Abstract

This article discusses the effect of the quality of educational services on the satisfaction of class XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were 103 students of class XII. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and classical assumption test (test requirement analysis) by performing normality test, linearity test. Subsequently, hypothesis testing was carried out by calculating the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, significance level, and regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of class XII education services was in the good category. Satisfaction of class XII students is in the good category. So that similar research can be done by looking at other factors that have an influence on student satisfaction. There is a positive relationship between the quality of education services and the satisfaction of class XII students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Karawang. That means, the higher the quality of educational services, the satisfaction of students will increase, and vice versa.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of marketing quality and educational services on student satisfaction in class XII of public high school in Tapos District, Depok City. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach using the path analysis technique. This research data was obtained by questionnaire. The survey involved 208 students as samples using simple random sampling technique. The results showed: 1) There is a positive direct effect of marketing quality on learner satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.262 and a calculated t coefficient value of 4.225, 2) There is a positive direct effect of education services on student satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.144 and a calculated t coefficient value of 2.645, 3) There is a positive direct effect of marketing quality on educational services with a path coefficient value of 0.143 and a calculated t coefficient value of 2.079. Therefore, the three calculated t coefficient values are greater than the t table value, thus H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, namely that marketing quality has a direct positive effect on student satisfaction, education services have a direct positive effect on student satisfaction, and marketing quality has a direct positive effect on education services. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kualitas pemasaran terhadap kepuasan peserta didik dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,262 dan nilai koefisien t hitung sebesar 4,225, 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif layanan Pendidikan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik dengan nilai koefisien 0,144 dan nilai koefisien t hitung sebesar 2,645, 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kualitas pemasaran terhadap layanan pendidikan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,143 dan nilai koefisien t hitung sebesar 2,079. Oleh karena itu, ketiga nilai koefisien t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel, maka dengan demikian H0 ditolak Ha diterima yaitu bahwa kualitas pemasaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan peserta didik, layanan pendidikan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan peserta didik, dan kualitas pemasaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap layanan pendidikan. Abstract

This article aims to examine the implementation of school financial management in order to improve the quality of education. The research method used in this article is literature study, in which data is obtained by means of a qualitative ethnographic approach, namely collecting data by making data instruments from interviews, observations, and documentation by respondents, namely principals and teachers. The results of the literature study explain that the implementation of school financial management to improve the quality of education must have the principles of fairness, efficiency, transparency and accountability. Educational financial management that meets at least four financial principles, namely transparency, accountability, effectiveness and efficiency is a benchmark for success in managing funds to achieve educational institution goals. In improving the quality of education in managing financial management in schools, one of the most important factors to achieve this with proper financial planning set forth in the RAPBS, clear sources of fund management, and school financial accountability, evaluation of programs that have been implemented so that school financial management can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Indeks Pembangunan Literasi Masyarakat (IPLM) menjadi salah satu barometer dalam meningkatkan budaya literasi masyarakat, baik di tingkat kabupaten/kota, provinsi, dan nasional.  Duta Baca memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan IPLM. Pemilihan Duta Baca memerlukan kebijakan panitia dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan pemenang. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji terkait kebijakan panitia dalam memutuskan pedoman penilaian pemenang Duta Baca Kota Depok tahun 2023 guna meningkatkan IPLM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dimana data penelitian lebih menekankan makna dari generalisasi yang menggambarkan suatu fenomena melalui deskripsi dalam bentuk kalimat dan bahasa dengan menggunakan metode alamiah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Pemenang Duta Baca harus melewati beberapa tahapan, sehingga menghasilkan Duta Baca yang berkualitas. Sehingga, penting bagi panitia dalam memutuskan pemenang Duta Baca Kota Depok tahun 2023. Hal ini dikarenakan Duta Baca menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan IPLM tahun 2023.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education in schools requires a sustainable and participatory strategy. Kaizen, known as a philosophy of continuous improvement in the industrial world, has the potential to be applied in the educational context. This study aims to explore how Kaizen principles can be adapted as a strategy to improve the quality of education in schools. Through a qualitative case study of an Integrated Islamic School that combines science and Islamic values, this study reveals that the implementation of Kaizen principles supported by the 5S concept, collective participation (teachers, students, and parents), effective leadership, regular evaluation, continuous improvement, and collaboration positively influences work culture and enhances the quality of educational services. These outcomes are facilitated through the use of PDCA, Gemba Walk, Kaizen Event, and the Suggestion System. The conclusion of this study suggests that Kaizen can be an effective strategy in creating an adaptive, participatory, and continuous improvement-oriented education system.
