Abstract

Mathematics has characteristic in good abstract object. That cause students have difficulty in understanding of mathematics. Therefore, thereal-lifeexperiences ofchildrenin the classroom are important for learning and students will understand thematerial quickly. This study is aimed to describe the activities of students during thelearning process that takes place in the material realistic arithmetic addition andsubtraction and describe the learning completeness students after being taught withrealistic learning the material arithmetic addition and subtraction of integers. This typeof research used in this research is qualitative research. Subjects in this study werestudents of class IV SDN Jenangan, Kwadungan, Ngawi. Based on this research, studentactivities relevant to teaching (teaching and learning) of 98.83% classified in thecategory very well. While the student activity whichis not relevant to the teaching of10.15%. Completeness students in realistic mathematics learning on the materialarithmetic operations of addition and subtraction of integers for fourth grade students ofSDN Jenangan, Kwadungan, Ngawi gained mastery learning students individually of 12students from the number of students as many as 15 students altogether, whichis notcompleted individually as 3 students. Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the problems that arise in learning the Java language is when a student must be able to understand the textbook content used by teachers in the classroom. Many words or sentences in the Java language textbook that is difficult for students to understand because it feels foreign so that students do not understand what the meaning of the word or sentence. Based on the results of preliminary observations, students of the sixth grade of elementary school are not able to master the content of the material in textbooks that should be used for fourth grade students of elementary school. Therefore, this study aims to find out how much textbooks and textbooks that have been used in SD in Madiun Residency with each class level. Data analysis method used is with Fry Graph and Klos technique. The result of the research shows that the area that has been using textbook that is in accordance with the level of legibility is the area of Madiun, Magetan and Ngawi, while the other three regions of Pacitan, Ponorogo, and Madiun Kota are not suitable because they are too high, And 8, that means the textbook is appropriate for the junior level.Key words: Analysis of textbooks legibility, Javanese language

Abstract

Mathematics learning in elementary schools is usually only one-way, teacher-centered, teachers only explain the material, and using existing media in the school,, students just listen and perform tasks given by the teacher. This resulted in students' understanding of math lessons and their learning achievement decreases. Therefore needed a good media that is interactive multimedia learning based on Cognitive Load Theory (CLT). This study aims to describe the application of interactive multimedia learning based on Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) on students of grade 5 SDN 3 Klegen. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects in this study are students of grade 5 SDN 3 Klegen Madiun City. Based on the results of research, on learning by using interactive learning multimedia based cognitive load theory (CLT) is divided into three activities, namely the initial activities, core activities, and closing activities. The average result of the questionnaire score was 88.27%, so the questionnaire was considered good. And also the average value of class 5 SDN 3 Klegen of 78,5 from total 26 students. Students who get grades under the KKM that is 70 as many as 4 students from 26 students. It shows that 84.61%, so it can be concluded that the most students already understand the material of cube and beam volume.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran Project-Based Learning (PJBL) berbantuan media pohon literasi dalam meningkatkan kosa kata baru siswa kelas 5 SD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang efektivitas model pembelajaran ini dalam meningkatkan kosa kata siswa pada tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian kelompok kontrol non-ekuivalen. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, yang dipilih secara acak. Kelas eksperimen menerapkan model pembelajaran PJBL berbantuan media pohon literasi, sedangkan kelas kontrol menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui tes kosa kata, observasi, dan angket. Tes kosa kata digunakan untuk mengukur peningkatan kosa kata siswa sebelum dan setelah intervensi pembelajaran. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati interaksi siswa dengan media pohon literasi dan partisipasi mereka dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa dan penilaian mereka terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran PJBL berbantuan media pohon literasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran PJBL berbantuan media pohon literasi secara signifikan meningkatkan kosa kata baru siswa kelas 5 SD. Selain itu, siswa juga menunjukkan tingkat motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dan partisipasi yang lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran dengan model tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada guru-guru kelas 5 SD untuk mengadopsi model pembelajaran PJBL berbantuan media pohon literasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kosa kata siswa. Penerapan model ini dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang berbeda dan menarik, sehingga meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa dalam memperluas kosakata mereka.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi covid 19 ini, pelaksanaan belajar-mengajar menjadi kurang maksimal. Guru melaksanakan proses pembelajaran melalui whatsapp. Guru meminta siswa membaca buku teks dan memberikan pekerjaan rumah yang ada di Lembar Kerja Siswa. Sehingga situasi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan menjadi kurang berkesan dan membuat siswa menjadi malas untuk belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pengembangan media workbook berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) sebagai media pembelajaran calistung pada siswa SD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R & D). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SDN Purwosari 2, Kecamatan Kwadungan, Ngawi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar wawancara, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur pengembangan pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE meliputi Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Hasil validasi ahli materi sebanyak 90 %, hasil validasi ahli media sebanyak 90 %, dan hasil validasi ahli bahasa adalah 92 %. Adapun rata-rata hasil validasi tersebut adalah 90, 67 dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil angket respon guru sebesar 98% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Sedangkan hasil keseluruhan angket respon siswa sebesar 97,8% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil tes evaluasi siswa kelas III menunjukkan bahwa 19 siswa (95%) memperoleh nilai diatas KKM, dan 1 siswa (5%) masih memperoleh nilai dibawah KKM.

Abstract

Abstract: In 2024, fifth grade students at SDN 03 Madiun Lor participated in two literacy collaborative learning projects. Information was collected from end-of-cycle tests, classroom observations, and surveys asking students' opinions about implementing TGT. To describe learning outcomes, increased student activity, and student responses to the learning process, data was examined descriptively using the TGT type. Student performance in class V of SDN Madiun Lor increased both before and after the introduction of the TGT learning paradigm, in accordance with the research results. In the pre-cycle the average student score was 52.19%, which then increased after applying the TGT model in cycle 1 to 69.84%, at the end of cycle 2 this figure increased to 76.41%. This research found that fifth grade students at SDN 03 Madiun Lor responded well to the use of TGT and were actively involved in the learning process. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Team Games Tournament (TGT) Abstrak: Pada tahun 2024, siswa kelas V di SDN 03 Madiun Lor berpartisipasi dalam dua literasi proyek pembelajaran kolaboratif ini. Informasi dikumpulkan dari tes akhir siklus, observasi kelas, dan survei yang menanyakan pendapat siswa tentang penerapan TGT. Untuk menggambarkan hasil pembelajaran, peningkatan aktivitas siswa, dan tanggapan siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran, data diperiksa secara deskriptif menggunakan tipe TGT. Kinerja siswa di kelas V SDN Madiun Lor meningkat baik sebelum dan sesudah pengenalan paradigma pembelajaran TGT, sesuai dengan hasil penelitian. Pada prasiklus nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 52,19%, yang kemudian meningkat setelah menerapkan model TGT siklus 1 sebesar 69,84%, pada akhir siklus 2 angka tersebut meningkat menjadi 76,41%. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa siswa kelas V SDN 03 Madiun Lor merespon dengan baik terhadap penggunaan TGT dan secara aktif terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Team Games Tournament (TGT)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV SDN Margomulyo 2 Ngawi dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran matematika. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Subjek penelitiannya siswa kelas 4 SDN Margomulyo 2 Ngawi sebanyak 13 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti ini adalah teknik non tes yang meliputi observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Ketrampilan berpikir kritis pada studi awal pendahuluan menunjukan sebanyak 13 siswa terdapat 14% menduduki kategori sangat tinggi, 14% menduduki kategori tinggi, 24% menduduki kategori sedang, dan 48% menduduki kategori rendah. Hasil siklus I menunjukan 38% menduduki kategori sangat tinggi, 29% menduduki kategori tinggi, 19% menduduki kategori sedang, dan 14% menduduki kategori rendah. Pada hasil peningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa ini ditunjukkan dengan perolehan rerata skor pada siklus I sebesar 65,85 %. Hasil dari siklus II menunjukan 52,5% menduduki kategori sangat tinggi, 33,5% menduduki kategori tinggi, 14% menduduki kategori sedang. Pada hasil peningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa ini ditunjukkan dengan perolehan rerata skor pada siklus II sebesar 73,85. Berarti terjadi peningkatan sebesar 10,31%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran Matematika dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas 4 SDN Margomulyo 2 Ngawi. This research aims to improve the critical thinking skills of class IV students at SDN Margomulyo 2 Ngawi by applying the Problem Based Learning learning model to mathematics subjects. This type of research includes Classroom Action Research (PTK), which consists of two cycles. The research subjects were 13 grade 4 students at SDN Margomulyo 2 Ngawi. The data collection technique used by this researcher is a non-test technique which includes observation, questionnaires and documentation. Critical thinking skills in the initial preliminary study showed that of 13 students, 14% were in the very high category, 14% were in the high category, 24% were in the medium category, and 48% were in the low category. The results of cycle I showed that 38% were in the very high category, 29% were in the high category, 19% were in the medium category, and 14% were in the low category. The results of improving students' critical thinking skills are shown by the average score obtained in cycle I of 65.85%. The results from cycle II showed that 52.5% were in the very high category, 33.5% were in the high category, 14% were in the medium category. The results of improving students' critical thinking skills are shown by the average score obtained in cycle II of 73.85. This means there was an increase of 10.31%. The results of the research show that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model in Mathematics subjects can improve the critical thinking skills of grade 4 students at SDN Margomulyo 2 Ngawi.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Margomulyo 2 Ngawi pada materi cahaya dan sifatnya melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan media konkret. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, melibatkan 14 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam persentase ketuntasan belajar dari 21,43% pada prasiklus, menjadi 57,14% pada siklus I, dan mencapai 85,71% pada siklus II. Penerapan model PBL dengan media konkret tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual siswa, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah. Perubahan positif juga terlihat dalam aktivitas belajar siswa, dengan peningkatan keterlibatan dan kepercayaan diri dalam melakukan eksperimen dan diskusi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model PBL dengan media konkret efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa pada pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar. This classroom action research aimed to improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN Margomulyo 2 Ngawi on the topic of light and its properties through the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with concrete media. The research was conducted in two cycles, involving 14 students. Data were collected through observation, learning outcome tests, and interviews. The results showed a significant increase in the percentage of learning mastery from 21.43% in the pre-cycle, to 57.14% in cycle I, and reaching 85.71% in cycle II. The application of the PBL model with concrete media not only enhanced students' conceptual understanding but also developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Positive changes were also observed in students' learning activities, with increased engagement and confidence in conducting experiments and discussions. This research concludes that the PBL model with concrete media is effective in improving learning outcomes and student activities in science learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Abstract. The training in making phone strap and keychain accessories from beads at the Ngawi Muhammadiyah Orphanage aims to develop creative and technical skills for participants, as well as providing a positive impact in social and emotional aspects. This training involves a series of activities starting from opening, providing basic materials, demonstration of manufacturing techniques, to direct practice by participants. The results of the training showed that participants not only succeeded in mastering technical skills in designing and making accessories, but were also able to develop their creativity, precision and increase their self-confidence. In addition, this training provides significant social benefits by encouraging cooperation and building a sense of community among participants. The positive emotional impact is also reflected in increased emotional well-being, where participants feel satisfied and proud of the results of their work. This training succeeded in opening up opportunities for participants to utilize new skills as a potential source of additional income. Overall, this training contributes to empowering participants to create positive changes in their lives through creativity and skills.   Abstrak. Pelatihan pembuatan aksesori strap phone dan keychain dari beads di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Ngawi bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kreatif dan teknis bagi para peserta, serta memberikan dampak positif dalam aspek sosial dan emosional. Pelatihan ini melibatkan serangkaian kegiatan mulai dari pembukaan, pemberian materi dasar, demonstrasi teknik pembuatan, hingga praktik langsung oleh peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta tidak hanya berhasil menguasai keterampilan teknis dalam merancang dan membuat aksesori, tetapi juga mampu mengembangkan kreativitas, ketelitian, serta meningkatkan rasa percaya diri mereka. Pelatihan pembuatan aksesori seperti strap phone dan keychain dari beads dipilih karena memiliki nilai ekonomis, mudah dibuat, serta diminati pasar, sehingga peserta dapat mengembangkannya menjadi peluang wirausaha. Selain melatih keterampilan teknis, pelatihan ini mendorong kreativitas, ketelitian, dan rasa percaya diri peserta. Peluang penjualan produk secara langsung atau daring juga memberikan prospek pemberdayaan ekonomi, sementara kerja sama dalam proses pelatihan memperkuat aspek sosial dan emosional peserta, menjadikannya aktivitas yang bermanfaat secara holistik.  Selain itu, pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat sosial yang signifikan dengan mendorong kerjasama dan membangun rasa kebersamaan di antara peserta. Dampak emosional yang positif juga tercermin dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan emosional, di mana peserta merasa puas dan bangga dengan hasil karya mereka. Pelatihan ini berhasil membuka peluang bagi peserta untuk memanfaatkan keterampilan baru sebagai potensi sumber penghasilan tambahan. Keseluruhan, pelatihan ini berkontribusi dalam memberdayakan peserta untuk menciptakan perubahan positif dalam kehidupan mereka melalui kreativitas dan keterampilan.
