Abstract

Leadership is the ability to influence the behavior of a group towards achieving goals. The main focus of this research is the behavioral approach of leadership in the context of management. This approach emphasizes the behavior and actions of leaders as the main factors in influencing individual and group performance in organizations. The purpose of this study is to analyze various theories and research related to the behavioral leadership approach, the concept of leadership behavior approach, leadership style based on the behavioral approach, various behavioral approach theories, such as the Michigan study, the Ohio study, and the Managerial Grid/Leadership grid, as well as various case studies from previous studies. The method used is a literature review study method, such as from books, journals, and several previous studies. The results of this study emphasize the importance of an effective leadership behavior approach in achieving organizational goals. Leader behavior has a significant influence on employee motivation, performance, and satisfaction. Therefore, it is important for organizations to understand and implement effective leadership principles and styles to create a productive and motivating work environment.

Abstract

The physical work environment and non-physical work environment play an important role in supporting the productivity and operational efficiency of a company. This study aims to analyze work environment factors on business processes in the Production Procurement Department of the Supply Chain Division of PT PAL Indonesia with the challenges of adapting to changes in the workplace and the application of new technology, through several aspects of the work environment, such as work atmosphere, relationships between coworkers and relationships between subordinates and leaders. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that a conducive work atmosphere, effective communication between colleagues, and leadership support play an active and significant role in operational success. A good work environment improves performance and supports the achievement of company goals.

Abstract

The success of an organization is determined by the quality of leadership and the leadership style used. Successful leaders are those who are able to manage an organization, influence others constructively, and show the right path and behavior to work together. A management style that supports and motivates employees also has a significant impact on company development. The aim of this research is to analyze and identify the leadership qualities and management styles used in the success of an organization. The method used is a literature review study method, such as from books, journals and several previous studies. The results of this research emphasize the role and influence of leadership and management styles on employee performance, as well as comparisons with relevant previous research. Some of the variables discussed include organizational commitment, motivation, communication and employee performance in the context of leadership, as well as planning, organizing, directing and controlling in the context of management. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of integration between leadership and management in achieving organizational goals, as well as various leadership styles and management functions that can influence employee performance and company development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify human resource management in increasing work commitment at the Alvarezi Clothing Store, Kamal, Bangkalan Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative. We use 2 data. Primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews. Meanwhile, we got secondary data from a collection of literature. The research results show that good human resource management will increase employee commitment and morale.
