Abstract

Business activities in a company in the era of globalization are required to be more competitive and sustainable. This research aims to understand the influence of corporate social responsibility and green innovation on company financial performance. This research collects secondary data from companies registered as LQ-45 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange while also participating in the public information disclosure program regarding environmental compliance (PROPER) during 2021-2022 based on the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results of the study state that the variables intellectual capital, corporate social responsibility and green innovation have a significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, corporate social responsibility has no effect on green innovation. The corporate governance moderating variable has a significant effect on corporate social responsibility on financial performance. These findings can help stakeholders to maintain the sustainability of business and achieve competitive business advantages in order to increase company profits.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and work motivation on the performance of millennial employees at Bank SUMUT Medan Sukaramai Branch Office. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique of 70 respondents. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial test found that there was a positive and significant influence between work-life balance on employee performance, and organizational work motivation had a positive and significant influence on. employee performance. The results of the simultaneous test found that there was a positive and significant influence between work-life balance and organizational work motivation had a positive and significant influence on. employee performance. Apart from that, it can be seen that the adjusted R square value of the millennial employee performance variable at Bank SUMUT Medan Sukaramai Branch Office. is 0.752, this means that the percentage of influence on work life and work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of millennial employees, namely 75.2%, while the remaining 24.8% is explained by other variables which were not examined in this research.Keywords: "Work-life balance";" Work motivation"; :Millennial Employee Performance:.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the leadership style and organizational culture influence employee motivation at Sampali Asri PT Kurnia Medan. This research using descriptive data analysis, multiple regression analysis with t-test (test partial), F test (simultaneous test) and test the coefficient of determination (R2). This research test equipment using multiple linear regression model. The conclusion that can be drawn from the test results, the stimulatory and partial leadership style and organizational culture influence employee motivation. The implications of the results of this research are able to explain that leadership and organizational culture are closely related to motivation, because the success of a leader in moving other people to achieve the goals that have been set is very dependent on authority, and also the leader in creating motivation within each person. Subordinate.

Abstract

Writing scientific papers is a way to convey knowledge, thoughts and research results to the scientific community and the general public. Lecturers who have competence in writing scientific papers are able to produce quality writing, based on strong research methodology, in-depth analysis, and a good understanding of their field of science. Quality scientific work not only contributes to the development of knowledge, but also triggers discussion, debate and further development. A lecturer's ability to write scientific papers also has an impact on the academic reputation of the lecturer himself and the institution where he teaches. Lecturers who are active in publishing scientific work in leading journals or contributing to academic books will be recognized as authorities in their field. Universities and higher education institutions have an important role in supporting the development of lecturers' competence in writing scientific papers. Scientific writing training or workshops will help lecturers understand the scientific writing process, from planning, data collection, to presenting results. Apart from that, interdisciplinary collaboration and collaborative networks with fellow researchers will also help in overcoming obstacles and improving the quality of scientific work. To overcome various obstacles and problems with lecturers' competence in writing scientific papers, the solution offered to overcome these problems is to provide training and assistance in writing scientific papers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi, budaya organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan objek penelitiannya adalah pegawai di Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu, 54 orang pegawai dengan jabatan structural. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu data primer yang diperoleh langsung melalui kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan kurangnya disiplin pegawai di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang menyebabkan kinerja pegawai rendah. Dari hasil uji regresi, variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 65,7%. Dari hasil uji regresi terdapat pengaruh variabel kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 38,9%. Dari hasil uji regresi diperoleh pengaruh variabel Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 10,7%. Dari hasil output SPSS diperoleh Adjusted R Square adalah sebesar 0, nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar tersebut menjelaskan, peran variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1), Kompetensi (X2), dan Budaya Organisasi (X3), dalam mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai (Y) adalah sebesar 0,841 atau 84,1%. Sementara sisa (nilai residu) dari peran variabel tersebut adalah sebesar 0,159 atau 15,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Disiplin kerja, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Resource Advantage idea in business competitiveness promotes the development of competitive advantages by enterprises through their better possession of resources. MSME need to retain and improve their competitive advantage through cost leadership strategy. To achieve the competitiveness, MSME have to pay attention to their resource advantage. In terms of cost leadership,  MSMEs must also assess the quality and superiority of their available resources. Resource superiority is a significant concern when it comes to competition based on low prices. This study aims to investigate the tactics employed by micro enterprises in addressing sudden increases in the costs of production inputs in order to preserve their competitive edge. The study utilised a sample of organisations who successfully maintained company continuity following instances of price surge since 2022. There were a total of 30 businesses that took part in this research. The chosen methodology is a qualitative approach that involves conducting content analysis on the interview results. Typically, corporations choose raising the prices of their products as the input is rising. MSME is prefer to raise the price while retaining the quality rather than lower the quality to keep the price in check.

Abstract

The strengthening of the times and the digital-I economic ecosystem encourages the transformation of the convention payment mode I to be digital-based. The purpose of the service is to provide an introduction and understanding of financial technology to the mothers of Nurul Hidayah Village in Bandar Setia Village. The method used is the socialization of material explanations, discussions and questions and answers, as well as giving gifts to mothers who understand this service material. After that, assistance was provided to Perwiritan Nurul Hidayah women to help use financial technology in transactions. The result of the service is that housewives can use financial technology in business activities and household activities. Housewives know how to take advantage of digital technology to enjoy financial services from various financial services.

Abstract

The movement of the community's economic structure experienced a very drastic decline in line with the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The Covid-19 pandemic has become a driving force for digitalization in almost all sectors, including payment systems. Digitalization of the payment system is considered to be the key to accelerating national economic recovery in addition to the COVID-19 vaccination program. This research aims to find out how the Digitalization of Sharia Banks Promotes National Economic Recovery during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used by the author in preparing this article is a literature review or literature study that contains theories that are relevant to the research problems. Several digital services can be put forward to encourage the acceleration of increasing sharia financial inclusion in Indonesia such as digital payment systems, peer-to-peer lending, and branchless banking. Increasing Sharia financial inclusion itself is carried out because it has a direct impact on improving the welfare of people who use digital-based Sharia financial services and products. Digitalization of Sharia banking can be the key to encouraging national economic recovery. The convenience of digital transaction services facilitates bank transaction activities amidst the limited mobility of community activities. So it cannot be denied that the Sharia banking industry has experienced an increase through digital banking services even though it has been hit by a crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research intends to collect empirical data, facts, and information that are valid, accurate, and trustworthy regarding the Influence of Organizational Culture, Competence, and Learning on Employee Performance, causal studies at the Sibolga Navigation District Office Class III. This study was conducted from January to March 2022 utilizing a quantitative research strategy and survey methodology. This study's sample consists of 109 state civil servants and 86 state civil servants from the Class Navigation District Office. III Sibolga. Using a Likert Scale, the researchers determined the value of each question item across all variables, as well as the amount of the value provided in each statement. Path Analysis is used to assess data gathered via questionnaire distribution. Competence has a good and considerable impact on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a big impact on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a significant impact on performance, according to the findings of this study.
