Abstract

Aydin’s distributor is business with the main product is pastries, that distribution with several resselers. Small business that have grown to the present, repacking cookies has not been implemented optimally, not efficient and unable to meet marketing targets significantly.This moment presented are more organized and able to create customer ways among other increase marketing competitiveness by products arrangement that support efficiency, controlling product, so that it can become a magnet in attracting customers. With this hope that performance will be easier and contribute to creating customer desires to come back again. The main operational section is product selling, repacking, delivery and  product collection among many stores. In addition, the selection of research is a business that was started personally and developed with many customers and orders, but there is still a lack of attention to product arrangement. So it is necessary training to improve marketing competitiveness and performance of reseller SMEs management is very important

Abstract

Taxes are levied based on legal norms to cover the costs of producing collective goods and services to achieve general welfare and to increase the development of a country. One source of tax funds comes from Land and Building Tax. Refusal to pay, evasion, or resistance to taxes is generally a violation of the law. Taxes are one source of government funds for development, both central government and regional government. If a person has fulfilled the subjective and objective requirements, then he is obliged to pay tax. However, the problem often faced by the government is the lack of taxpayer awareness of their obligation to pay taxes. In this community service, the Indocakti Malang College of Economics team carried out assistance activities regarding reducing land and building tax payments for residents of RT 10 RW 05 whose land and buildings are still leased.

Abstract

Stunting is a health problem caused by a lack of nutritious food intake that the body needs. Stunting occurs from the womb, and is visible when the child develops at the age of two years. Literacy about healthy living environments and nutritious food to prevent stunting is very important for families, parents, caregivers, BKB administrators, and community service instructors themselves. Superior human resources come from the formation of character and way of life at an early age in the family. Optimizing the formation, improvement, understanding and role of parents in a healthy living environment and nutritious food needs to be fulfilled to provide the best stunting prevention that can be done.At this moment, the extension team provides assistance in delivering material on a healthy environment and nutritious food to prevent stunting. The delivery of this material serves to provide knowledge and experience related to stunting prevention. And the benefit is that participants get material, knowledge, knowledge and share experiences and solutions so as to produce participants who understand and understand more about a healthy environment and nutritious food to prevent stunting.This service is carried out for BKB participants in the RW. 05 Bandulan subdistrict, Sukun sub-district, Malang city, with around 40 participants. The aim of implementing this service is to help provide environmental literacy programs for healthy living and nutritious food to prevent stunting and change it. It is hoped that this service will also provide benefits for consideration, adding information and insight related to stunting prevention and the performance of BKB RW 05 Bandulan sub-district.

Abstract

Motivation and assessment are ways to determine the results of program work both individually and in general for the organization as a whole. The research method is Paired Sample Test, namely comparing the roles before and after the roles of Motivation and SOTH Assessment. Meanwhile, qualitatively, skills are assessed, namely consisting of coordination and teamwork abilities; discipline and solutions to problems. Assessment data from January to March 2024. The time limit was chosen due to ongoing program adjustments. The research results show that SOTH motivation and assessment have an average impact of 26% and make motivation and assessment more attention to all members of the organization. Based on the Paired Sample Test, it can be concluded that from the Paired Sample Test calculations it is proven that there is a significant difference in the average role of Motivation and Assessment before and after the delivery of the material begins (Pre Test) for the participants (students) at a confidence level of 95%. And proves that motivation and assessment are useful for program efficiency and effectiveness, controlling and monitoring performance, and are able to encourage participants (students), managers and presenters to contribute to even better performance.

Abstract

The role of Islamic values in education is crucial, especially in shaping students with strong faith, religious obedience, and noble character. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic values integration in mathematics learning on enhancing critical and creative thinking among students at MAN 2 Wonosobo. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation from a sample of 30 students out of a total population of 555. The findings show that applying Islamic values in mathematics learning tends to positively influence students’ critical and creative thinking skills, although the effect is not statistically significant (p > 0.05), largely due to the small sample size. Nevertheless, the results suggest that integrating Islamic values can potentially support students’ cognitive development and character building in the long term. The study recommends innovation, improved measurement tools, and sustained teacher and school commitment for effective integration. Islamic values play a supporting role in creating a meaningful and conducive learning environment, making mathematics not only academically enriching but also character-strengthening.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan penyebab utama kematian dengan prevalensi yang terus meningkat terutama pada lansia. Pengendalian hipertensi dapat dilakukan melalui gaya hidup sehat dan aktivitas fisik.Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran penerapan senam hipertensi terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Dusun Kiara Payung, Kecamatan Pakuhaji, Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode: Studi deskriptif analitik dengan 25 peserta hipertensi, dilakukan selama tiga hari. Senam hipertensi dilakukan 30 menit sesuai pedoman, dengan pengukuran tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah. Hasil: Sebagian besar peserta berusia 42-48 tahun dan perempuan. Senam hipertensi efektif menurunkan tekanan darah, dengan banyak peserta masuk kategori prehipertensi dan normal setelah intervensi. Kesimpulan: Senam hipertensi rutin dapat menurunkan tekanan darah dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Disarankan pelaksanaan senam secara berkala dan pemantauan tekanan darah untuk mengurangi kasus hipertensi. Saran: Diharapkan bagi penderita Hipertensi mampu menerapkan senam hipertensi secara benar dan teratur.
