Abstract

Curug Goong adalah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Padarincang, Kabupaten Serang, Banten, Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa macam potensi wisata yang ada di Desa Curug Goong dan perlu untuk dilestarikan serta dikembangkan sehingga dapat mendorong perekonomian masyarakat Desa Curug Goong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi wisata di Desa Curug Goong yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Namun,  ada permasalahan pada wisata yang ada di desa Curug Goong, diantaranya seperti kurangnya akses yang memadai menuju wisata tersebut sehingga mengurangi daya tarik pengunjung. Selain itu, tata kelola tempat wisata tersebut tidak baik pada bidang keamanan, kebersihan, dan administrasi pada wisata tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct and indirect relationships between the variables of work commitment and the performance of Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province. (1) Does work commitment significantly influence the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province? (2) Does work commitment significantly influence the well-being of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province? (3) Does well-being have a significant positive influence on the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province? (4) Does work commitment, through well-being, have a significant positive influence on the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency? The population of this study consists of all modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province. The sample size is 84 individuals, obtained by multiplying the total number of indicators by 7, according to Ferdinand's theory. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. The data were processed using Smart PLS software version 3.2.9 and analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work commitment has a significant positive influence on the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province. (2) Work commitment has a significant positive influence on the well-being of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province. (3) Well-being has a significant positive influence on the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency, Banten Province. (4) Work commitment, through well-being, has a significant positive influence on the performance of modern Islamic boarding school religious teachers in Serang Regency.

Abstract

Mahasiswa rentang terpapar paham radikalisme dan ekstremisme. Krisis identitas dan propaganda online menjadi salah satu faktor radikalisme dan ekstremisme di kalangan mahasiswa. Beberapa organisasi dengan paham radikal dan ekstremisme menjadikan mahasiswa sasaran untuk menjadi anggota mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis upaya mata kuliah moderasi beragama di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dalam menguatkan karakter moderasi beragama mahasiswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran moderasi beragama berbasis masalah di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dapat menguatkan karakter moderasi beragama, terlihat dari kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa yang mengedepankan diskusi yang konstruktif dalam setiap pembahasan permasalahan-permasalahan moderasi beragama sehingga membuat mahasiswa dapat dengan yakin menunjukkan perilaku toleransi, anti kekerasan, penerimaan terhadap tradisi, dan komitmen kebangsaan yang menjadi indikator moderasi beragama.

Abstract

Fundamental character building is a benchmark for students in developing their potential. Of course, this is one of the most potentials that should be able to find one's identity. The Qur'an finds formulas in overcoming and forming characters according to its capacity, one of which is by the method of story. The story (qishah) in the Qur'an is unique and/or idiosyncratic in two main respects. First, paying attention to the aspect of truth and factuality (waq'iyah) is not just imagination. Second, pay attention to the goals and objectives of the exposure of the story. The purpose of the stories in the Qur'an (qishah qurani) is participation with other models or styles that the Qur'an utilizes to realize religious and educational goals and objectives, of which the Qur'anic story is among the most important methods. In Islamic education, many methods can be used to improve and develop, educate, care for, and strengthen every potential given by Allah to students, one of which is the story-learning model. This model is one of the models or solutions for teachers as students in teaching story material in the classroom and outside the classroom.
