Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether Marketing Mix and brand image have a significant effect on the Choice Decision students at Riyadlul Jannah Jonggol Islamic High School. The approach used is quantitative with data collection techniques or questionnaires, int erviews, observation, and documentation. The population in this study were madrasa heads, teachers, employees, and parents of students. Sampling amounted to 50 people from 168 people in the population using the slovin formula with probability random sampling. Data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS Version 22 program. The results showed that: (1) The Marketing Mix variable had a significant effect on the Choice Decision students at Riyadlul Jannah Jonggol Islamic High School by 54% with a significance value - 0.000 less than the value of α = 0.05 and the calculated t value of 1,598 is greater than the t table value of 0,278. (2) The brand image variable has a significant effect on the Choice Decision students at Riyadlul Jannah Jonggol Islamic High School by 42% with a significance value = 0.000 less than the value of α = 0.05 and a t-count value of 1,128 greater than t-table 0,278. (3) Simultaneously, Marketing Mix and brand image have a significant effect on the Choice Decision students at Riyadlul Jannah Jonggol Islamic High School by 64.9% with a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05 and the calculated F value obtained is 43.376 greater than the value F table 2.90

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini fokus pada peningkatan kualitas usaha kecil melalui pelatihan manajemen bisnis yang efektif di Cileungsi, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan manajemen dan operasional para pelaku usaha kecil, sehingga mereka dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing bisnis mereka di pasar lokal. Kegiatan ini melibatkan serangkaian workshop dan sesi pelatihan yang dilaksanakan secara intensif, menargetkan pemilik usaha kecil serta calon wirausaha di daerah tersebut. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan pengabdian ini mengadopsi pendekatan partisipatif, di mana para peserta dilibatkan langsung dalam proses belajar mengajar serta praktik bisnis sehari-hari. Materi pelatihan mencakup aspek-aspek penting dalam manajemen bisnis, seperti perencanaan usaha, pengelolaan keuangan, pemasaran, dan strategi penjualan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan akses kepada para peserta untuk berinteraksi dengan para ahli bisnis dan pelaku usaha sukses lainnya, yang memberikan wawasan dan motivasi tambahan dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemampuan pengelolaan usaha, mengurangi kesalahan strategis dalam pengelolaan, serta meningkatkan keberlanjutan usaha jangka panjang. Kegiatan ini berpotensi menjadi model yang dapat direplikasi di daerah-daerah lain sebagai cara efektif untuk meningkatkan ekonomi lokal melalui pemberdayaan usaha kecil.

Abstract

When the past learning methods were carried out with traditional concepts where the teacher was the center of information, the independent curriculum offers a learner-centered learning concept. However, the quality of teachers in implementing the concept of an independent curriculum is not yet fully capable, especially by applying the concept of heutagogy. This research aims to explore the potential application of the concept of heutagogy in the context of an independent curriculum in Indonesia. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, regularly collecting, critically analyzing, and presenting data and findings from various other studies. This approach is expected to make education more inclusive, relevant, competitive and improve problem-solving skills. Another objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of heutagogy in increasing learning motivation, learner engagement, preparing individuals for complex challenges in a changing society, and academic achievement in the context of an independent curriculum. The results show that the implementation of the heutagogy concept in the independent curriculum gives learners more control over the learning process, and fosters greater independence, creativity and engagement. Thus, the concept of heutagogy is not only a valuable addition in the context of an independent curriculum, but also a strong foundation for creating a more inclusive and competitive education system in Indonesia. Through the heutagogy approach, individuals are expected to develop lifelong learning skills and become active agents of change in building a brighter and more sustainable future. Abstract

: Pentingnya pendidikan yang efektif kian meningkat dalam era globalisasi dan teknologi maju. Heutagogi, sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran mandiri, menawarkan solusi untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dan kapabilitas belajar mahasiswa. Latar belakang pendekatan ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan akan model pendidikan yang lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan individu dalam masyarakat yang berubah cepat. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengukur efektivitas heutagogi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa di STEBIS Bina Mandiri. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi gap yang ada dalam literatur, yaitu kurangnya penelitian empiris yang mengkaji efektivitas heutagogi di institusi pendidikan Indonesia. Penerapan heutagogi dalam konteks pendidikan Indonesia, yang belum banyak diteliti. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei dan analisis kualitatif dari data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa heutagogi membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan keterampilan kritis dan reflektif yang penting untuk pembelajaran seumur hidup. Selain itu, pendekatan ini meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa melalui pengalaman belajar yang lebih personal dan berpusat pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa heutagogi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di STEBIS Bina Mandiri. Implementasi heutagogi tidak hanya mendukung pencapaian akademik yang lebih baik, tetapi juga membina kemandirian belajar yang merupakan kompetensi penting di abad ke-21.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how Generation Z talents interpret various innovations in Human Resource Management (HRM) in their workplace, and how this influences their decision to stay or leave the organization. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological case study design, the study was conducted in three organizations in different sectors that have adopted HRM innovations. A total of 15 Generation Z employees (aged 22–27 years) were interviewed in depth to explore their experiences. The analysis revealed five main themes: empowering flexibility, relevant and personalized learning, inclusive work culture, continuous recognition and feedback, and attention to holistic well-being. The findings show that HRM innovations that are authentic and in line with Generation Z values ??can increase their sense of appreciation and engagement with the organization, thus positively impacting retention. This study provides practical insights for HR leaders and practitioners to create more innovative, adaptive, and employee-focused HRM strategies, especially in dealing with the dynamics of the Generation Z workforce in Indonesia.
