Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out and analyzing the role of the Oral Arabic program in developing Arabic language skills for new students of the Arabic Language Education study program at the Indonesian University of Education. This program was held based on the problem of differences in the backgrounds of students, some of whom have not or have never studied Arabic, which hinders these students from understanding the learning in class. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The resource person in this research is one of the new students who is taking part in the Oral Arabic program. From this research, data was obtained regarding the Arabic Oral Program, such as the number of students and educators, the purpose of the program, the teaching materials used, and the obstacles faced during the learning process.

Abstract

This research contains how the responses of the students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia about the issues of SARA conflicts that are developing in the current era of globalisation. The purpose of this research is to find out the level of awareness of students on the issues of racial conflicts that are developing in the current era and how their attitudes in overcoming this. The informants in this study are students from various batches, study programmes and faculties. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method in which this research only describes the content of a variable in the study, not intended to test certain hypotheses. These data were collected through questionnaires distributed to students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Overall, the average result is 82.73% which is included in the high category which means it shows that students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia respond to SARA issues in the era of globalisation with high. Although the level of awareness of students is high on the issues of SARA conflict, we must remain vigilant and selective in choosing and sorting out the information we get through social media.

Abstract

In a Return to Base (RTB) situation, aircraft needs to immediately fly back to its origin airport. Since there is no published flight procedure for an RTB, an Air Traffic Controller (ATC) will assist the pilot for the flight procedure to fly. The objective of this work is to generate a flight trajectory in RTB situation based on the available airport flight procedures (departure and arrival) in Kertajati airport. The Dubins Path was used as a method to generate the flight trajectory and supported by the Vector-Field Methodology. The Python programming simulation was used to simulate the flight trajectory generation in the normal condition, second closest waypoint condition, and different parameters value condition. The trajectory was simulated based on flight characteristic of a single engine aircraft (Cesna 172) and multi-engine aircrafts (Boeing 737-800NG). The simulation results show that the Dubins Path and Vector-Field methodology success to generate the flight trajectory in different types of condition and parameters. The increase in aircraft velocity and the decrease in aircraft bank angle caused an increase in the aircraft turning radius. While, the decrease in aircraft flight path angle caused increase in the length of Dubins Path line.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) bagi peserta didik tunagrahita menghadirkan tantangan khusus yang menuntut strategi pembelajaran adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran PAI di SLB Ulaka Penca Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara fleksibel dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung, serta didukung media visual berupa kartu bergambar, poster, dan lembar kerja interaktif. Evaluasi tidak hanya mencakup aspek kognitif, tetapi juga perkembangan sosial-emosional siswa. Guru menghadapi berbagai hambatan, antara lain keterbatasan sarana, minimnya buku ajar khusus, serta keragaman karakter peserta didik yang menuntut strategi berbeda di setiap kelas. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya merancang strategi pembelajaran inklusif yang mengintegrasikan empati, pendekatan kontekstual, dan media yang mudah diakses agar pendidikan agama dapat berlangsung efektif bagi peserta didik tunagrahita
