Abstract

Learning media is one of the key components of education which plays an important role in the teaching and learning process. The use of learning media is an important part that requires special attention from teachers in learning activities. There is a need to create learning media that aims to create an orderly, conducive classroom atmosphere and enable effective learning. The aim of the research is to identify teachers' abilities in creating teaching media materials. It is hoped that if teachers have the ability to create teaching material media, the teaching and learning process can run according to plan. This research uses a qualitative method based on library research, the main data sources come from books, magazines and recent journal articles related to the theme of this research. The results of this research show that the majority of teachers have not been creative in creating learning media, this is indicated by the fact that many teachers still use the lecture method in the learning and teaching process, so that the teaching and learning process seems monotonous in only one direction. It is hoped that the publication of this article will encourage teachers to be creative in making interesting learning media even though they are made with simple media.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Mundam bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan ini fokus pada isu lingkungan, kesehatan dan pendidikan. Melalui berbagai program sosialisasi implementasi 3R (reduce, reuse, recyle) sabun cuci piring dari limbah kulit nanas dengan metode eco enzym, pengadaan tempat sampah, pemberian bibit dan penanaman pohon, sosialisasi DAGUSIBU (dapatkan, gunakan, simpan, buang), dan lainnya. Mahasiswa KKN berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak-anak, atau memberdayakan UMKM lokal. Secara keseluruhan, KKN ini telah memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Mundam dan diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat lainnya.

Abstract

Kegiatan Camping Al-Quran merupakan sebuah metode pembelajaran efektif yang bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter Islami dari peserta didik melalui pendekatan pengalaman secara langsung. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengalaman spiritual yang mendalam melalui pembelajaran Al-Quran, ibadah dan nilai-nilai Islam yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pendampingan dalam Camping Al-Quran terhadap pembentukan karakter Islami peserta didik. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan observasi secara langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pendampingan dalam kegiatan Camping Al-Quran memberikan dampak positif terhadap kedisiplinan, kemandirian, tanggung jawab serta adanya peningkatan ibadah peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Camping Al-Quran dapat menjadi sarana strategi pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman dalam Pendidikan karakter Islami. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan, Camping Al-Quran, Karakter Islami, Peserta Didik.
