Abstract

Taman Toga Ngupoyo Sehat yang terletak Padukuhan Ngelosari, Piyungan sudah sejak lima tahun yang lalu mengembangkan budidaya tanaman sehat. Tempat budidaya sekaligus dipoles menjadi tempat nongkrong sembari menikmati minuman khas Taman Toga yakni jamu herbal yang diolah secara alami. Produk atau luaran yang dihasilkan tidak dapat dipandang sebelah mata. Padukuhan yang berperan produsen sekaligus pengelola masih terdapat kekurangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang sesuai. Produk UMKM ini berupa taman, tanaman obat dan jamu herbal yang masih belum dikenal secara luas. Program pelatihan dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu SDM anggota UMKM Taman Toga guna meningkatkan pemasaran baik kunjungan dan penjualan produk jamu alaminya. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini, para pengurus dan juga pengelola diberikan seminar dan sosialisasi terkait pentingnya branding. Materi yang disampaikan terkait cara membangun brand yang tepat untuk UMKM sehingga diharapkan mampu menjadi jembatan atau menunjang peningkatan mutu dan kualitas SDM di Taman Toga. Tujuan pelatihan ini nantinya terdapat peningkatan kunjungan dan penjualan terkait produk dapat tercapai. Kata Kunci: branding, brand, UMKM, digital marketing, strategi.

Abstract

The Fufufafa issue became a trending topic on social media X in early September. This issue began with the discovery of a Kaskus account that allegedly belonged to the Vice President of Indonesia, Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Fufufafa went viral because the account made rude insults to President Prabowo Subianto. Political influencers also expressed their opinions on this case through X. Therefore, the author focuses on finding out how political influencers through social media X lead public opinion regarding Fufufafa. Robert N. Entman's framing analysis method will be used by emphasizing the definition of the problem, the cause of the problem, making capital decisions, and recommending certain solutions. The influencers chosen are @Dennysiregar7 and @yusuf_dumdum, who are considered vocal about this issue. This paper finds that there are efforts to lead public opinion on the Fufufafa issue. The X account has been used as a tool to promote a point of view or lead public opinion regarding an issue according to what they believe.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred some time ago has become a disruption that has harmed journalists' work. It is equally known that journalism jobs require mobility and a high level of interaction. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, journalists' movement became limited. In this research, the author focuses on how journalists adapted to carrying out their work during the Pandemic in 2020. This research uses a qualitative case study approach with in-depth interviews. More specifically, the research focuses on online mainstream journalistic media as the research subject. Online media were specifically chosen as the research subject, considering that in the digital era, online media have become one of society's main sources of information. During the COVID-19 pandemic, mainstream media became the front guard as a public information source. The sources for this research consisted of nine journalists from four national online media, namely Detik.com, Tribunnews.com, Suara.com, and VOI.id. This research found that journalists adapted to cover news during the Pandemic, including reducing offline coverage, increasing online coverage and adjusting the rhythm or routine of working hours
