Abstract

Adaptasi strategi pembelajaran responsif terhadap dinamika siswa menjadi krusial dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan efektif, mengingat keberagaman kebutuhan, minat, serta gaya belajar yang dimiliki setiap siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas adaptasi strategi pembelajaran responsif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan prestasi belajar siswa yang beragam di kelas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis adaptasi strategi pembelajaran responsif terhadap dinamika siswa di kelas yang beragam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran responsif secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar, terutama di kelas dengan keragaman latar belakang. Selain itu, guru yang menerapkan pendekatan ini mampu menyesuaikan materi dan metode pengajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik masing-masing siswa, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif. Terakhir, umpan balik dari siswa menunjukkan bahwa mereka merasa lebih diperhatikan dan termotivasi untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran. Adaptasi strategi pembelajaran responsif terhadap dinamika siswa memungkinkan terciptanya pengalaman belajar yang lebih relevan dan efektif, meningkatkan keterlibatan serta motivasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, educational innovation, and local wisdom on strengthening the reputation of Islamic boarding schools. This study tests four hypotheses related to the impact of these variables on the reputation of Islamic boarding schools. The first hypothesis tests the positive influence of leadership (X1) on strengthening the reputation of Islamic boarding schools (Y), the second hypothesis tests the positive influence of educational innovation (X2) on strengthening the reputation of Islamic boarding schools (Y), the third hypothesis tests the positive influence of local wisdom (X3) on strengthening the reputation of Islamic boarding schools (Y), and the fourth hypothesis tests the positive influence of leadership, educational innovation, and local wisdom simultaneously on strengthening the reputation of Islamic boarding schools. Data were collected through questionnaires with a sample of 260 respondents and analyzed using simple regression tests and multiple regression with the help of the SPSS Statistics program. The results of the study showed that leadership (X1) had a significant positive effect with a t-value of 13.083 and a p-value of 0.000, educational innovation (X2) had a significant positive effect with a t-value of 7.927 and a p-value of 0.000, and local wisdom (X3) had a significant positive effect with a t-value of 8.927 and a p-value of 0.000. In addition, the results of the multiple regression test showed that the three variables had a significant positive effect simultaneously on strengthening the reputation of Islamic boarding schools, with t-values for leadership (5.916), educational innovation (2.285), and local wisdom (2.825), and p-values of 0.000, 0.035, and 0.055, respectively. Overall, these three factors implies greatly to strengthening the reputation of Islamic boarding schools, which is important for the continuity and development of Islamic boarding schools in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the role of interpersonal communication and problem-solving strategies in improving the performance of foster parents in Islamic boarding schools. The main problem raised is the lack of effectiveness of foster parents due to communication barriers and internal conflict resolution. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in the Ar Rumi area. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observations of kyai, foster parents, and students. The results of the study indicate that the pattern of interpersonal communication between kyai and foster parents takes place in the form of routine and structured two-way interactions, with kyai as the provider of direction and foster parents as the reporter. Problem solving strategies through mediation and counseling have proven effective in creating a harmonious foster atmosphere. In conclusion, good interpersonal communication and the right problem solving approach significantly improve the readiness and performance of foster parents in fostering students. This study contributes to strengthening the foster management system in the Islamic boarding school environment.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and analyze the implementation of a competency-based curriculum in the Tahfidz program in an effort to achieve superior and competitive madrasas. The focus of this research covers two Islamic educational institutions, namely Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Jadid in Paiton Probolinggo. The research method used is a multi-case with a qualitative approach, involving data collection through interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that the implementation of a competency-based curriculum in the tahfidz program in both madrasas has had a positive impact on achieving the goals of superior and competitive madrasas. Evaluations are carried out on curriculum design, learning strategies and assessment methods to ensure that the tahfidz program does not only focus on memorization, but also on understanding and mastering the concepts of the Qur'an. In addition, it was found that support from stakeholders, availability of resources and the role of teachers in implementing the competency-based curriculum are important factors in the success of the tahfidz program. This research contributes to the context of Islamic education curriculum development by emphasizing the importance of a competency-based approach in preparing a generation of Muslims who are qualified and able to compete in the global era.
