Abstract

The management of Saneo Tourism Village, perception alignment activities aim to create a harmonious understanding among the community, tourism village managers, and the local government. A participatory approach is used at every step of the process: identifying needs and potentials, conducting observations, holding focus group discussions (FGDs), and socializing. Evaluation methods are used to determine the effectiveness of the activities, ensure that perceptions are aligned, and create strategic follow-ups. As a result of the activities, participants gained a better understanding of the vision, mission, roles, and community-based management strategies. To achieve the village's vision as a sustainable community-based destination, capacity building for the community, environmental and cultural preservation, digital promotion, and the formulation of a joint action plan, the evaluation shows that the strategies used are very effective, and recommendations for enhancing cooperation and further training

Abstract

Online Travel Agent – OTA is a stakeholder that has a very significant role in the number of guests who will stay using the homestay. Mandalika is a destination that has a lot of homestay perpetrators, where they make accommodation efforts to support the amount of accommodation that guests need. However, this can have a positive or negative impact on the destination image of the services and facilities available. The study uses a netnographic study where data is taken from the application as well as the OTA and Homestay online sites analyzed for the evaluation of guest satisfaction. With this approach found on OTA that the satisfaction of guests staying in a homestay in the area of Mandalika can be evaluated from the hygiene, services and hospitality of facilities and property facilities. This survey reveals based on the guest satisfaction theory that the homestays with OTA developers require hygiene standards and facilities as well as services that can be displayed on the OTA in detail to meet the expectations of the guests who book through OTA or other online system

Abstract

Saneo Village as a pioneer village has institutional problems that cause tourism village information on the Kemenparekraf jadesta to be less than optimal, Community involvement plays an important role in encouraging sustainable practices, and this article describes an organizational training program for tourism stakeholders in Saneo Tourism Village which is carried out to support the community that can improve the understanding and commitment of village communities to sustainability. This service method is to provide training to twenty participants with significant increased success results with an average increase of 85%. Community training programs on sustainability have increased Saneo village residents' awareness and involvement in sustainable practices as well as understanding of tourism village organizations. However, this program needs to be improved by considering constraints such as agricultural activities and implementation time. This training succeeded in increasing the institutional knowledge of tourism stakeholders in the village. To further perfect the program, it is necessary to coordinate the implementation time and intensity of tourism stakeholder meetings to improve the quality of tourism human resource development activities in the Saneo Tourism Village.
