Abstract

This paper is focus on the phenomenon of Kekkon Iju Josei in rural areas that represented by Tohoku prefecture and Niigata prefecture, Japan. This research is a qualitative research that describe the result of research was applied by analysis descriptive research. This paper aim to give an understanding of the background the increase of kekkon iju josei in rural societies in Japan. The results of analysis indicate several things, the first that the phenomenon of kekkon josei iju is arrange married and conducted for the purpose to increase number of people in rural areas in Japan. Second, that kekkon iju josei is motivated by the initiative and cooperation of local governments in the prefecture with the local authorities in the destination country, and matchmaking to facilitate and bring foreign women to married with men in rural areas in Tohoku and Niigata prefecture. Thirdly, that the majority of these immigrant women from the Philippines, China, Thailand and Korea. This is affected because there was an impression, interests and image Japan as a developing and rich countries from foreign womens which encourage them to come get married, work and settled in Japan. This is done so that they could have a better life than in their home country.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran internal dan eksternal beberapa hotel di kota Mataram dan beberapa hotel di Yogyakarta pasca bencana gempa bumi.Penelitianini menggunakanmetodepenelitiankualitatifmelaluipendekatan deskriptif analisisPenelitian ini berlokasi dibeberapa Hotel di Kota Mataram dan beberapa Hotel di Yogyakarta karena di dasarkan pada beberapa pertimbangan: dua lokasi penelitian ini pernah mengalami bencana yang sama (gempa bumi) dan merupakan daerah wisata yang menjadi kunjungan favorit wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara.Strategi pemasaran internal pasca bencana gempa bumi oleh hotel di Kota Mataram dan Yogyakarta yang berfokus pada karyawan dan strategi pemasaran eksternal dengan fokus tamu atau pelanggan menggunakan dan melibatkan semua sumber daya yang dimiliki.Strategi penentuan harga, hotel yang ada di Kota Mataram dan Yogyakarta. Hal ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan tingkat okupansi. Dari segistrategi promosi hotel, dilakukan promosi bisnis dan promosi tanggungjawab sosial. Melakukan promosi lewat OTA, media sosial, instansi pemerintah dan swasta melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan okupansi hotel.

Abstract

This study seeks to develop a prototype model of stakeholder collaboration related to the management of homestays in the Kembang Kuning Tourism Village. The reason behind this research is the existence of homestays and the community as managers who feel the impact of the Covid – 19 Pandemic - One way that can be taken to get out and survive in the Covid-19 Pandemic is by collaboration. This study aims to a) identify the stakeholders who play a role in the management of homestays in the Kembang Kuning Tourism Village; b) analyze the form of roles given to homestays in Kembang Kuning Tourism Village, and c) design the prototype of the Stakeholder Collaboration Model that can be given to the manager of the Homestay in the Kembang Kuning Tourism Village. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, and data collection methods used are interviews, FGDs, and documentation. The results of this study are that there are 18 stakeholders involved in the management of the Homestay. However, of the 18 existing stakeholders, only eight stakeholders play an optimal and sustainable role. The rest is still not optimal and not sustainable. The design of the formed model shows that there is still a lack of sense of responsibility, less active communication links, and the existence of unequal understanding between stakeholders regarding the vision and mission of homestay management in Kembang Kuning Tourism Village.

Abstract

Tinjauan ini menyelidiki pengembangan pariwisata berbasis lanskap eksperiensial di lingkungan desa, dengan menekankan bentuk lanskap budaya dan alam dalam menciptakan pengalaman pariwisata yang otentik. Meskipun memiliki potensi, konsep Lanskap Eksperiensial masih kurang dimanfaatkan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini berfokus di Desa Wisata Karangrejo Magelang, Jawa Tengah, sebuah inisiatif pariwisata alternatif di dekat Borobudur Super Destinasi Prioritas. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja kualitatif wawancara dan observasi. Survei lapangan dilakukan untuk mendokumentasikan lanskap fisik desa. Delapan pertanyaan dengan enam informan kunci  sebagai data lapangan dianalisis melalui lensa teori Lanskap Pengalaman. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama: (1) Keaslian desa secara keseluruhan, (2) Fasilitas layanan desa, dan (3) Ketersediaan panorama dan pemandangan. Tema ini memberikan wawasan yang komprehensif tentang karakteristik lanskap Desa Karangrejo dan perannya dalam pariwisata alternatif. Temuan-temuan tersebut berkontribusi pada perencanaan pariwisata pedesaan dan menekankan pentingnya mempertahankan keaslian dalam inisiatif pariwisata berbasis desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada kebutuhan kemampuan berbahasa Jepang di kalangan profesional pariwisata di Lombok dan dampaknya terhadap interaksi dan kepuasan wisatawan. Meskipun secara umum staf pariwisata lokal mampu berbahasa Inggris, kemampuan berbahasa Jepang masih terbatas, sehingga mempengaruhi komunikasi dengan wisatawan Jepang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan grounded theory, melibatkan wawancara dengan informan kunci dan analisis data primer dan sekunder. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar profesional pariwisata di Lombok tidak memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Jepang yang memadai, yang menghambat komunikasi yang efektif dengan pengunjung Jepang. Bidang-bidang utama yang dibutuhkan termasuk terminologi yang berkaitan dengan pariwisata, fasilitas hotel, dan ekspresi budaya. Disarankan untuk mengimplementasikan program pelatihan bahasa Jepang yang ditargetkan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa dan pemahaman budaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan Jepang dan meningkatkan tingkat kunjungan.

Abstract

The management of Saneo Tourism Village, perception alignment activities aim to create a harmonious understanding among the community, tourism village managers, and the local government. A participatory approach is used at every step of the process: identifying needs and potentials, conducting observations, holding focus group discussions (FGDs), and socializing. Evaluation methods are used to determine the effectiveness of the activities, ensure that perceptions are aligned, and create strategic follow-ups. As a result of the activities, participants gained a better understanding of the vision, mission, roles, and community-based management strategies. To achieve the village's vision as a sustainable community-based destination, capacity building for the community, environmental and cultural preservation, digital promotion, and the formulation of a joint action plan, the evaluation shows that the strategies used are very effective, and recommendations for enhancing cooperation and further training

Abstract

The research discusses Japanese and Indonesian expressions of hospitality at hotels. It is necessary to know how to use Japanese and Indonesian expressions in hospitality, how to welcome guests in time of check-in check out in Japanese and Indonesian. The students can better understand their use when working in Japanese hotels. In addition, this research can provide knowledge to the students when participating in Japanese language professional certification competencies. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method and the research aims to find a systematic, factual, and accurate pictures of the use of expressions in Japanese and Indonesian in the scope of hospitality at hotels; for welcoming hotel guests:  Asisatsu no hyogen and Yobikake no hyogen,  for serving guests check-in; Aisatsu no Hyogen, Irai no Hyogen, and Gimon no Hyogen and Aisatsu no Hyogen, for serving guests check-out. There is a slight difference between the expressions used in Japanese and Indonesian. In Japanese, they use Hantei Youkyuu no Hyougen to welcome guests to a hotel, but in Indonesian such expressions are not used. In Indonesian, the expression Hantei Youkyuu no Hyougen when serving guests to check-in is not used in Indonesian version.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what strategies are used by the homestay managers in an effort to increase occupancy for visits to homestays in Kuta Mandalika, Central Lombok. This research also aims to find out what The influence of online reservations on increasing visits to the Kuta Mandalika Lombok homestay Middle. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor ekonomi yang paling dinamis dan penting di dunia, yang berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi global. Penyelenggaraan mega-event seperti MotoGP di Mandalika berperan sebagai katalis potensial untuk pengembangan perkotaan dan peningkatan citra destinasi. Namun, dampak sosial budaya dari mega-event terhadap masyarakat lokal sering kali diabaikan, menciptakan kesenjangan dalam literatur yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan assessment dan wawancara pada tujuh desa wisata di sekitar Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desa-desa tersebut mengalami perubahan sosial dan budaya yang signifikan, termasuk peningkatan jiwa kewirausahaan dan partisipasi masyarakat, namun juga menimbulkan kekhawatiran akan hilangnya budaya lokal akibat digitalisasi dan pengaruh budaya asing. Temuan penelitian ini penting karena memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang dampak sosial budaya dari mega-event, yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan strategi manajemen yang efektif guna memaksimalkan manfaat dan meminimalkan dampak negatif terhadap komunitas lokal. Penelitian ini juga mengakui adanya keterbatasan dalam cakupan wilayah studi dan menyarankan agar penelitian masa depan dapat lebih memperluas analisis dampak sosial budaya dari mega-event di berbagai konteks geografis dan budaya yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study aims to map the development of Japanese linguistics research in Indonesia through bibliometric analysis, focusing on trends, key themes, and major contributors in the field. Data were retrieved using the Publish or Perish software with Google Scholar as the primary source, covering the period from 2000 to 2024. Analytical tools such as VOS viewer and Tableau were utilized to examine annual publication trends, keyword co-occurrences, and author collaboration networks. The findings reveal a significant growth in publications post-2010, dominated by applied linguistics themes such as language teaching, public language use, and sociolinguistics, while theoretical studies, including sentence structure and semantic analysis, provide critical foundational insights. Key contributors were identified based on their productivity and citation metrics, highlighting patterns of inter-institutional collaboration. This study provides a comprehensive overview of Japanese linguistics research in Indonesia, bridging theoretical and practical perspectives.
