Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Dampak Karakteristik Individu Dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Tugas Tanggung Jawab Kariawan PT. Lepen Kencana Utama Saok Laweh. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 46 responden yang bekerja di PT. Lepen Kencana Utama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh Y = 5,962 + 0.481X1 + 0,383X2 + e dan uji t 3,546, dan 3,203 yang artinya bahwa variabel Kerakteristik Individu berpengaruhterhadap Tugas Tanggung Jawab Kariawan, Variabel Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Tugas Tanggung Jawab Kariawan. Dilihat dari nilai R Square 0,712 yang artinya Kerakteristik Individu dan Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh sebesar 71,2% terhadap Tugas tanggung Jawab Kariawan dan 28,8% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari analisis uji f nilai fhitungadalah 53,088> ftabel3,21 yang artinya bahwaDampak Karakteristik Individu Dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Tugas Tanggung Jawap Kariawan PT. Lepen Kencana Utama Saok Laweh.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Solok City. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Work Discipline and Compensation had an effect on the Work Productivity of Non-PNS Employees at the Office of the Praja Police Unit (Satpol PP) Solok City. The research method used is the Total Sampling technique, namely the number of samples is the same as the population. From the population taken as many as 77 respondents, data collection methods using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the multiple linear regression coefficient test can be the equation Y = 12.727 + 0.361 X1 + 0.312 (X2), it can be said that the independent variables are Work Discipline and Compensation together have a positive sign in the direction of the Work Productivity of Non-PNS Employees at the Solok City Satpol PP Office. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.267 that the contribution between the variables of Work Discipline and Compensation of 0.267 or 26.7% and influenced by other variables (100-0,267) was % of variables not examined in this study such as satisfaction, attitudes, behavior, training and willingness to work. The results of the tcount of Work Discipline are 2,631 > 1,992, which means that the Work Discipline variable (X1) has an effect and is significant on Work Productivity (Y). The result of t-count Compensation (X2) is 2.391 > 1.992, which means that the Compensation variable has an effect and is significant on Work Productivity. And the results of the f test are 13,499 > f table 3,12 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. The large fcount value of the ftable value and a significant value less than 0.05 indicates that Work Discipline (X1) and Compensation (X2) simultaneously or jointly have a significant and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Self-Efficacy and Interpersonal Communication on the performance of honorary Employees at the Solok District Youth and Sports Education Office. The sample in this study was 33 respondents based on gender, age, level of education. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of self-efficacy and interpersonal communication variables on employee performance with a value of Y = 17.379 + 0.520 X1 + 0.074 X2 + e. From the t test conducted on variable X1, namely self-efficacy with a Tcount value greater than Ttable 3.196> 2.042, which means that the Self-Efficacy variable affects Honorary Employee Performance, as for the X2 variable, namely interpersonal communication, the Tcount score is less than Ttable 0.581 <2.042 which means Interpersonal Communication has no effect on Honorary Employee Performance. While the results of the f-test analysis obtained that the value of fcount is greater than ftable, namely 11.579> 3.32, which means that Self-Efficacy and Interpersonal Communication jointly affect the Performance of Honorary Employees.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku karyawan dan prosedur operasi standar pada sistem informasi manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Pt. Cipta Niaga Semesta Solok. Jenis data yang digunakan antara lain uji kualitas data, analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Berdasarkan analisis regresi berganda variabel perilaku karyawan dan prosedur operasi standar pada sistem informasi manajemen Y = 3,963 + 0,132 X₁ + 0,735 X₂ + e. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) perilaku pegawai tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sistem informasi manajemen. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan uji-t dengan thitung sebesar 1,554 < 2,01063 selain itu memiliki nilai signifikan 0,127 > 0,05. (2) Standar Operasional Prosedur berpengaruh positif terhadap sistem informasi manajemen. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan uji t dengan thitung sebesar 9,451 > 2,01063 selain itu memiliki nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dari uji F yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa perilaku karyawan dan SOP pada sistem informasi manajemen hitung F hitung sebesar 126,594 > dari F tabel 3,20 atau tingkat signifikansi F 0,000 < 0,05. Dari uji determinasi diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,843 atau 84,3%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel perilaku pegawai dan standar prosedur operasional sebesar 84,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 15,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

. This study discusses "The Influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership on Employee Performance at PT. People's Credit Bank (BPR) X Koto Singkarak". level of education, status and length of work.In this study the authors gave or distributed 31 files of questionnaires. For the Organizational Culture variable (X1) the t-count value is 2.999 with a significance level of 0.006. Because the calculated t value is greater than t table 2.909 > 2.048 and the significance level value is 0.007 <0.05 then H1 is accepted and Ho is accepted. This proves that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. People's Credit Bank (BPR) X Koto Singkarak. For the Organizational Culture variable (X2) the t-count value is 3.983 with a significance level of 0.000. Because the t-count value is greater than t-table 3.983 > 2.048 and the significant level value is 0.000 <0.05 then H2 is accepted and Ho is accepted. This proves that Leadership (X.1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. People's Credit Bank (BPR) X Koto Singkarak. The hypothesis is accepted if fcount > f table and sig value < a 0.05 from table 3.30, it can be seen that fcount 13.056 > from f table 3.30 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is accepted H1 is accepted this indicates that the independent variable has a significant and simultaneous influence simultaneously on the dependent variable.
