Abstract

PT. XYZ, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur, memproduksi berbagai produk, termasuk Bok Travo. Perusahaan bertujuan untuk mengurangi limbah dalam proses produksinya untuk meningkatkan keuntungan dan tetap kompetitif di industri. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, sebuah penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengurangi, dan mengusulkan perbaikan limbah dalam proses produksi Bok Travo. Studi ini menggunakan konsep lean manufacturing dengan menggunakan alat pemetaan aliran nilai dan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil pemetaan aliran nilai menunjukkan bahwa waktu produksi Bok Travo dapat dikurangi dari 2559 menjadi 2159 menit. Dengan menggunakan metode FMEA, akar penyebab pemborosan tertinggi diidentifikasi sebagai cacat seperti permukaan material yang tidak rata, kebocoran, kerataan, dan goresan pada produk. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang diusulkan antara lain penambahan waktu pengelasan dan pemberian support selama pengelasan, serta pengecekan silang dimensi sebelum proses perakitan.

Abstract

PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is a manufacturing company that produces costumize products, steel door systems and fireproof doors. Currently PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is producing 100 units of pallet rack manufacturing with customers from PT X so that proper material requirements planning is needed. The purpose of this research is to determine the material requirements of pallet racks optimally and efficiently. This research requires calculating the Bill of Materials (BOM) using the Cutting plane method and controlling the production process to run effectively and efficiently. Based on the calculations that have been carried out, the results show that for 2 mm thick mild steel material requirements, 6 sheets of plate are needed, 3 mm thick mild steel requires 173 sheets of plate, 3.6 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate and 5 mm thick mild steel requires 12 sheets of plate. So that from these calculations PT Atlantic Anugrah Metalindo is expected to minimize the material requirements of pallet rack products.

Abstract

PT. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk Plant Prambon is a manufacturing company that produces precast concrete. In carrying out the production process, PT. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk Plant Prambon requires materials and services from related vendors. The Supply Chain Management Division is responsible for meeting material and service needs. However, in the process it is not uncommon to encounter several risks that can hamper the company's smooth operations. Therefore, this research recommends the House of Risk method as risk management. From the results of this research, it can be seen that there are 21 risk events and 34 risk causes. The results of House of Risk phase 1 are that there are 9 causes of risk that need to be formulated risk mitigation strategies. The results from House of Risk phase 2 obtained 9 risk mitigation strategies

Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between e-service quality and customer satisfaction with WiFi services, as well as identifying the correlation between customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. In addition, this research also shows customer experience as a factor that influences customer satisfaction, and tests whether e-service quality can mediate the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. A survey method using a questionnaire was used to collect data from 15 respondents, who were WiFi service customers aged at least 17 years, domiciled in DKI Jakarta. The results of hypothesis testing show positive results and a significant impact on all formulated hypotheses, providing an important contribution to our understanding of the factors that influence customer satisfaction in the context of WiFi services. It is hoped that these findings can serve as a guide for service providers to improve e-service quality and increase customer satisfaction. Apart from that, this research also explores the influence of customer satisfaction on repurchase intentions. By focusing on the context of WiFi services, the findings of this research can provide valuable insights for practitioners in designing more satisfying marketing and service development strategies. The analysis results show that customer satisfaction not only has a positive impact on repurchase intention, but also has an important role in linking customer experience with satisfaction levels.

Abstract

XYZ is one of the largest manufacturers of bus houses in Indonesia as a safe and reliable means of transportation with almost 50 years of experience. In carrying out the production process, employees are required to always be optimal in completing their work, but on the other hand, employees have limited workloads. The aim of this research is to determine the workload conditions received by Salvagnini CNC Laser machine operators, as well as to provide suggestions for improvements to the preparation department (Salvagnini). In order to find out the workload conditions for operators from this department, workload calculations are carried out using the FTE (Full Time Equivalent) method which is obtained from observing job descriptions, units of output or types of activities produced by operators (units/activities), vol-umes containing the number of production results. , as well as the duration of work carried out by the operator. The operator's workload conditions on the first and third days were FTE values of 0.671 and 0.949 (underload) because the FTE value was <0.99, while on the second day the workload condition was 1.033 (fit) because the FTE value was between 1-1.28.

Abstract

Forecasting is an analytical method that involves calculations with both qualitative and quantitative approaches, which aim to estimate future events. Every company, including PT XYZ, needs an inventory control system to achieve optimal inventory levels. The problem that exists in the scope of supplying consumable materials in the General Engineering Division of PT XYZ is that every month there is often a shortage of consumable materials, especially in the 3 most frequently used consumable materials, namely UK 4'' x 6 Grinding Stones, DIA Roll Brushes. 1” X 4 ”L, and Wire Rod DIA. 1.2 MM. This research applies the Time Series Simple Moving Average and Weighted Moving Average methods as an approach to analyze historical data and forecast future material demand. To support this analysis, POM-QM software is used which has the ability to process and process time series data effectively. After the calculation is carried out, the results of UK 4 'x 6 Grinding Stone forecasting using the Weighted Moving Average method produce a 13th period forecast of 156 pcs. Forecasting Brush Roll DIA. 1 “X 4 ”L using the Weighted Moving Average method resulted in a 13th period forecast of 29 pcs. While forecasting Wire Rod DIA. 1.2 MM using the Simple Moving Average method resulted in a 13th period forecast of 630 kg.

Abstract

PT. Kali Jaya Putra is a manufacturing company that focuses on the production of wood floors. One of the products produced is solid flooring. In a series of production processes, product defects are still found up to 7.5% of total production, defects that often occur such as cracks, pinholes, roughness, and also twists which certainly affect product quality. The research conducted aims to determine the percentage of defective products, the causes of defects and the resulting impacts or effects, and to provide recommendations for improvements to minimize the percentage of defects in solid flooring products at PT Kali Jaya Putra. The method used is Six Sigma and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results of this study are that the most dominating defects are crack (53.75%), followed by pinhole defects (36.77%), twist (8.62%), and roughness (0.85%). The causes of defects in products are caused by several factors such as humans, machines, methods, materials, and the environment. Based on FMEA, it is known that the cause of the defect with the highest RPN is 384, namely operator negligence in material sorting. As for recommendations for improvement that can be given, namely conducting training on the grading of raw materials in the hope of minimizing operator errors in sorting raw materials.

Abstract

Distribusi modern menghadapi tantangan kompleks akibat cakupan wilayah yang luas, jumlah titik distribusi yang meningkat, dan dinamika permintaan yang berubah. Hal ini menuntut strategi distribusi yang efisien untuk mengoptimalkan rute pengiriman. PT. XYZ menghadapi permasalahan distribusi akibat ketiadaan rute yang terstruktur, sehingga menyebabkan ketidakefisienan waktu tempuh dan biaya operasional. Pengemudi diberikan kebebasan menentukan rute pengiriman tanpa urutan yang jelas, sehingga distribusi produk menjadi kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan rute distribusi produk beras Nasi Uduk 5 kg menggunakan metode Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk menghasilkan rute distribusi yang efisien dengan memperhatikan jarak, kapasitas kendaraan, dan pola permintaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ACO mampu mengurangi jarak tempuh dari 787,5 km menjadi 575,6 km, atau berkurang sebesar 27%. Penurunan jarak ini berdampak langsung pada efisiensi biaya distribusi, yang juga berkurang sebesar 27%. Dengan penerapan metode ini, perusahaan tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga mengurangi ketergantungan pada metode konvensional yang kurang fleksibel. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan solusi optimal bagi perusahaan dalam mengatasi tantangan distribusi, serta relevan untuk diterapkan dalam industri dengan kompleksitas distribusi yang tinggi.

Abstract

Perusahaan di era yang modern selalu berkompetisi dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk yang mereka buat. Produk yang dibuat harus mempunyai kualitas standar yang cukup baik dan harga yang kompetitif dari produk lain. PT. XXZ memiliki permasalahan dalam penurunan kualitas produk yg dihasilkan yang belum memenuhi standart, dan yang menjadi penyebab menurunnya kualitas produk roti tawar gandeng meliputi berbagai kecacatan yaitu Cacat Berlubang , Cacat Gosong ,Cacat Penyok, Cacat Bantat, Cacat Over Fermentasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan kualitas produk tersebut adalah dengan cara menggunakan dua metode yaitu Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengidentifikasi penyebab kecacatan dengan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan menentukan usulan perbaikan dengan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Berdasarkan analisis cacat produk roti tawar gandeng dari proses produksi yg berlangsung telah teridentifikasi dari 5 jenis cacat terdapat 3 cacat yang tertinggi yaitu cacat berlubang dengan nilai probabilitas 6,5 % , cacat gosong dengan nilai probabilitas 5,9 % dan cacat bantat dengan nilai probabilitas 6,9 %.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Industri Perunggasan Terpadu di Indonesia. Saat ini rute pengiriman yang terbentuk berdasarkan perkiraan saja tanpa adanya suatu metode untuk menghitung jarak yang ditempuh. Selain itu terdapat 15 agen yang harus dilayani dengan kapasitas angkut yang terbatas dan setiap agen menentukan jadwal pelayanan yang berbeda-beda, mengakibatkan beberapa agen bisa dilalui lebih dari sekali sehingga mengakibatkan bertambahnya jarak tempuh yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya biaya transportasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi permasalahan dengan menggunakan metode Nearest Insertion Heuristic. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan rute pendistribusian agar diperoleh jarak tempuh dan ongkos transportasi yang minimum dengan mempertimbangkan kapasitas angkut kendaraan dan waktu pelayanan tertentu yang ditetapkan oleh para agen dengan menggunakan metode Nearest Insertion Heuristic. Metode Nearest Insertion Heuristic merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk evaluasi kenaikan minimum jarak antar pemasok dengan pemasok baru yang akan dikunjungi (pelanggan yang terdekat). Hasil penelitian ini adalah didapatkan rute, yaitu total jarak tempuh yang optimal sebesar 320,7 km dengan memberikan penghematan jarak 19,2% dan total waktu sebesar 17,16 jam dengan memberikan penghematan waktu 22,77 %. Biaya transportasi yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp.1.086.321,- dengan memberikan penghematan biaya sebesar 22 %. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rute optimal metode nearest insertion heuristic lebih baik dari rute awal perusahaan.
