Nutritional status is one of the factors that can affect child development. The program to treat malnourished children is periodically conducted in January-March every year. The Semarang City Health Office collaborates with IFI Semarang City and STIKES KESDAM IV Diponegoro Department of Physiotherapy as well as from various other medical team collaborations to provide services to these toddlers. Physiotherapy itself plays a role in the detection and stimulation of the growth and development of children under five with malnutrition. IFI Semarang city is scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday to give assignments alternately to representatives of physiotherapists in each agency both from hospitals, Clinic and Homecare to come to Rumah Pelangi Nusantara to provide early detection treatment for malnourished toddlers who experience growth delays, by providing examinations, interventions in the form of exercise therapy and education to parents of toddlers. Abstract

Public knowledge to choose adequate and balanced food for individuals and families is still lacking. This is strongly influenced by the level of education, socio-economic and culture. There has been an increase in non-communicable diseases that require serious attention by all parties, both policy makers and the community. Controlling NCDs can be done by modifying risk factors with behavioral changes known as the CERDIK acronym. CERDIK activities: Check your health condition routinely and regularly, Get rid of cigarette smoke and other air pollution, Diligent physical activity with sports and art movements, A healthy diet with balanced calories (low in sugar, salt and fat and rich in fiber) Adequate rest and prioritize safety, Control stress and violence. must be carried out regularly and continuously. The increase in NCDs can be suppressed through controlling risk factors, namely reducing consumption of cigarettes, alcohol, sugar and salt, increasing consumption of fruits and vegetables, increasing physical activity through exercise, preventing obesity, controlling stress with recreational activities and checking blood pressure, blood sugar levels regularly. NCD prevention efforts can be carried out by the community independently through Posbindu activities.

The process of vasodilation of blood vessels produced by infrared light can accelerate the removal of several pain-stimulating chemicals including bradykinin, serotonin, histamine, and proteolytic enzymes. As well as prostaglandins and substance P which increase the sensitivity of the endings of pain fibers, so that ultimately infrared can reduce the intensity of pain. Apart from providing physiotherapy intervention, they also provide socialization or counseling to the community according to the condition they are complaining about. Abstract

According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 13 of 1998 concerning elderly welfare, an elderly person is someone who has reached the age of 60 years and above. Indonesia alone ranks fourth in the world with 24 million elderly people who have not received much attention. The decline in various body functions in old age can cause elderly people to have difficulty eating due to various causes. For example, the appetite of the elderly tends to decrease because their sense of taste and smell is no longer as sharp as it used to be to inhale aromas and taste food. The elderly are also more prone to decreased saliva production, loose teeth, weakened intestinal and gastric functions, and decreased stomach acid production which makes it difficult for the body to absorb food. Weakness or paralysis of the face, also known as facial frown, will cause impairment in the ability of facial muscles. Miror Therapy exercises can help improve facial muscle strength in patients with stroke. Regular exercise for 2 times a week can help increase the muscle strength of stroke patients.
