Abstract

The Library Information System specifically designed for SMPS PGRI Pelalawan Regency is a technological innovation that aims to improve efficiency and serviceability in library management. By utilizing programming languages [Php, Html, and JavaScript] and relational databases such as MySQL, this system ensures optimal security and performance. The implementation of the library information system at SMPS PGRI Pelalawan Regency is expected to be able to overcome these obstacles, increase operational efficiency, and provide a better learning experience. It is hoped that the integration of technology will not only bring changes in library information management, but also stimulate students' interest in reading and make a positive contribution to improving the quality of education at SMPS PGRI Pelalawan Regency. In designing the library application at SMPS PGRI Pelalawan Regency, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews and literature study.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and evaluate the feasibility of developing agrotourism in Langgam, Teluk Meranti, and Kuala Kampar Subdistricts, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. With significant land area and diversity of agricultural commodities, as well as the potential for Malay culture-based agrotourism, these three subdistricts show great potential for development. The research methods involved collecting primary and secondary data through observation, interviews, and documentation, using a descriptive approach to analyze land suitability, demographics, productive enterprises, infrastructure, and accessibility. The results indicate that Langgam Subdistrict has a higher feasibility level for agrotourism development compared to Teluk Meranti and Kuala Kampar, supported by diverse productive enterprises, good accessibility, and readiness of human resources. The main challenge is the low regional original income, which affects investment capacity. Teluk Meranti and Kuala Kampar require capacity building for human resources, improvement in accessibility, and diversification of productive enterprises to enhance their agrotourism potential. A comprehensive and collaborative development strategy between the government, community, and private sector is essential to address challenges and maximize agrotourism potential, which not only provides economic benefits but also social and environmental benefits for the local community, ensuring long-term sustainability and improving community welfare.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Kampung Bukit Agung menghadapi kendala dalam proses pendataan warga dasawisma yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Pendataan manual ini seringkali menyebabkan kesalahan penulisan, data yang tidak lengkap, dan keterlambatan dalam pengelolaan data. Masalah ini menghambat efektivitas program PKK yang membutuhkan data yang akurat dan terkini untuk pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat menyederhanakan proses pendataan warga dasawisma, meningkatkan akurasi, mempercepat administrasi, dan memungkinkan akses informasi secara real-time. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dengan mengurangi kesalahan dalam pendataan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat serta tepat di tingkat desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan efektivitas program pembangunan desa dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Sistem diuji melalui survei kepuasan pengguna, yang menunjukkan 89% pengguna menyatakan bahwa sistem berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan data, terutama dalam hal pengambilan keputusan, akurasi data, dan kemudahan penggunaan.

Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of the K-Means clustering algorithm in this study aims to group students based on academic performance in the D3 Teknik Komputer PSDKU Solok Selatan. Clustering is performed based on course grades over 3 semesters, GPA from semester 1 to 3, and student attendance. Data was taken from 27 students who have completed their studies over 3 semesters with a dataset of 29 attributes that will be used in this research. 1 attribute as an identity, 27 attributes underwent a normalization process using MIN-Max Scaler. The clustering process using the Elbow Method and Silhouette Score obtained an optimal cluster k=3, where cluster 0 consists of 10 students, cluster 1 has 8 students, and cluster 2 has 9 students. Cluster 1 shows students with very good academic performance, cluster 2 with diverse academic performance, and cluster 0 with low or poor performance. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) analysis shows good clustering results without overlap. Keyword: Data mining, K-Means clustering, Elbow Method, Silhouette Score, Academic               Performance Abstrak: Implementasi algoritma K-Means clustering  di penelitian ini bertujuan mengelompokkan mahasiswa berdasarkan kinerja akademik pada Program Studi D3 Teknik Komputer PSDKU Solok Selatan. Clustering dilakukan berdasarkan nilai matakuliah selama 3 semester, IP semester 1 sampai 3 dan absensi kehadiran mahasiswa. Data diambil dari 27 mahasiswa yang telah menyelesaikan perkuliahan selama 3 semester dengan 29 atribut datashet yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini. 1 atribut sebagai identitas, 27 atribut dilakukan proses normalisasi menggunakan MIN-Max Scaler. Proses clustering dengan Metode Elbow dan Silhouette Score mendapatkan klaster optimal k=3, dimana klaster 0 terdiri dari 10 mahasiswa, klaster 1 terdapat 8 mahasiswa dan klaster 2 terdapat 9 mahasiswa. Klaster 1 menunjukkan mahasiswa dengan kinerja akademik yang sangat baik, klaster 2 dengan kinerja akademik yang beragam dan klaster 0 dengan kinerja yang rendah atau kurang. Analisis Principal Component Analysis (PCA)memnampilkan hasil klastering yang baik tanpa tumpang tindih. Kata kunci: Data mining, K-Means clustering, Elbow Method, Silhoutte Score, Kinerja                    Akademik

Abstract

Administrative tasks at Posyandu Restu Ibu are still managed manually, including the recording of child growth data, maternal health, and activity reports. This condition often results in data management difficulties and delayed information access. To overcome these challenges, a web-based information system was designed and implemented to assist cadres in recording and managing Posyandu activities more efficiently. The system provides features for recording toddlers and pregnant women data, scheduling services, and generating reports in real time. The implementation shows that the system improves data accuracy, speeds up information retrieval, and simplifies the preparation of monthly reports. By utilizing this technology, Posyandu Restu Ibu can deliver services that are more structured and responsive to community needs

Abstract

Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Pelalawan merupakan instansi pemerintah yang bertugas memberikan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat. Saat ini, pengukuran kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan kertas dan pena, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti lamanya proses pengolahan data dan risiko kehilangan dokumen. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengumpulan data survei. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat berbasis web menggunakan Framework Laravel dan MySQL sebagai database. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metodologi Waterfall. Perancangan sistem dimodelkan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang mencakup use case diagram dan class diagram. Sistem diuji menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) untuk memastikan fungsionalitas dan penerimaan pengguna. Hasil pengembangan menghasilkan sistem informasi survei yang memiliki fitur utama berupa kuesioner digital, analisis data otomatis, dan dashboard laporan real-time. Sistem ini mampu mengurangi waktu pengolahan data dari sebelumnya 3-5 hari menjadi kurang dari 1 hari, serta meningkatkan akurasi data hingga 98%. Pengujian UAT dengan 30 responden menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sebesar 85% terhadap kemudahan penggunaan sistem. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik melalui pengumpulan data kepuasan masyarakat yang lebih efisien dan akurat.
