Abstract

One of the important stages in learning is evaluation. From the evaluation carried out, information will be obtained regarding the learning development of students which will be used in making decisions. The success of the learning process and student learning outcomes will also be known through evaluation. In learning Indonesian, a learner will proceed to acquire diverse knowledge and learning experiences. One of the basic competencies that must be mastered by class XII in the 2013 curriculum is that students are able to analyze the structure and language rules of article texts. One of the evaluation tools that can be used in the Quizizz application. The Quizizz application is in the form of online lectures that students can access via the web which can show statistical data on student performance. The results of these data can help educators and students in evaluating learning. The application of the Quizizz application can be an option in carrying out evaluation activities for learning article text in class XII IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Semarang. Quiziz is a tool for obtaining data related to student learning processes and outcomes. This study aims to describe the application of the Quizizz application as a learning evaluation tool for class XII article texts at SMA Negeri 1 Semarang. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are the use of Quiziz as an evaluation tool in learning article texts in class XII which is suitable to be applied because apart from being easy to access and attracting the attention of students in working on questions, educators can also carry out assessments or evaluations more quickly because they have been automatically provided by the system.

Abstract

 Background: The environment and family play an important role in children's growth and development. There are still many preschool age children who still lack fine motor development due to a lack of stimulation and parental care because parents are indifferent to the development of children's fine motor skills.   Methodology: This activity was carried out to find solutions to problem solving through village community deliberations and then implemented through a coloring competition activity.   Results: After the coloring competition activity, fine motoric development in preschool children increased and parents understood fine motoric development in children   Conclusion: Parents' knowledge about fine motor development increases, children can carry out tasks well, children's willingness to color contributes to fine motor development in preschool children.

Abstract

Hand hygiene is the most effective method for preventing healthcare-associated infections. However, its practice is still not optimally implemented in many healthcare facilities. Several factors may influence compliance levels, including age, gender, education, length of work experience, knowledge, attitude, and availability of supporting facilities. Objective: This study aimed to identify factors associated with nurses compliance in performing hand hygiene at RSIA (Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital) Ummuhani Purbalingga. This qualitative study employed an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design involving 46 respondents. The research was conducted at RSIA Ummuhani Purbalingga from January to June 2025. Sampling was conducted through direct observation and questionnaires (Google Forms). Data were processed using SPSS. Univariate analysis showed that respondents were aged 2535 years (76%) and 3645 years (24%), with 9% male and 91% female. Educational levels included Diploma III (55%), Bachelor of Nursing with professional degree (S. Kep., Ners) (43%), and Masters degree (2%). Length of work experience was 35 years (37%), 610 years (46%), and 1120 years (17%). Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test indicated no significant correlation between compliance and age (p = 0.743), gender (p = 0.152), education (p = 0.823), or length of work (p = 0.564). However, significant relationships were found for knowledge (p = 0.028), attitude (p = 0.006), and availability of facilities (p = 0.007). Knowledge, attitude, and supporting facilities are significantly associated with nurses compliance in performing hand hygiene. In contrast, age, gender, education, and length of work experience show no significant correlation.

Abstract

Cyberbullying has become a serious challenge in the digital era in Indonesia, with an alarming prevalence. Data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission recorded 1,478 cases of bullying (both online and offline) in 2023, with significant psychological impacts that in some cases have led to suicide. This study analyzes the criminal liability of cyberbullying perpetrators from the perspective of the Indonesian National Criminal Code 2023, which will come into effect on 2 January 2026, and Law Number 1 of 2024 on Electronic Information and Transactions. Using a normative analytical juridical research method, this study examines the harmonization between the National Criminal Code as lex generalis and the ITE Law as lex specialis, as well as the shift in sentencing paradigms from a retributive approach toward a restorative one. The findings indicate that the National Criminal Code provides a stronger foundation for the enforcement of cyberbullying laws through the regulation of supervisory penalties, the application of restorative justice, and the strengthening of criminal sanctions. However, the main challenges remain the absence of a specific cyberbullying offense, the complexity of proving the element of “repetition,” and the anonymity of perpetrators in digital environments. This study recommends the establishment of a specific cyberbullying offense within the ITE Law and the development of law enforcement strategies that prioritize victim protection as well as the rehabilitation of offenders.
