Based on CNN Indonesia's economic growthIndonesia minus 2.2% in 2020 so that causes revenuesociety declines, corporate performance weakens due to depressed sales and production,as well as investments that are still not improving. In addition, on the supply side the risk of failurepay is very large so indirectly bad credit (credit crunch) as wellincrease. The firm level data method shows that during 2020, credit occurredcrunch caused by both demand and supply sides of credit. Actually Bank Indonesia already has a solution to overcome the credit crunch by dividingseveral subsectors into 4 quadrants of the subsectors that have the most resiliencestrong to sub-sectors that have the weakest resilience. But such a solutiononly temporary (temporary) and will not be able to overcome the problemcomprehensive credit crunch. Save the writer, the acceleration of massive vaccination activitiesis the only way that can be used to solve the problemcredit crunch. Even so, there are still many people who refusein human rights and religious arguments. Therefore, this research aims toproves that the credit crunch can only be overcome by accelerating activitiesvaccination, vaccination does not conflict with human rights values, andVaccination does not conflict with religious values, especially Islam and Religionin line with maqashid syari'ah. Abstract

Roles that are ambiguous, do not have clear specifications and functions, along with role conflicts that often clash, researchers believe will increase employee creativity because employees must improve from the problems/conflicts they have so that their performance is good, the company's performance is good, and they can be trusted in many tasks / targets that a company has. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of Role Ambiguity on Employee Creativity with Role Conflict as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research, with an explanatory approach which researchers obtained from collecting questionnaires from Pegadaian insurance employees spread throughout Indonesia with the criteria of having worked for at least 1 year. This data can also be called primary data. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results show the Role Ambiguity variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Creativity because the -Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.024. Apart from that show that the Role Conflict variable can moderate the relationship between Role Ambiguity and Employee Creativity because the P-Values value is positive and has a value below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is smaller than the direct test of 0.024. In this way, the two research hypotheses above can be accepted and proven comprehensively and scientifically.

Good recruitment carried out by a research company is believed to improve company performance because the human resources produced are not haphazard/high quality, are used to not being influenced by the habits of Collusion, Corruption and Nepotism, are educated, and have high integrity. Of course, this must be supported by good selection and must be implemented by a company so that employee performance can be achieved more easily. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data in this research was distributed using an online questionnaire method to employees and a number of HRD PT. As many as 200 employees and 100 HRD are spread across Indonesia, all of which contain statements of agree, strongly agree, disagree, strongly disagree and indifferent. This data can also be called primary data. The result in this research show show a positive relationship and a significant influence on employee performance with a value of 0.031 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. Thus the first hypothesis and the researcher's first belief are accepted and can be proven. Not too different from the statement above, if a good recruitment process is accompanied by good results, high employee integrity, employee professionalism and the quality of human resources which will ultimately have an impact on employee performance will be easier to obtain. This can be proven by the results of the third table of Path Coefficients in this research which shows a positive relationship and a more significant influence on employee performance because the P-Values value is positive and has a more significant influence, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.031. Thus the second hypothesis and second belief in this research can be accepted. Keywords: Recruitment, Employee Performance, Selection

Apart from that, researchers also believe that the effect will be more significant if accompanied by good physical activity which leads to good physical health. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from distributing a questionnaire containing 14 items consisting of 6 Mental Health variable question items, 4 Employee Performance variable question items, and 4 Physical Activity variable question items. This data can also be called primary data. This research was conducted on 300 Bank Permata employees spread throughout Indonesia. The resluth in this research show good Mental Health can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Performance because Mental Health which consists of Mental Health and Intellectual Health can make employees more focused at work, more efficient in completing targets, and more effective in solving existing problems. Therefore, the results of the first row of path coefficients in this study show that the mental health variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on employee performance due to the positive P-Values and being below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.021. Apart from that, the results of the second row of the third table of path coefficients show that the beliefs and assumptions of the two researchers can be fulfilled because the P-Values are positive and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, because good physical activity can make the body healthy so that employees can work with focus, fit, and be able to complete any target without hindrance. Moreover, this is accompanied by good mental health and intellectual health. In this way, employee performance can be easily achieved. Abstract

This study utilizes bibliometric analysis to explore the structure and dynamics of global research collaborations, particularly focusing on the field of entrepreneurial risk-taking. Utilizing data sourced from major academic databases and visualized through VOSviewer, we map the collaboration networks between countries, analyzing the roles of central hubs and their influence on global research trends. Our findings highlight the United States' pivotal role in the global research network, acting as a central hub with extensive international collaborations. The study reveals a trend toward multipolar contributions with significant inputs from countries like China, Germany, and Canada. These collaborations not only enhance the diversity and quality of research outputs but also underscore the importance of international cooperation in addressing complex global challenges. The study discusses the implications of these findings for policy-making and academic strategies, emphasizing the need to support international research collaborations to foster innovation and address global challenges effectively.
