Abstract

One uniqueness that can be identified as a historical heritage in Indonesia is Batik. Almost every region in Indonesia has its characteristics, including motifs, color patterns, and philosophical meanings. In Jambi, Batik is always worn on formal occasions and has even become the community's uniform at various events. On the other hand, in terms of sales, MSMEs must maintain their brand quality and compete competitively in the market. Therefore, this study investigates consumers' brand image, attitude, and intention to buy Batik and the decision of consumer behavior to buy Batik as an implementation of the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). One hundred eighty-eight participants from Jambi province participated in filling out this online questionnaire. Then, the data that has been collected is tested using PLS-SEM. The results showed that all elements of TRA had a positive effect on the buying behavior of Batik in Jambi.

Abstract

Fashion trends, especially for young people, are an inseparable lifestyle. Satisfaction in following trends is one of the factors that encourages young people to always follow trends. Besides that, there are limitations to social norms that become limitations in exploring fashion trends. This study examines enjoyment-based motivation, descriptive norms, and injunctive norms on the fashion buying behavior of young SMEs in Jambi province. A total of 303 participants filled out online questionnaires, and the data collection period was three months (February-April, 2023. Data analysis used the PLS-SEM test. The results of this study indicate that enjoyment-based motivation, descriptive norms and injunctive norms have a positive effect on buying behavior This research contributes to determining the personal factors of the customer and social norms in determining the purchase of fashion products, so that MSME actors can consider both social products with social norms and quality improvement to fulfill the enjoyment based motivation of customers in the long term.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menguji literasi keuangan, inklusi keuangan dan perilaku keuangan yang diterapkan oleh pelaku UMKM perempuan di Jambi. Pelaku UMKM dengan gender perempuan, menjadi subjek dari penelitian serta berdomisili di Jambi. Kemudian, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 167 pelaku UMKM perempuan. Data dihimpun melalui survei daring selama periode tiga bulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki dampak positif terhadap inklusi keuangan dan perilaku keuangan, sementara inklusi keuangan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku keuangan. Lebih lanjut, hasil dari uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat menjadi alat untuk penetapan strategi dari UMKM dengan pemahaman literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan pada kelangsungan bisnis jangka panjang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi dampak COVID-19 pada keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM, dengan mengukur strategi keuangan dan ketahanan keuangan yang dimiliki oleh UMKM. Survei dilaksanakan dengan metode online melalui pengisian google form, dan terdapat 148 responden untuk diuji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap ketahanan keuangan, dan lebih lanjut, ketahanan keuangan pada inovasi bisnis. Disisi lain, strategi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inovasi bisnis. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah dibutuhkan ketahanan keuangan pada UMKM, untuk terus meningkatkan inovasi bisnis keberlanjutan.Kata kunci: Strategi Keuangan, Ketahanan Keuangan, Inovasi Bisnis, UMKM.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini dapat mendeskripsikan proses bauran pemasaran dan inovasi produk untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran produk UMKM Studi deskriptif pada UMKM Zara Pudding,Penelitian dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi yang bertujuan untuk memaparkan suatu fenomena yang unik dari UMKMK Zara Pudding. Subjek penelitian yaitu UMKM Zara Pudding dan pemilik UMKM Zara Pudding. Seluruh proses kegiatan kegiatan usaha sebagai objek penelitian ini. Penelitian dilakukan secara aktual dan virtual di mana penulis fokus mengamati Proses Bauran Pemasaran Dan Inovasi Produk Sebagai Strategi Penjualan Produk Umkm Studi Deskriptif Pada Umkm Zara Pudding.Penulis menggunakan triangulasi data, yaitu triangulasi sumber menguji keabsahan data yang didapat mmelalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan sumber yang valid.Hasil Penelitian setelah zara pudding melakukan orientasi kewirausahaan dan bauran pemasaran maka Kinerja pemasaran yang baik dinyatakan dalam tiga besaran utama yaitu, Nilai penjualan : Di saat zara pudding telah melakukan orientasi kewirausahaan dan bauran pemasaran ada nilai keuntungan uang atau unit produk yang terjual secara baik, Pertumbuhan penjualan :Dan telah terjadi juga ada pertumbuhan penjualan yang ditunjukan dengan kenaikan penjualan produk yang sama dibandingkan dengan penjualan yang bulan – bulan lalu., Porsi pasar :Zara Puding juga dapat berkontribusi produknya dalam menguasai pasar produk dibanding dengan kompetitor

Abstract

Budidaya jamur tiram dapat dilakukan dalam skala kecil sebagai industri rumah tangga atau sebagai usaha sampingan keluarga sehingga mampu memberikan pendapatan keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan memfokuskan terhadap Edukasi dan Pendampingan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui membangun bisnis budidaya jamur tiram di Desa Kerinjing. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dengan kerjasama dengan UMKM untuk memberikan penjelasan dan pemahaman kepada mereka bahwa penting nya Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Upaya Membangun Bisnis Budidaya Jamur Tiram.  100% peserta menyatakan bahwa pengabdian ini sangat penting untuk masyarakat desa kerinjing. Seperti yang diketahui, bahwa pemberdayaan ini dapat meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dan pemerataan pendapatan. Maka dari itu, dengan adanya pengabdian masyarakat diberikan modal pengetahuan untuk upaya membangun bisnis budidaya jamur tiram  yang berdapampak kepada masa depan.

Abstract

This research investigates the entrepreneurial dimension, innovation, and digital marketing on market and finance performance. These research samples consist of 260 MSME actors in the city of Jambi. This study employs the Likert scale to measure construct variables in order to test their validity and reliability. The data and hypothesis of this research were examined using partial least square (PLS). The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurial factor influences innovation and digital marketing positively. Innovation and digital marketing positively impact the performance of MSMEs. However, innovation and digital marketing have no relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing e-procurement on fraud prevention in Regional Government. Research has been carried out in several regional agencies in South Sumatra Province. The research was conducted using the questionnaire distribution method. The variables in this research are the e-procurement stages, namely planning, committee formation, prequalification, tender document preparation, bid evaluation, announcement, objection. The results of the research state that the implementation of e-procurement has an effect on preventing procurement fraud in the Regency/City Region of South Sumatra. Then, from the results of this research, it was also concluded that of the seven stages of e-procurement, only four stages of e-procurement had an effect on fraud prevention (document preparation stage, offer evaluation stage, announcement stage, and rebuttal stage). Meanwhile, the other three stages (planning stage, committee formation stage, and prequalification stage) in e-procurement have no effect on fraud prevention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of Indonesia’s CPO exports and the effect of world CPO prices, rupiah exchange rate per US dollar and CPO production on the supply of CPO export in Indonesia from 1995-2020. The method that used in this research is Error Correction Model (ECM). The results of descriptive analysis are reflected: (a), the export volume of Indonesia’s CPO is very fluctuating in relation to the development of production variables, the value of the rupiah per US dollar and the world CPO export price; (b), the competitiveness of Indonesia’s CPO exports computed by the RCA Index reflects a relatively low competitiveness are less than one, but the trend has improved since 2012, where the RCA Index is greater than one. The regression results showed that, in the long-term, CPO production have a positive and significant impact on the CPO exports growth during the period, whereas in the short term the production have a negative and insignificant effect. The world price of CPO in the long and short-term prices have a negative and insignificant effect. The rupiah exchange rate per US dollars in the long term and short term have negative and significant effect. In the long term all independent variables have significant effect on the dependent variable, while in the short term all the variables have no significant effect on export volume variables.
