata-rata posttest 90,33. Sedangkan output IMB SPSS v21.0 Paired Sample T-test pada kolom signifikansi sebesar 0.000 dengan nilai lebih kecil apabila dibandingkan dengan 0,05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa penggunaan media permainan menyusun kata pada kartu gambar dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi dan kemandirian siswa.

Abstract

This study utilizes bibliometric analysis to explore the structure and dynamics of global research collaborations, particularly focusing on the field of entrepreneurial risk-taking. Utilizing data sourced from major academic databases and visualized through VOSviewer, we map the collaboration networks between countries, analyzing the roles of central hubs and their influence on global research trends. Our findings highlight the United States' pivotal role in the global research network, acting as a central hub with extensive international collaborations. The study reveals a trend toward multipolar contributions with significant inputs from countries like China, Germany, and Canada. These collaborations not only enhance the diversity and quality of research outputs but also underscore the importance of international cooperation in addressing complex global challenges. The study discusses the implications of these findings for policy-making and academic strategies, emphasizing the need to support international research collaborations to foster innovation and address global challenges effectively.

Abstract

Soybeans (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) are a popular food commodity in Indonesia, but domestic production is still insufficient to meet the demand. To increase production, planting superior varieties on coastal land could be a viable solution. Despite the challenging biological, physical, and chemical conditions of coastal land, nutrients such as phosphorus (P) are crucial for enhancing production. Typically, the phosphorus content in the soil is lower than that of nitrogen (N) and potassium (K), and the ability of soybean plants to absorb phosphorus varies among varieties. This research aims to compare the growth, yield, and phosphorus uptake of four soybean varieties on biocomposted coastal land. The study was conducted using a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with a single factor consisting of four soybean varieties: Wilis, Anjasmoro, Malika, and Detam 1. The results indicate that the Anjasmoro, Wilis, Detam 1, and Malika varieties exhibit similar responses in phosphorus absorption. However, the Anjasmoro and Wilis varieties demonstrate better adaptability compared to Malika and Detam 1, as evidenced by their superior growth and yield. This suggests that Anjasmoro and Wilis have a higher capability to adapt to the challenging conditions of coastal land. Therefore, these two varieties are recommended for cultivation in coastal areas to boost soybean productivity, ensuring the sustainability and stability of the national food supply.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk inovasi manajemen yang diterapkan dalam kelembagaan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), menganalisis implementasi kepemimpinan transformatif, serta mengungkap berbagai tantangan dalam pengembangan inovasi dan strategi kelembagaan PAI. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengambilan data melalui sumber primer dan sekunder terkait dengan Inovasi dan kepemimpinan berupa tulisan artikel atau buku. Penelitian ini lebih  fokus pada Kepustakaan karena kajian ini terletak pada telaah teori, konsep, dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan, sehingga memerlukan penggalian literatur yang mendalam ketimbang pengumpulan data empiris di lapangan.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk inovasi manajemen yang diterapkan meliputi: manajemen berbasis sekolah, manajemen berbasis teknologi informasi (e-management), pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) secara profesional, serta manajemen kurikulum dan program yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dan masyarakat. Keberhasilan dari inovasi-inovasi tersebut sangat dipengaruhi oleh komitmen dan kapasitas kepemimpinan lembaga, serta dukungan lingkungan eksternal seperti pemerintah, masyarakat, dan mitra strategis. Dalam konteks kepemimpinan, pendekatan transformasional memainkan peran penting melalui lima pilar utama, yaitu: penetapan visi dan misi yang jelas, pemberdayaan inovasi dan kreativitas, penyediaan pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan, pemberian dukungan serta pengakuan terhadap kinerja, dan pembangunan kemitraan kolaboratif. Meskipun demikian, pengembangan inovasi manajerial dalam kelembagaan PAI masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, di antaranya keterbatasan kompetensi guru, resistensi terhadap perubahan, minimnya dukungan teknologi, dan lemahnya kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan intervensi yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan untuk menciptakan kelembagaan PAI yang unggul, adaptif, dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman.  ___________________________________________________________________________________________ This study aims to identify the forms of management innovation applied in Islamic Religious Education institutions, analyze the implementation of transformative leadership within them, and reveal various challenges in the development of innovation and institutional strategies in IRE. The method used in this study is library research with a qualitative approach, collecting data from primary and secondary sources related to innovation and leadership in the form of articles or books. This study focuses more on literature because it is based on the examination of relevant theories, concepts, and previous research findings, thus requiring in-depth literature exploration rather than empirical data collection in the field. The results show that the forms of management innovation applied include: school/madrasah-based management, information technology-based management), professional human resource management , and curriculum and program management tailored to the needs of students and the community. The success of these innovations is greatly influenced by the commitment and capacity of institutional leadership, as well as external support from the government, community, and strategic partners. In the context of leadership, the transformational approach plays a crucial role through five main pillars: establishing a clear vision and mission, empowering innovation and creativity, providing continuous training and development, offering support and recognition for performance, and building collaborative partnerships. However, the development of managerial innovation in PAI institutions still faces various challenges, including limitations in teacher competencies, resistance to change, lack of technological support, and weak collaboration among stakeholders. Therefore, systematic and sustainable interventions are needed to create PAI institutions that are excellent, adaptive, and relevant to the demands of the times.

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, kurikulum menjadi tolok ukur dan rancangan keberhasilan pendidikan. Pendidikan yang baik ditandai dengan perumusan serta pengimplementasian kurikulum yang baik pula. Karena itu, agar dapat berdiri tegak kuat dan tidak roboh serta dapat tercapai tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum haruslah didasari dengan dasr filsafat yang kuat. Melalui metode kepustakaan (library research), penulis akan mengupas dasar kurikulum mengenai filsafat yang berada di dalamnya melalui sudut pandang multikulturalisme. Hasil dari kajian ini adalah penerapan multikulralisme dalam pendidikan sehingga menjadi “pendidikan multikultural†sangatlah tepat mengingat Indonesia adalah negara multikultur terbesar di dunia. Terlepas dari pro kontra pendidikan multikultural, sebelum menerapkan konsep pendidikan multikultural, tentunya terlebih dahulu kita formulasikan kurikulum yang berbasis multikultural dengan filsafat multikulturalisme sebagai roh kurikulum tersebut.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study that focuses on cultivating multicultural values ​​that are contained in the learning process inside and outside the class of SMA Negeri 1 Nganjuk. The purpose of this study is to reveal and develop a model of internalization of multicultural values ​​that grows and develops in the research locus. Sources of data related to this study were obtained using in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation and documentation which were processed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. From this focus, a multicultural value internalization model was produced through the management of systematic and coordinated learning as well as habituation and training in developing student character.

Abstract

The study conducted at PW Al Washliyah Sumatera Utara—sourced from the MPW's board—aimed to: 1) elucidate the implementation of organizational communication in the development and cultivation of educational institutions in North Sumatra; 2) identify efforts to ensure the effectiveness of organizational communication; 3) analyze the organizational communication models employed; and 4) describe the challenges or obstacles faced in organizational communication. A qualitative descriptive method was utilized for this research. Informants were purposively selected, totaling eight individuals. Data were gathered through observations, interviews, and document reviews. Subsequently, data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's data analysis technique, which includes the steps: collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The research findings are as follows: First, the organizational communication implemented by MPW Al Washliyah Sumatera Utara, which acts as the coordinating and communicative leading sector towards the management of Al Washliyah educational institutions, particularly at the SMTA level, is based on achieving its vision and mission. The acceleration of Al Washliyah educational institutions with predetermined milestone targets was deemed successful, achieving 80 percent of its targeted outcomes. Second, the efforts made by PW Al Washliyah Sumatera Utara to ensure effective organizational communication in the development and cultivation of educational institutions in North Sumatra included striving for formal legality, conducting asset registration, providing socialization/education, and reinforcing development. Third, the organizational communication models applied by PW Al Washliyah in the development and cultivation of educational institutions in North Sumatra are linear, transactional, and interactional/circular/diagonal, with transactional and interactional (circular) models being commonly used. Fourth, the challenges or obstacles frequently encountered include misunderstandings or differing perceptions of communication messages, whether originating from regional leadership or conveyed by heads of schools.
