Abstract

The digital age improves old technology to make life easier. Users and providers benefit from new technologies. New technology gives service providers and users significant opportunities. Online health applications, used by businesses to grow, can improve the health system and user experience. To compete with other online health care providers, a company must assess the app's usability and satisfaction. In this study, the author's intent and purpose is to try to describe how much influence service quality has in the development of digitization using midtrans in the use of the halodoc application. The results show that there is a strong influence between the current information technology developments.  meaning here it can be seen that the more advanced the development of technology in the digital era, the more living things need communication tools to get information, because it has become an important requirement in order to be able to interact and communicate properly. After conducting research using several methods, the conclusions obtained are the need for instant applications that help find drugs and the location of the nearest pharmacy, reduce the number of queues and make it easier for users in terms of payments.

Abstract

Gill net catches are one of fishermen's dominant fishing gear at UPT Dumai City Fishing Port. Gill net catches are easy to operate, have a low price, and are durable. This research was conducted in July-August at UPT Port of Fisheries, Riau Province. This study aimed to determine differences in gill net catches based on different mesh sizes. The method used is the survey method. The catch of gill nets by type with a mesh size of 2 inches is 25 fish species. Based on the weight and number of individual fish, it was dominated by lomek (Harpodon sp), namely 1,359.5 kg or 21.5% and 16,314 individuals or 27.18%. The catch in the 3-inch mesh size was 23 species of fish. The percentage of catches based on weight dominated by senangin (Eleutheronema tetradactylum) was 30.38% (1,353.5 kg), and based on the number of individuals dominated by pomfret of 18.72% (4,534 individuals). The main catches in gill nets at UPT Dumai are lomek (Harpodon sp), senangin (Polynemus sp), pomfret (Bramidae sp) and machete (Chirocentrus sp). The primary and bycatch yields for the 2-inch mesh were 51.58% and 42.42%, while the 3-inch mesh sizes were 57.99% and 42.01%.

Abstract

Penyakit stunting merupakan permasalahan kesehatan serius di Indonesia, terutama pada balita yang mengalami kekurangan gizi kronis, yang mengakibatkan tinggi badan tidak sesuai standar usia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab stunting di Desa Pantai Cermin, Kabupaten Langkat, serta mengembangkan inovasi makanan tambahan untuk mencegah stunting. Metode penelitian meliputi studi pustaka, observasi langsung, dan wawancara dengan bidan dan kader desa. Data dikumpulkan dari posyandu dan wawancara dengan staf desa mengenai kondisi balita dan faktor risiko stunting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 8 balita terindikasi stunting, yang sebelumnya tidak terdata. Faktor-faktor penyebab stunting diidentifikasi sebagai kurangnya pemenuhan gizi ibu hamil, pola asuh yang tidak optimal, sanitasi dan akses air bersih yang tidak memadai, serta ketidakteraturan pemantauan data stunting. Inovasi makanan tambahan berupa pancake pisang diperkenalkan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan asupan gizi balita. Pancake pisang yang kaya nutrisi diharapkan dapat menurunkan risiko stunting. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan pemantauan dan edukasi kesehatan untuk menurunkan prevalensi stunting di Desa Pantai Cermin.

Abstract

GO-JEK adalah perusahaan inovatif di sektor transportasi darat di Indonesia. Mereka menawarkan berbagai layanan seperti perjalanan, pengiriman makanan, pembersihan rumah, layanan pijat, dan belanja online, yang semuanya dapat diakses melalui platform ponsel Android. Sebagai perusahaan teknologi dengan misi sosial, GO-JEK bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja di berbagai sektor informal. Operasi mereka didasarkan pada tiga nilai inti: kecepatan, inovasi, dan dampak sosial. GO-JEK menyediakan dua kategori layanan: Go-Jek, yang berfokus pada transportasi, dan Go-Life, yang mencakup layanan di luar transportasi.Hubungan antara GO-JEK dan mitra pengemudi tidaklah berbentuk hubungan majikan-karyawan, melainkan perjanjian kemitraan. GO-JEK mendefinisikan dirinya sebagai perusahaan sosial yang memimpin revolusi transportasi ojek, seperti yang dinyatakan di situs web resmi mereka. Konsep perjanjian merupakan bagian integral dari sistem kerja mereka.Dalam rangkaian tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana PT. Gojek membangun hubungan yang efektif dengan para pengemudi berdasarkan perjanjian kemitraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki strategi yang digunakan oleh PT. Gojek untuk membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan para pengemudi dalam kerangka perjanjian kemitraan ini. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, khususnya penelitian hukum kepustakaan, sebagai pendekatan yang dipilih. Data utama untuk penelitian ini terutama terdiri dari bahan pustaka, yang dianggap sebagai data sekunder dalam bidang penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tinjauan menyeluruh terhadap literatur relevan. Studi ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif, yaitu metode yang memberikan wawasan deskriptif dalam bentuk tulisan.

Abstract

Social media has transformed marketing, with the fashion industry leveraging affiliate collaborations to blend personal narratives and product promotion. Despite Indonesia’s $8.6 billion social commerce market (2022), challenges like mismatched expectations and authenticity crises persist. This study aims to (1) explore affiliators’ subjective experiences in partnering with fashion brands, (2) identify collaboration mechanisms, (3) analyze challenges, and (4) assess partnership effectiveness. A phenomenological approach was adopted, with thematic analysis of open-ended questionnaires from 13 active affiliators. Two dominant models emerged: affiliate links and product bartering. Challenges included task-reward imbalances and restrictive brand guidelines. Effectiveness was measured via audience engagement, click-through rates, and personal branding gains. Successful collaborations require aligned values, transparent communication, and creative flexibility, offering actionable insights for affiliators and brands.
