Abstract

Some common problems include a lack of understanding and inconsistent implementation of Islamic business ethics. Many barbershop owners and employees still struggle to apply these ethics consistently in their daily operations. This issue, coupled with intense competition in the barbershop industry, affects the effective implementation of Islamic business ethics. The aim of this research is to examine how Islamic business practices are applied in an entrepreneurial context, specifically focusing on barbershops. A descriptive qualitative case study method was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of the application of Islamic business ethics in Wisma Barbershop's daily operations and its impact on entrepreneurship. Data for this research were collected through interviews with barbershop owners. For analyzing qualitative data, the Miles and Huberman model was used. The findings indicate that Wisma Barbershop adheres to Islamic business ethics, incorporating principles such as morality and honesty, monotheism, justice, freedom, and responsibility. This study demonstrates that implementing Islamic business ethics in barbershops involves more than just providing services; it reflects a commitment to ethical business practices.

Abstract

The growth of Islamic banks in terms of distribution of funds nationally is quite large. The large amount of funds that have been successfully distributed will ultimately improve human welfare. This is because one of the objectives of operating banking using sharia principles is to improve the level of community welfare. The problem in this research is how development impacts indigenous communities and how sharia finance impacts communities. using the literature study method to analyze how development impacts indigenous communities and how sharia finance impacts communities prepares local communities to increase their ability to participate in regional development and sharia finance. Abstract

Penggunaan alat alat teknologi pada zaman sekarang ini bukan lagi hal baru bagi masyarakat dimana mulai kalangan anak anak, remaja, dewasa bahkan orang tua merupakan hal biasa bahkan sudah punya. Penggunaan teknologi ini merupakan salah satu cara untuk memudahkan pekerjaan secara cepat yang bisa dilakukan dari jarak jauh. Dalam hal ini terkadang kita sebagai masyarakat atau sebagai siswa  hanya bisa menggunakan tanpa mengetahui cara pembuatannya. Pembuatan aplikasi berbasis IoT ini dapat digunakan untuk memperdalam pengetahuan siswa mengenai proses pembuatan dan penerapan Internet of Things. IoT  merupakan sebuah rancangan yaitu objek yang  berkemampuan untuk mengirimkan data data melalui membran internet sehingga tidak harus diperlukan  bantuan komputer dan pengguna. Salah satu contoh penggunaannya dalam kehidupan sehari hari adalah pengoperasian IoT Smart Home, Smart city dan lain lain. contoh  Internet of Things smat home yang menghubungkan perangkat elektronik, seperti menyalakan dan mematikan lampu, kipas angin, AC, dan membuka atau menutup pintu dari jarak jauh melalui internet yang ada dirumah. sedangkan contoh penerapan smart city adalah E-Tilang, Traffic Light.  Disini penulis mengajukan diri mengadakan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Cisco Packet Tracer dalam pelatihan pembuatan Internet of Things untuk menyalakan perangkat elektronik dari jarak jauh, untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa siswi sebagai program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Melalui pelatihan kepada para siswa SMK Budi Agung Medan diharapkan mereka dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi Cisco Packet Tracer untuk meningkatkan IPTEK dalam bidang IoT dan  sebagai sarana proses pembelajaran. SMK Budi Agung Medan adalah salah satu SMK yang beralamat di Jl. Platina Raya No.7, Rengas Pulau, Kecamatan Medan Marelan, Kota Medan.

Abstract

The use of technological tools in this day and age is no longer a new thing for society, where children, adolescents, adults and even the elderly are common and even have it. The use of this technology is one way to facilitate work quickly that can be done remotely. In this case, sometimes we as a society or as students can only use it without knowing how to make it. Making this IoT-based application can be used to deepen students' knowledge about the process of making and implementing the Internet of Things. IoT is a design, namely an object that has the ability to transmit data through the internet membrane so that the assistance of computers and users is not required. One example of its use in everyday life is the operation of IoT Smart Home, Smart city and others. an example of the Internet of Things smart home that connects electronic devices, such as turning on and off lights, fans, air conditioners, and opening or closing doors remotely via the internet at home. while examples of smart city implementation are E-Tilang, Traffic Light. Here the author volunteered to conduct training on using the Cisco Packet Tracer application in training on making the Internet of Things to turn on electronic devices remotely, to increase students' knowledge as a community service program. Through training for SMK Budi Agung Medan students, it is hoped that they can take advantage of the Cisco Packet Tracer application to improve science and technology in the field of IoT and as a means of the learning process. Budi Agung Medan Vocational School is one of the SMKs located at Jl. Platina Raya No.7, Rengas Island, Medan Marelan District, Medan City.
