Abstract

This study aims to determine 1. The effect of e-promotion on the decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations, 2. The effect of e-service quality on the decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations, And 3. The effect of e-promotion and e-service quality on the decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations. The object of this research is the Muzakki who have paid zakat to zakat management organizations both LAZ and BAZNAS, Banten Province, with 96 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that (1). E-Promotion significantly and positively effects decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations. 2. E-Service quality significantly and positively effects decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations, And 3. E-Promotion and E-Service Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to pay zakat in zakat management organizations. The total contribution effect of e-promotion and e-service quality to the decision to pay zakat is 21 percent, while the remaining 79 percent is effected by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect relationships between the variables of work commitment and the performance of Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province. (1) Does work commitment significantly influence the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province? (2) Does work commitment significantly influence the well-being of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province? (3) Does well-being have a significant positive influence on the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province? (4) Does work commitment, through well-being, have a significant positive influence on the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency? The population of this study consists of all modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province. The sample size is 84 individuals, obtained by multiplying the total number of indicators by 7, according to Ferdinand's theory. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. The data were processed using Smart PLS software version 3.2.9 and analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work commitment has a significant positive influence on the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province. (2) Work commitment has a significant positive influence on the well-being of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province. (3) Well-being has a significant positive influence on the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province. (4) Work commitment, through well-being, has a significant positive influence on the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi karakter ulul albab yang terkandung dalam beberapa ayat Al-Qur’an, yaitu QS. Al-Baqarah (2): 179, 197 dan 269; Ali- Imran (3):  190 - 191; Al-Maidah (5): 100; Yusuf (12): 111; dan Al-Ra’d (13): 19, Ibrahim (14): 52; Shad (38): 29 dan 43; Al-Zumar (39): 9 dan 18; Ghafir (40): 54; dan Al-Thalaq (65): 10, dalam perspektif Syekh Nawawi Al-Bantani, kemudian menemukan relevansinya dengann nilai-nilai karakter dalam kurikulum merdeka. Analisis dan identifikasi nilai-nilai karakter ini dalam dua klasifikasi, yaitu karakter ulul albab dalam perspektif Syekh Nawawi Al-Bantany terhadap ayat-ayat ulul albab, dan nilai-nilai karakter kurikulum merdeka. Metode penelitian ini kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif konseptual dimulai dengan membaca, mencatat (mengumpulkan data), menidentifikasi, menyusunnya dalam satuan-satuan sesuai urutan pola berpikir, kemudian menganalisis hingga pada kesimpulan. Masalah pada penelitian ini, adalah apa karakter ulul albab perspektif Syekh Nawawi Al-Bantany?; dan apa relavansinya dengan nilai-nilai karakter kurikulum merdeka?. Hasil penelitian, bahwa karakter ulul albab adalah akidah yang kokoh dan kedalaman spiritual, keluasan wawasan keilmuan, kematangan professional, berakhlak mulia, dan menggunakan Al-Qur'an dan Al-Sunnah sebagai sumber rujukan untuk belajar. Karakter yang digali dari pemikiran Syeik Nawawi Al-Bantany tersebut relevan dengan nilai-nilai karakter kurikulum Merdeka, yaitu religius, moderat, toleran, demokratis, cinta tanah air, gotong royong, terampil, berwawasan luas, berdaya saing, pekerja keras, kritis, kreatif, inofatif, solutif, mandiri, , bertanggung jawab, dan peduli lingkungan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of social media on the self-confident character of the Generation Z. The object of this research is Generation Z who study at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Kairiyah Kubang Puji and Madrasah Al-Khairiyah Pontang. The total sample was 60 Generation Z, students are studying at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Kairiyah Kubang Puji and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Khairiyah Pontang. The sample was taken based on Ferdinand's sampling theory. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection method used a questionnaire, which was distributed to 60 Generation Z ,people who study at these two Madrasas. Data were processed using SPSS software version 26. Data analysis used a simple linear regression method. The results of this research show that social media positively and significantly effects formation of the confident character of the generation Z. The influence that social media variables have on the character of the generation Z is 17.9%. while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
