Abstract

Employee performance can be improved with various efforts. The aim of this research is to reveal the influence of work motivation (X1), sincerity work (X2), work discipline (X3), and work environment (X4) on employee performance (Y), using associative strategy quantitative research methods. The research location was the Nias Regency Education Office, the research population was all 138 employees and the sample was drawn by purposive sampling of 40 people. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire and analyzed using inferential statistics using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study concluded that there is a significant influence in part between work motivation, sincerity, discipline and the environment on employee performance. Every increase in work motivation, sincerity, discipline and environment by 1,00% will be followed by an increase in employee performance by 13,207%. It is recommended to leaders and organizations to increase motivation, sincerity, discipline and work environment in order to achieve better performance.

Abstract

Achievement motivation can be formed, developed and improved through learning. The aim of this research is to reveal the influence and contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable using associative quantitative methods. The research population was all students of the Indonesian language and literature education study program FKIP Nias University and the sample was drawn by purposive sampling as many as 44 people in semester IV. The data collection instrument was a closed questionnaire and analyzed using inferential statistics using multiple linear regression techniques. The research results reveal that: (1) there is a partially significant influence of two-dimensional learning media (X1) on increasing achievement motivation in learning (Y) and every increase in X1 of 1.00% will be followed by an increase in Y of 0.728%; (2) there is a partially significant influence on interest in learning (X2) on increasing Y and every increase in X2 of 1.00% will be followed by an increase in Y of 0.329; (3) there is a partially significant influence of the hard work character value (X3) on the increase in Y and every increase in X3 of 1.00% will be followed by an increase in Y of 0.627; and (4) there is a significant influence together of the variables X1, X2, and X3 on Y and every increase in X1, X2, and X3 of 1.00% will be followed by an increase in Y of 1,684%. It is recommended for lecturers to use this two-dimensional learning media in organizing learning, arousing and developing interest in learning, and increasing the value of students' hard work character in order to achieve achievement motivation in learning.

Abstract

Abstract: Skills in planting long beans to obtain results are carried out through community service activities by providing education to them. The aim of this community service research is to provide education to the public so that they are able to understand well how to plant long beans successfully, including: how to choose and prepare the location of the soil and long bean seeds, how to plant the seeds and care for and prune them, how to help eradicate pests and diseases , and how to maintain a sustainable harvest and the benefits of growing string beans. The method used is giving examples directly, the participants are the people of Hiliweto Village, Gido District, Nias Regency, North Sumatra and the education providers are Nias University students who are carrying out community service activities with the guidance of lecturers. The research results concluded that: (1) community service education is very effective in providing knowledge, attitudes and skills in planting long beans successfully; (2) The ways to plant long beans are: selecting and preparing the location of the soil and long bean seeds by digging a hole in the ground with a depth of about 2 to 3 cm, and the distance between the holes is about 20 to 30 cm, and the distance between the rows is about 60 to 80cm; (3) supporting plants by eradicating pests and diseases and maintaining sustainable harvests by selecting superior, large and good seeds and getting the benefits of planting long beans.

Abstract

Abstract: Knowledge, attitudes and skills regarding honest character values ​​can be provided through intelligent character education educational services in a classroom format to service participants. The aim of this community service research is to provide education to the public to have knowledge, skills and attitudes regarding honest character values, including: (1) telling it as it is; (2) acting on the basis of truth; (3) defending the truth; (4) responsible; (5) fulfill obligations and receive rights; (6) open-minded; and (7) keeping promises. The location, data source, respondents and research population were all 70 GPT youth who were members of the fellowship at Mola Tumori. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire and analyzed with inferential statistics and the results were described. The results of the research concluded that the intelligent character education service, community service to instill intelligent, honest character values, is very effective in providing understanding, knowledge, attitudes and skills to service participants; the average understanding score before being given the service was in the poor category with a score of 57.53%, while after being given the service it rose to the very good category with a score of 86.15%; The increase in score obtained by each participant was at least 18% and the maximum was 41%. It is recommended that educators, counselors and religious leaders use this intelligent character education service in a class format to instill honest character values ​​in service participants. Abstract

Hubungan sosioemosional dapat ditingkatkan dengan layanan: pendidikan karakter cerdas, pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dan bimbingan kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap pengaruh variabel-variabel independen terhadap dependen, menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan asosiatif analisis regresi linier berganda. Sumber data, responden dan populasi penelitian adalah semua penghuni panti asuhan Monaco Gunungsitoli dan sampel ditarik secara total sampling, serta instrumen penelitian adalah angket tertutup yang diedarkan kepada semua responden setelah selesai layanan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan layanan pendidikan karakter cerdas terhadap peningkatan hubungan sosioemosional peserta layanan. Semakin meningkat layanan yang diberikan maka semakin meningkat juga hubungan sosioemosional. Disarankan kepada konselor agar merencanakan dan melaksanakan layanan ini dengan baik guna meningkatkan hubungan sosioemosional peserta layanan
