Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencapai tiga tujuan utama: pertama, untuk memahami bagaimana SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ngawi mencapai pengembangan prestasi non-akademik siswa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Kedua, untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan prestasi non akademik siswa dapat dicapai dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ngawi. Ketiga, mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi siswa SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ngawi dalam mengembangkan prestasi non-akademik pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan mengusulkan solusinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru bidang kesiswaan, pengawas ekstrakurikuler serta siswa kelas IV dan V SD Muhammadiyah 1 Ngawi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan catatan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman untuk analisis kualitatif, meliputi tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan terkait perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta hambatan dan solusi pengembangan prestasi non akademik melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, merencanakan secara matang pengembangan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan prestasi non-akademik siswa, termasuk merancang program pelatihan, menyiapkan materi, dan menyediakan peralatan sesuai kebutuhan ekstrakurikuler. Kedua, pelaksanaan pelatihan prestasi non-akademik pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler siswa berjalan lancar, sesuai dengan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi rencana pelatihan. Ketiga, beberapa hambatan yang teridentifikasi antara lain kurangnya disiplin waktu pada sebagian siswa dan kendala cuaca yang dapat menyebabkan tertundanya pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler.

Abstract

The aim of this learning is to see an increase in the learning outcomes of class V students at SDN Kandangan 1 Ngawi in science and technology subjects, Ecosystem component material using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The subjects in this research were class V students at SDN Kandangan 1 Ngawi Regency with a total of 17 children. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, tests and documentation. The research data analysis technique uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research show a significant improvement from each cycle. In the pre-cycle or before using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, it was discovered that only 23.52% of students or the equivalent of 4 children had achieved the science and science learning objectives on land ecosystem food chains. Furthermore, in cycle 1 there was a significant increase in learning outcomes as evidenced by the fact that 64.7% of students or the equivalent of 11 children had achieved the learning objectives. Continuing in the second cycle, learning outcomes also increased in the second cycle, amounting to 88.23% or the equivalent of 15 students having achieved this learning objective. The conclusion of this research is that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in science and science lessons on Ecosystem Components using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model.

Abstract

Abstract. The training in making phone strap and keychain accessories from beads at the Ngawi Muhammadiyah Orphanage aims to develop creative and technical skills for participants, as well as providing a positive impact in social and emotional aspects. This training involves a series of activities starting from opening, providing basic materials, demonstration of manufacturing techniques, to direct practice by participants. The results of the training showed that participants not only succeeded in mastering technical skills in designing and making accessories, but were also able to develop their creativity, precision and increase their self-confidence. In addition, this training provides significant social benefits by encouraging cooperation and building a sense of community among participants. The positive emotional impact is also reflected in increased emotional well-being, where participants feel satisfied and proud of the results of their work. This training succeeded in opening up opportunities for participants to utilize new skills as a potential source of additional income. Overall, this training contributes to empowering participants to create positive changes in their lives through creativity and skills.   Abstrak. Pelatihan pembuatan aksesori strap phone dan keychain dari beads di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Ngawi bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kreatif dan teknis bagi para peserta, serta memberikan dampak positif dalam aspek sosial dan emosional. Pelatihan ini melibatkan serangkaian kegiatan mulai dari pembukaan, pemberian materi dasar, demonstrasi teknik pembuatan, hingga praktik langsung oleh peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta tidak hanya berhasil menguasai keterampilan teknis dalam merancang dan membuat aksesori, tetapi juga mampu mengembangkan kreativitas, ketelitian, serta meningkatkan rasa percaya diri mereka. Pelatihan pembuatan aksesori seperti strap phone dan keychain dari beads dipilih karena memiliki nilai ekonomis, mudah dibuat, serta diminati pasar, sehingga peserta dapat mengembangkannya menjadi peluang wirausaha. Selain melatih keterampilan teknis, pelatihan ini mendorong kreativitas, ketelitian, dan rasa percaya diri peserta. Peluang penjualan produk secara langsung atau daring juga memberikan prospek pemberdayaan ekonomi, sementara kerja sama dalam proses pelatihan memperkuat aspek sosial dan emosional peserta, menjadikannya aktivitas yang bermanfaat secara holistik.  Selain itu, pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat sosial yang signifikan dengan mendorong kerjasama dan membangun rasa kebersamaan di antara peserta. Dampak emosional yang positif juga tercermin dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan emosional, di mana peserta merasa puas dan bangga dengan hasil karya mereka. Pelatihan ini berhasil membuka peluang bagi peserta untuk memanfaatkan keterampilan baru sebagai potensi sumber penghasilan tambahan. Keseluruhan, pelatihan ini berkontribusi dalam memberdayakan peserta untuk menciptakan perubahan positif dalam kehidupan mereka melalui kreativitas dan keterampilan.
