Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Tofu Bakso Kenari products in Solo Raya . The main focus of this research is to determine the extent to which product quality influences consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative descriptive using external data sources obtained through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Kenari Meatball Tofu products. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, which allows the selection of respondents based on certain criteria that are relevant to this research. This research concludes that product quality and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Kenari Tahu Bakso in Solo Raya, while service quality and price do not have a significant influence. The implications of this research can be used as a guide for producers in improving their marketing strategies.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the role of social media as a marketing medium for culinary business owners in the Surakarta Residency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method, with the sample criteria being UMKMs located in the Surakarta Residency that have been marketing through social media.The results show that 62% of respondents still maintain their culinary business. As many as 68% of respondents have a decreased income during the pandemic, and 89% of respondents of culinary businesses have been supported in product marketing by utilizing social media so that they increase in resale.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi metode penetapan harga jual hasil produk kreatif dan memberikan pelatihan cara perhitungan penentuan harga jual. Pertimbangan keputusan harga jual seringkali belum tepat karena pelaku usaha menentukan harga jual tidak berdasarkan perhitungan dan prinsip akuntansi yang benar, melainkan hanya berdasarkan perkiraan. Penentuan taksiran harga jual yang tidak tepat dapat berdampak pada kontinuitas usaha sehingga menimbulkan kerugian. Kegiatan pengabdian dirancang untuk mengedukasi penetapan harga jual produk kreatif strap/gantungan hp yang dihasilkan berdasarkan perhitungan alokasi bahan baku dan biaya overhead lain yang dikeluarkan. Metode pengabdian adalah sosialisasi latihan berwirausaha kepada siswa SMK, presentasi materi metode harga jual, dan demonstrasi dan pendampingan pembuatan produk kreatif serta evaluasi melalui pretest dan posttest. Sebanyak 19 siswa terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil kegiatan adalah peningkatan pemahaman siswa terkait penetapan metode harga jual pada produk. Antusiasme dan partisipatif siswa selama kegiatan berlangsung melalui keterlibatan dalam menghitung taksiran harga jual berdasarkan perhitungan pengeluaran bahan baku dan perhitungan biaya variabel lain. Peningkatan pemahaman yaitu 60% siswa mampu memahami penetapan harga jual produk secara tepat berdasarkan perhitungan metode harga jual bukan melalui taksiran. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman penetapan harga jual mampu dihitung secara tepat untuk menghasilkan profitabilitas dan menjamin keberlangsungan usaha.

Abstract

Translator   Translator   Translator   This study examines the impact of persuasive communication, discounts, and consumer trust on purchasing decisions during live-streaming sessions on Shopee, specifically focusing on the Sivali Factory account. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method, using questionnaires distributed to respondents who purchased products from Sivali Factory via Shopee live streaming. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. Findings reveal that discounts and consumer trust significantly influence purchasing decisions, while persuasive communication does not have a significant effect. The study concludes that effective discount strategies and fostering consumer trust are crucial for enhancing purchasing decisions during live-streaming sessions. It is recommended that e-commerce businesses prioritise these factors to boost sales and consumer engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of communication, work environment, and motivation on employee performance. The subjects of this study are contract employees at PT Asia Recycle Mandiri. The sample used consisted of 160 respondents. The analysis method applied is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.Partial test results indicate that the communication variable does not significantly affect employee performance, with a t-value of 0.471 and a significance level of 0.638. Since t-value < t-table (0.471 < 1.97490) and the significance level > 0.05 (0.638 > 0.05), H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted.In contrast, the work environment variable shows a significant influence on employee performance, with a t-value of 6.080 and a significance level of 0.000. Since t-value > t-table (6.080 > 1.97490) and the significance level < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected.The motivation variable also significantly influences employee performance, with a t-value of 3.084 and a significance level of 0.002. Since t-value > t-table (3.084 > 1.97490) and the significance level < 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05), H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected.Thus, the work environment and motivation variables are proven to have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Asia Recycle Mandiri, while communication does not have a significant influence.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam perekonomian terutama bagi siswa SMK agar bisa memenuhi kebutuhan industri dan mengembangkan keterampilan praktis dalam menciptakan peluang usaha mandiri. Namun, kurangnya pemahaman dan pelatihan praktis menghambat minat siswa untuk berwirausaha. Salah satu bisnis kreatif yang mudah dan dapat dikembangkan adalah pembuatan terrarium. Terrarium adalah seni merangkai tanaman dalam suatu ruang dengan sebuah wadah. Solusi yang ditawarkan atas masalah yang ada adalah dengan menjalankan program berupa kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan Terrarium untuk menumbuhkan minat wirausaha bagi siswa SMK Sahid Surakarta. Target yang ingin dicapai dalam program pengabdian ini adalah memberikan tambahan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan bagi siswa SMK Sahid Surakarta melalui pembuatan terrarium. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tambahan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan bagi siswa SMK Sahid Surakarta melalui pembuatan terrarium. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan kegiatan melibatkan siswa kelas XI SMK Sahid Surakarta dengan menjelaskan dan praktik proses pembuatan terrarium menggunakan tanaman hias jenis kaktus dan sukulen. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menambah keterampilan siswa dalam membuat Terrarium dan menambah ide untuk berwirausaha sejak dini. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, kewirausahaan, terrarium. ABSTRACT Entrepreneurship is an important aspect of the economy, especially for vocational school students, so they can meet industry needs and develop practical skills in creating independent business opportunities. However, a lack of understanding and practical training hinders students' interest in entrepreneurship. One creative business that is easy and can be developed is making terrariums. Terrarium is the art of arranging plants in a space in a container. The solution offered to the existing problem is to run a program in the form of Terrarium making training activities to foster entrepreneurial interest for Sahid Surakarta Vocational School students. The target to be achieved in this service program is to provide additional knowledge about entrepreneurship for Sahid Surakarta Vocational School students through making terrariums. This activity aims to provide additional knowledge about entrepreneurship for students at Sahid Vocational School, Surakarta through making terrariums. The method used in this activity is in the form of training with activities involving class The results of this activity increase students' skills in making terrariums and increase ideas for entrepreneurship from an early age. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi internal, produktivitas kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PERUMDA Air Minum Tirto Negoro Kabupaten Sragen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PERUMDA Air Minum Tirto Negoro Kabupaten Sragen dengan menggunakan rumus slovin - margin of error 0,05 atau 5% diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 155 responden. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menerapkan probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner, dianalisis secara statistik dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa komunikasi internal, produktivitas kerja, dan etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PERUMDA Air Minum Tirto Negoro Kabupaten Sragen.  Implikasi penelitian ini adalah agar manajemen PERUMDA Air Minum Tirto Negoro Kabupaten Sragen dapat memperhatikan pentingnya komunikasi internal, produktivitas kerja, dan etos kerja dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dengan fokus pada pengembangan ketiga aspek tersebut, perusahaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing trends in the financial statements of PERUMDA Air Minum Tirto Negoro Sragen Regency during the 2021-2023 period to assess the company's financial performance. The method used is trend analysis with a focus on changes in key accounts such as assets, liabilities, equity, and receivables. This research is descriptive quantitative using secondary data in the form of annual financial statements. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant increase in fixed assets, which reflects the existence of long-term investments to support the smooth operation and expansion of the company. The decrease in liabilities indicates that the company is successful in managing debt more efficiently, which contributes to the improvement of liquidity conditions. In addition, the increase in equity driven by a grant from PT Oasen Netherlands further strengthened the company's capital structure and competitiveness in the water supply industry. Overall, PERUMDA's financial performance experienced consistent improvement over the analyzed period. This indicates that good financial management can support the company's operational sustainability and future growth and reflects efficiency in the management of the company's assets and liabilities.

Abstract

Business actors in the digital era today are required to innovate and adapt to the ever-changing demands of consumers. To keep up with the competition and remain relevant in the market, digital transformation is needed to support business existence. This research aims to understand how the implementation of business digital transformation affects consumer behaviour and how the establishment of business strategies influences consumer behaviour. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Quantitative research with a comparative approach. The research data sources include primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data through e-commerce development data, household consumption data for 2000 – 2023, and community consumption component data with comparative data for 2008 and 2018, as well as determining business strategies. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. The variance analysis in this study uses SEM-PLS, or Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square. The research results show that digital transformation affects consumer behaviour. Transformation has the potential to positively impact productivity and drive inclusive economic growth and business sustainability. Business strategies influence consumer behaviour. A good plan allows companies to be more responsive to changes in consumer needs, create attractive differentiation, and leverage technology to provide a better experience. Therefore, having a clear and focused competitive strategy is crucial to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant in the ever-changing market.
