Abstract

Quality of service, Good Corporate Governance and a good and good marketing strategy from a bank will of course have an impact on the loyalty of customers who save and use products from the bank, if the customer becomes satisfied it will automatically have an impact on loyalty and establish a long-term relationship with the bank. This study wants to prove the effect of each variable, namely service quality, Good Corporate Governance and Marketing Strategy as on loyalty to customers of Bank Sumut Syariah Simpang Kayu Besar Sub-Branch. Based on previous research and related to supporting theories put forward by experts using the SPSS program as a statistical data processing tool. This type of research is explanatory research which intends to provide an explanation of causality between variables. In this study, the researcher used a non-probability sampling technique, that is, each element in the population does not have the same probability of becoming a sample. While the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. While the population that is used as a sample is 30 debtors, with data analysis techniques using path analysis. Based on data processing using path analysis, it is proven that service quality has an effect on customer loyalty, Good Corporate Governance has no effect on customer loyalty and marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the Mekaar product marketing strategy is carried out by PNM Mekaar Kotanopan Branch in offering products and attracting customers to develop MSMEs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a type of field research to describe and find out what is happening in the field. Data collection in this research was carried out using interview techniques and direct observation at the research location to obtain information and data in the field. The source of data acquisition in this research uses primary and secondary data. The research results show that the Mekaar product marketing strategy used to offer products and attract customers in developing MSMEs is to apply the 7P marketing mix elements. PNM Mekaar raised the marketing mix concept to see whether the products or services offered can be accepted by customers, so the company must know consumer needs and desires in terms of goods or services (product), price (price). promotion and place, business actors (people), physical evidence, processes that are combined well to produce the right marketing strategy method.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Hifdz ad-Dien (protection of religion), one of the core objectives of Maqasid al-Shariah, in preserving the existence and development of Sharia life insurance in Indonesia. As a financial instrument rooted in Islamic principles, Sharia life insurance (soul) not only provides economic security but also reflects a commitment to religious values by avoiding elements prohibited in conventional insurance, such as riba (interest), gharar (uncertainty), and maisir (gambling). The research examines how Hifdz ad-Dien functions as both a spiritual and practical framework that encourages Muslim communities to engage with Sharia-compliant financial products. By analyzing the role of religious scholars, fatwa institutions, and public perception, this study highlights the theological, legal, and socio-cultural factors that contribute to the sustainability of Sharia life insurance in Indonesia. The findings suggest that strengthening religious literacy and promoting the alignment of insurance practices with Islamic values are essential in enhancing public trust and ensuring the long-term viability of Sharia insurance.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penetapan harga batang jaminan dalam mengurangi resiko pembiayaan menurut perspetif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observai. Berdasarkan objek penelitian serta permasalahan yang dikaji penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilakukan secara sistematis dengan mengangkat data yang ada dilapangan. Metode field research digunakan ketika metode survai ataupun eksperimen dirasakan tidak praktis atau ketika lapangan penelitian masih terbentang dengan demikian luasnya.Hasil penelitian ini yaitu : Pada Bank Sumut Syariah ini KPR itu ada dua,pertama KPR FLPP (Bersubsidi ) dan KPR UMUM (Komersial ), KPR FLPP ( Bersubsidi) penetapan Harganya di tentuan oleh pemerintah pada tahun 2023 ini haganya sudah Rp.162.000.000 untuk KPR FLPP untuk setiap daerah itu berbeda, untuk wilayah Sumatera itu Rp. 162.000.000 dengan DP minimal 1% untuk jangka waktu bisa sampai 20 tahun. KPR UMUM ( Komersial ) Penetapan harganya di buat oleh divisi kantor pusat unit kerja hanya menerima surat Keputusan dari kantor pusat dan pada Penetapan harga barang jaminan berdampak positip dalam mengurangi resiko pembiayaan dimana pihak Bank maupun nasabah terhindar dari kerugian karena dalam penetapannya menggunakan prinsip keadilan dan prinsip-prinsip kesyariahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti nyata (empiris) mengenai perhitungan harga pokok produksi tahu dan mengetahui besarnya keuntungan pada Pabrik Tahu UD Lima Bersaudara Desa Bakaran Batu Kecamatan Batang Kuis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dilakukan Pabrik Tahu UD Lima Bersaudara Desa Bakaran Batu Kecamatan Batang Kuis hanya menyajikan harga pokok produksi yang memuat pendapatan dan pengeluaran yang rutin dikumpulkan setiap bulannya. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dilakukan Pabrik Tahu UD Lima Bersaudara Desa Bakaran Batu Kecamatan Batang Kuis sudah sesuai dengan metode full cost. Oleh karena itu peneliti menghitung kembali harga pokok produksi berdasarkan metode full cost pada tahu UD Lima Bersaudara. Peneliti memperhitungkan seluruh unsur biaya produksi yang terjadi pada proses produksi tahu yaitu biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung, biaya listrik, biaya penyusutan dan biaya. peralatan dan lain-lain. Hasil yang peneliti ketahui dari UD Lima Bersaudara bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi per potong tahu adalah sebesar Rp 1.042,08. This research aims to obtain real (empirical) evidence regarding the calculation of the cost of production of tofu and to determine the amount of profit at the UD Lima Bersaudara Tofu Factory, Bakaran Batu Village, Batang Kuis District. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection methods used in this research were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used is a qualitative analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is known that the calculation of the cost of production prepared by the UD Lima Bersaudara Tofu Factory, Bakaran Batu Village, Batang Kuis District, only presents the cost of production which contains income and expenses that are routinely compiled every month. So it can be concluded that the calculation of the cost of production prepared by the UD Lima Bersaudara Tofu Factory, Bakaran Batu Village, Batang Kuis District is in accordance with the full cost method. Therefore, the researcher recalculated the cost of production based on the full cost method in UD Lima Bersaudara tofu. The researcher took into account all elements of production costs incurred in the tofu production process, namely raw material costs, direct labor costs, electricity costs, depreciation expenses and costs. equipment and others. The results from researchers found out from UD Lima Bersaudara that the calculation of the cost of production per piece of tofu was IDR 1,042.08.
