Abstract

The study seeks to identify the approaches and factors, both supportive and hindering, utilized by teachers in fostering a compassionate ethos at MI Ash Shiddiqiyah. Employing qualitative descriptive research, the author draws upon school principals, teachers, and students as data sources. Data gathering methods encompass observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves the reduction of information, presentation of findings, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the teacher strategy used is implementing activities that must be carried out daily so that it becomes a habit, such as cleaning every morning, in addition to providing sufficient cleaning tools, providing insight into the importance of caring for environmental cleanliness which is integrated into the learning process, providing motivation. , appreciation, and good example by teachers. The supporting factor in forming this character is that teachers receive a lot of support from the school principal and the school committee. Apart from supporting factors, there are inhibiting factors in this process, namely the lack of availability of clean water supplies. The conclusion is that the strategies used by teachers are quite varied and continue to be implemented and even improved in protecting the environment.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the role of the deep learning model in fostering inclusive and multicultural education in Indonesian junior high schools. Using a literature review approach, the discussion focuses on the essence of deep learning as a comprehensive instructional method that emphasizes conceptual understanding, critical reflection, and meaningful connections in real-world contexts. The study finds that this approach holds significant potential in accommodating students’ diverse backgrounds and promoting cross-cultural understanding. By integrating the principles of inclusion and multiculturalism, deep learning can serve as a strategic framework for realizing transformative, contextual, and equitable learning. This article also presents a conceptual model of inclusive-multicultural learning based on deep learning, which can be adapted to the context of junior high schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Self-efficacy, Leadership, and Business Experience on Entrepreneurial Performance with Innovative Behavior as an Intervening Variable in the Branch Management of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association of Medan City. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods to study young entrepreneurs in the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association of Medan City. This study used probability sampling and the Slovin formula to select 350 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and secondary sources such as literature and journals. The results showed that self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance in BPC Hipmi Medan City, while leadership has a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance. Business experience also has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance. However, self-efficacy hurts innovative behavior. This research shows that entrepreneurs in HIPMI Medan City need high self-efficacy, digital technology for innovation, and creative ideas. Leadership is essential to coordinate business goals, improve performance quality, and accept criticism to sustain the market and maintain market share.
