Abstract

The Medan City DPRD Secretariat is one of the agencies tasked with carrying out secretarial and financial administration as well as providing services to the leadership and members of the Medan City DPRD. The aim of this research is to analyze organizational culture, motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat office. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all employees of the State Civil Apparatus at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat, numbering 50 people. The technique used in sampling is the saturation side technique, where the entire population is used as the research sample. Data sources were obtained from primary data through field research, namely interviews and distributing questionnaires to all employees at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat. Secondary data comes from journals and articles that are relevant to the problems that occur. Simultaneously, organizational culture (X1), work motivation (X2), work environment (X3) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat. Determination shows a result of 0.728, meaning that organizational culture, motivation, work environment contribute to employee performance at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat by 72.8%

Abstract

Optimization of female employees is the maximum empowerment of women which is a strategic way for the leadership of Pesantren Darularafah Raya to increase the role of women in the development of pesantren business units as an effort towards the independence of educational institutions. This type of research is qualitative to describe the factors that affect pesantren leaders in optimizing female employees and employee optimization strategies. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, observation, and document study. Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed in stages: (1) data condensation, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion or verification. The findings found six factors that influence Pesantren leadership in optimizing female employees, namely: loyalty; ability to play multiple roles, relatively longer working period (endurance), feeling sufficient (qana'ah) with the welfare and comfort provided, a significant contribution in the Islamic boarding school business unit, active work and able to improve personal and group (family) welfare. Strategies for optimizing female employees in pesantren business units include: 1) opening opportunities and job opportunities, 2) conducting recruitment, 3) living in pesantren, 4) conducting training, 5) conducting mapping, 6) placement, and 7) Refreshment. AbstrakOptimalisasi karyawan perempuan adalah pemberdayaan perempuan secara maksimal yang merupakan cara strategis pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Darularafah Raya untuk meningkatkan peran perempuan dalam pengembangan unit usaha pesantren sebagai upaya menuju kemandirian lembaga pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pimpinan pesantren dalam mengoptimalkan karyawan perempuan dan strategi optimalisasi karyawan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan tahapan: (1) kondensasi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan enam faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemimpinan pesantren dalam mengoptimalkan karyawan perempuan, yaitu: loyalitas; kemampuan memainkan peran ganda, masa kerja yang relatif lebih lama (daya tahan), merasa cukup (qana'ah) dengan kesejahteraan dan kenyamanan yang diberikan, kontribusi yang signifikan dalam unit usaha pesantren, aktif bekerja dan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan pribadi dan kelompok (keluarga). Strategi optimalisasi karyawan perempuan di unit usaha pesantren antara lain: 1) membuka peluang dan kesempatan kerja, 2) melakukan rekrutmen, 3) tinggal di pesantren, 4) melakukan pelatihan, 5) melakukan pemetaan, 6) penempatan, dan 7) Penyegaran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the Management Information System (MIS) at SMPS Galih Agung Deli Serdang in improving the quality of education. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results indicate that the implementation of the school website and the Academic Information System (Dapodik) has enhanced information accessibility and management efficiency. The school website provides a real-time platform for students, parents, and teachers to access important information, while Dapodik speeds up academic administrative processes such as recording student attendance and grades. The implementation of these systems has facilitated information access, improved administrative efficiency, and positively impacted lesson planning and parental involvement in education. The study also identified challenges in resource management and monitoring, such as a lack of guidelines for activity planning and an imbalance in staff workload. The training provided has improved staff understanding of planning, and the redistribution of teaching duties has reduced workload-related complaints. The implications of this research suggest that effective management information system implementation can enhance educational quality by facilitating information access, improving administrative efficiency, and supporting a more structured learning process.

Abstract

The increasing of State Islamic Universities (PTKIN) in Aceh is contradictory with the minimum interest of Acehnese to study at PTKIN. This phenomenon shows an anomaly in Acehnese religiosity level. This paper aimed to seek Higher Education (HE) marketing strategies in Aceh and to describe the reason for Acehnese low interest in PTKIN. A mixed method was used in this research; meanwhile, an explanatory sequential design was chosen to be the research design. This research was done in 3 PTKIN and 3 State Universities (PTU) in Aceh, where 60 Acehnese students were chosen as respondents. Besides quantitative data, qualitative research was done by interviewing, observing, and studying documentation to get more information. The result showed that the products (departments and accreditation) significantly affected students' interest in HE. This article suggested that PTKIN add more departments to present many choices for society as a place to study at a high education level.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan berupa penganalisis knowledge sharing, servant leadership, dan organizational citizenship behaviour terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mulia Tani Jaya. Metode kuantitatif adalah inti dari pendekatan penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh digunakan untuk mengumpulkan 72 responden. Metode pengumpulan data termasuk kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, servant leadership berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, organizational citizenship behaviour berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan secara simultan knowledge sharing, servant leadership, dan organizational citizenship behaviour berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Knowledge Sharing, servant leadership, dan organizational citizenship behavior masing-masing memberikan kontribusi 45,3% pada kinerja karyawan, yang kemudian untuk variabel lain yang tidak diteliti, seperti pelatihan kerja dan promosi jabatan, memberikan kontribusi sebesar 54,7%.

Abstract

Online learning is an electronic learning system, using electronic media, internet, computer, gedget (HP), and multimedia files (sound, pictures and video). Learning motivation is the overall driving force in the student that moves the student and gives rise to the learning activity so that the desired goal of the learning subject can be achieved. This research is quantitative research that examines phenomena objectively by using statistical calculations to test hypotheses in research. The sample of this study amounted to 30 people with total sampling technique. The test result of product moment r value is positive 0.632 and perolehan p count = 0.000 < 0.05 which indicates that online learning variables (variable X) and learning motivation variable (variable Y) have a significant influence. Anova regression analysis test obtained an F value of 18,628 and a sig value. That is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho rejected. The result of the determinant coefficient, known determinant cofisien value of 0.399 which means variable X (Online Learning) affects variable Y (Learning Motivation) by 39.9%.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the influence of endurance and time management on the tendency of procrastination in memorizing the Qur'an among female students of SMP IT Luqmanul Hakim. Method: The approach used is quantitative with descriptive research type. The subjects in this study were female students at SMP IT Luqmanul Hakim. Data collection techniques were carried out through four methods, namely: (1) questionnaires, (2) observation, (3) interviews, and (4) documentation. Results: The results of the study showed that the level of endurance in female students was in the high category for 10 people (20%) and the medium category for 40 people (80%). For the time management aspect, as many as 10 respondents (20%) were in the high category and 40 respondents (80%) were in the medium category. Meanwhile, the level of procrastination in memorizing the Qur'an showed that 26 female students (52%) were in the high category and 24 female students (48%) were in the medium category. Novelty: Furthermore, based on the results of the hypothesis test with Product Moment correlation analysis, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained which was smaller than 0.05. This indicates that there is a significant relationship between each variable, namely endurance (X1) and time management (X2) with procrastination in memorizing the Qur'an (Y), although the level of relationship found is in the weak category.
