Family is one of natural education center. Parents are naturally encouraged to educate and guide their children to be mature who have a decent life, to be happy in this world and hereafter. Because the religious education that was given by parents to children has a major influence in forming the character of the growth and development of the children.Children who get more religious exercise in their childhood will get a stronger religious basic in them selves when they are being adult, so they can apply it in their life. Religious diversity is a Sunnatullahthat must be accepted by humans objectively, even the Lord reminded that everybody has been given a law and way in belief, then how humans compete to do goodness on the earth.The multi religions perspective, religious education in family basically shows similarities in pattern, goal and material. Its pattern and goal is to establish a good personality, to the Almighty God and also the other creatures, in order to make a responsible person. Different religions in a family is quite difficult to provide religious education to the children, though it seems harmonious, but it gets problems and psychological effects in the process of planting a belief or ideology to the children.

This study aims to analyze gender responsive programs and activities in the City Health Office of Parepare whose results are used as reference for the institution to reformulate policies that describe gender equality and justice so that development outcomes are on target and can provide positive benefits and impacts for both men and women. The formulation of the program and activities compiled consisted of 12 program items which were transcribed in 111 activities. The Twelve Health Service programs deliver the City of Parepare to a better Human Development Index. The program is based on gender-neutral regional technical guidelines. However, there are several programs included in gender specific categories such as the Maternal and Child Health program. Gender responsive programs and activities are still gradual, given that budgeting is still new. Disaggregated data has not been provided on each activity item so that it is difficult to carry out gender analysis, so efforts to find gender gaps are also difficult.

This study is a descriptive correlational survey with a quantitative approach. To obtain the data used questionnaire technique, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data were descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Descriptive analysis is done by describing the research variables through the average value, standard deviation, or standard deviation, median, mode and frequency distribution table. Medium-the inferential statistical techniques used are double correlation and ANOVA. The results showed: 1) Implementation and support services BK subject teachers against BK services for the prevention of problems of learners are in the category of being and the prevention of learning problems are still the medium category. 2) Implementation guidance signifcantly correlated with the prevention of learning problems of learners. 3) Support subject teachers who did not have a signifcant correlation with the prevention of learning problems of learners. 4) There is a signifcant correlation between the implementation of the guidance and support services subject teachers together with the prevention of learning problems of learners. The magnitude of the effective contribution of the implementation of the guidance and support services subject teachers together to study the problem of prevention is 11.90%, 88.10% in the sense that the other is inï¬uenced by other variables that are not observed in this study. The relative contribution of each variable is SR = 92.68% X1, X2 SR% = 7.32% and the effective contribution of each variable is SE% 11:03 and SE X1 = X2 = 0.87%. Thus, prevention of learning problems of learners can be increased by improving the implementation and support services BK subject teachers against BK services

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Kebijakan Perdagangan Manusia (Peraturan Daerah No.6, 2011) di Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan Indonesia. Ada beberapa kasus perdagangan manusia di seluruh provinsi dengan modus operandi yang beragam. Kasus-kasus perdagangan pada umumnya berawal dari modus sebagai tenaga kerja migran ke Malaysia. Para korban adalah gadis-gadis muda yang berasal dari status sosial ekonomi rendah. Focus Group Discussion dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesiapan para pemangku kebijakan yang terkait dalam mengimplementasikan Kebijakan Perdagangan Manusia di Parepare. Pemerintah Daerah Parepare (SKPD) sadar akan Kebijakan Perdagangan Manusia dan mereka telah bekerja sama dengan departemen tenaga kerja, universitas setempat, sekolah, Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) untuk mengadvokasi dan mendidik masyarakat lokal, terutama anak perempuan untuk mencegah lebih banyak korban perdagangan manusia di Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan.

The study was aimed to: 1) describing the Islamic Education teachers? performance on SMA in Parepare City; 2). describing the Senior Hight School Students? learning outcomes in Parepare City; 3). Determining whether or not there was an influence of Islamic Education teachers? performance on the Senioe Hight Schools students? learning outcomes in Parepare City. The result of the study revealed that: 1) the Islamic Education teachers? performance of Senior Hight Schools in Parepare City was in good category; 2) the students? learning outcomes of Islamic Education tended to be in good category, 3) there was a significant influence of Islamic Education teachers? performance on the Senior High Schools students? learning outcomes in Parepare City. The study had implication: 1) the Islamic Education teachers realized the importance of a teacher working professionally, having high performance both in learning plan, learning implementation and evaluating the students? learning outcomes, which can lead to the hight achievement of learning outcomes as well, 2) there was a concrete evidence of the implementation of education and learning practices in Senior High Schools which was necessary to be constantly improved.

Abstract: The teenage phase is a process of searching for one's identity or identity, but the fact is that not all teenagers are able to exercise good self-control. One of the efforts made for teenagers to be able to control themselves is through moral development. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of moral development on self-control in adolescents. This research uses a qualitative approach regarding the impact of moral development on adolescents in controlling themselves. The aim of this research refers to the impact of moral development on adolescent self-control. The results of the research show that there is a positive impact of moral development on adolescent self-control, namely changes in thought patterns and thought patterns, changes in principles, changes in behavior. Meanwhile, the positive impact on other people is the impact on family and society. Keywords: Moral Development, Self Control, Youth Abstrak: Fase remaja merupakan proses pencarian jati diri atau identitas diri, namun faktanya tidak semua remaja mampu melakukan pengendalian diri dengan baik. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pada remaja agar mampu mengendalikan diri adalah melalui pembinaan akhlak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak pembinaan akhlak terhadap self-control pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif mengenai dampak perkembangan moral pada remaja dalam mengendalikan diri. Tujuan penelitian ini mengacu pada dampak perkembangan moral terhadap pengendalian diri remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dampak positif dari adanya perkembangan moral terhadap pengendalian diri remaja yaitu perubahan pola pikir dan pola pikir, perubahan prinsip, perubahan perilaku. Sedangkan dampak positifnya bagi orang lain adalah dampaknya terhadap keluarga dan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Pembinaan Akhlak, Self Control, Remaja

This study discusses the effect of intellectual and emotional intelligence on student discipline in Islamic education for Class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Parepare. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual and emotional intelligence on students’ discipline in learning Islamic education class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Parepare. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a correlational research type with multiple linear regression. The number of samples in this study was 110 students, while data collection used observation, questionnaire and documentation methods, then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results showed, 1) The level of Intellectual Intelligence of Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Parepare was included in the above average category based on Alfred Bine’s IQ classification with a value of 110. While the Emotional Intelligence Level of Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Parepare was included in the category the results obtained from the study 6439: 7920 = 81.3%. 2) Discipline Level of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Parepare is included in the high category from the research results 6007: 7040 = 85.3%. 3) Intellectual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence together significantly influence the discipline of learners in the learning PAI in Junior High School 2 of Pare Pare with a value of F count 22.732> F table3.08 so that it has a significant effect with the coefficient of determination obtained by 0.298 or 29.8% , which means that the contribution of the intellectual and emotional intelligence variables is 29.8% and 70.2% is influenced by other factors which are not examined in this study

One interesting social reality in Central Kalimantan society is interfaith marriages, so religious diversity occurs in families. This research aims to examine religious diversity in a family related to the religious practices of each religion and the religious values built into everyday life. The research method used was qualitative, with a case study approach on families of different religions in the Central Kalimantan region. The subjects of this research were 5 families: 3 families from Danau Pantau Village, Kapuas Regency, and 2 families from Antang Kalang Village, East Kotawaringin Regency, while the data collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are as follows: 1) Interfaith families in Central Kalimantan find it easier to implement religious moderation. This means that the majority of people in Danau Pantau village and Tumbang Kalang village easily change religions because of marriage. 2) Implementation of the value of religious moderation in families of different religions in Central Kalimantan in worship: Worship is carried out according to each religion in a safe, harmonious, and peaceful manner. 3) Implementation of the values of religious moderation in families of different religions in Central Kalimantan in the social sector: Implementation of social activities is carried out in a safe, harmonious, and peaceful manner, without distinction of religion or ethnicity.
