Abstract

Curriculum management in Islamic boarding school education is known for relying on traditional curriculum management and avoiding modern educational curricula. The aim of this research is to investigate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum at Al-Masturiyah Islamic Boarding School in Sukabumi Regency. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study on Al-Masthuriyah Boarding School, focusing on curriculum management implementation. This approach allows for a deep understanding of the context, processes, and impact of curriculum management in the boarding school. Involving the head of the school, teachers, students, and parents as informants, data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and verification. The findings indicate that the school's curriculum integrates Quranic teachings, traditional texts, and extracurricular activities, emphasizing not only academic education but also character development and talents. Evaluation involves written and oral exams, along with evaluation conferences for school development. Graduation standards emphasize virtuous character, illustrating a holistic approach to student assessment.

Abstract

Dalam Dalam industri manufaktur, khususnya sektor otomotif, pengendalian mutu merupakan aspek krusial untuk menjamin kelancaran proses produksi dan kepuasan pelanggan. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah penanganan barang Not Good (NG) dan Repair secara efektif di area produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi sistem visual berupa insulock berwarna dalam mempermudah identifikasi barang NG dan Repair di PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur komponen otomotif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus tunggal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung non-partisipatif dan pencatatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum implementasi, tingkat kesalahan pencampuran barang NG dan Repair mencapai rata-rata 12 kasus per minggu. Setelah penerapan insulock merah untuk barang NG dan kuning untuk barang Repair, angka tersebut menurun drastis menjadi 2 kasus per minggu. Selain itu, waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk proses identifikasi dan pengambilan keputusan di lapangan berkurang dari rata-rata 15 menit menjadi 5 menit per kejadian. Implementasi sistem ini juga memperkuat penerapan prinsip visual management dalam kerangka Lean Manufacturing. Dengan demikian, sistem insulock berwarna terbukti sebagai solusi efektif dalam mendukung pengendalian mutu dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi di lingkungan manufaktur otomotif.

Abstract

Planning ensures the operation of the organization and is an important factor in determining the success or failure of a program. It helps the company move toward the right destination and match its previous goals. The purpose of this study was to test the model and method of planning islamic education in the modern boarding house of al ihsan baleendah. The study involves a qualitative approach and a type of analytical descriptive research. Research indicates that educational planning is a process that involves making alternative decisions in order to achieve educational objectives in light of current social, economic, and cultural conditions. The study USES several planning models, including comprehensive planning models, target target models, financing and cost effectiveness models, and PPBS models (planning, programs, and budget systems). Resource analysis, output input analysis, economical analysis, causal diagrams, and life-cycle analysis are a few of the planning methods used. The study AIDS in islamic education planning in boarding houses and can be used as a model for other educational institutions.
