Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the factors that influence the desire of MSMEs established by students. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that there are two factors that influence MSMEs established by students, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors include managerial skills, innovation and creativity, and availability of capital. While external factors include access to markets, government policies, and market competition. In addition, there are strategies for the sustainability of MSMEs established by students, including improving management skills, developing solid business plans, increasing innovation and creativity, strong collaboration and networks, and sustainable growth of MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh iklan investasi, influencer, dan social media engangement terhadap minat investasi dosen Universitas Teuku Umar Meulaboh, Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Adapun populasi dan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan hasil perhitungan memperoleh sebanyak 85 responden dosen Universitas Teuku Umar Meulaboh, Aceh Barat. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sebaran kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS yang di olah menggunakan software SmartPLS4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa iklan investasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi dosen Universitas Teuku Umar. Influencer secara signifikan mempengaruhi minat investasi dosen Universitas Teuku Umar. Social media engangement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi dosen Universitas Teuku Umar.

Abstract

A company called PT. Trinusa Avia Mandiri provides ground handling services as well as other commercial endeavors that assist airport-based aviation enterprises. At the PT. Trinusa Avia Mandiri Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport Branch in Jakarta, the purpose of this study is to determine how the company's cash turnover and receivables affect profitability. Quantitative research is being conducted here. The purpose of hypothesis testing is to determine the degree to which the independent variable influences the dependent variable by using multiple linear regression analysis through the f and t tests. According to the study's findings, there is a partial relationship between cash turnover and profitability and receivables turnover, with a significance level of less than 7%.
