Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of investment risk consisting of market risk (X1), business risk (X2), and financial risk (X3) on stock returns (Y) in automotive companies listed on the BEI in 2014-2023 simultaneously and Partial. This research data was obtained from the financial reports of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the finance.yahoo.com website. The research sample consisted of 10 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 10 years, namely the 2014-2023 period. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the t test and F test methods. The results of the research show that the market risk variable has a significant negative influence on stock returns, business risk has a significant positive influence on stock returns and financial variables. risk has an insignificant negative effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, simultaneously (F test) the independent variables have a significant influence on the stock return variable. With a determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.111, it shows that 11.1% of the dependent variable on stock returns can be explained by independent variables consisting of market risk, business risk and financial risk and the remaining 88.9% is explained by other variables that are not researched.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to assist Flamboyant Bakery in creating a sales application. The primary goal is to develop an E-Commerce application that can overcome operational constraints, such as marketing limitations in a wider market, difficulties in acquirinjg new customers, and a lack of media that can enhance the company's credibility. The sales application aims to expand the market, improve information accessibility, and introduce the company's profile. It also facilitates the recording of purchase and search history by customers. Therefore, it is expected to enhance Flamboyant Bakery's operational efficiency and competitiveness in a highly competitive market. Additionally, this research examines marketing methods and strategies that can be utilized in the app's development. The app design is based on a thorough analysis of customer needs and market trends, with the goal of providing an optimal solution for Flamboyant Bakery. This approach aims to create a sales application that meets the company's operational needs while also effectively attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. This website design was created using the Python programming language with the Flask framework and for data storage/database using SQLite.

Abstract

Background. Universities face challenges in improving the effectiveness of lecturer performance evaluation to support education and research development. Purpose. Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers the potential to optimize the evaluation process through automation, big data analysis, and smarter decision-making. Method. This research aims to identify and implement strategies for the implementation of artificial intelligence in lecturer performance evaluation systems in higher education. The main focus is to improve the objectivity, accuracy, and efficiency of the evaluation process, so as to provide more meaningful feedback to lecturers. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were obtained through literature studies, interviews with education and technology experts, and analysis of existing lecturer performance evaluation data. An AI system was developed to process and analyze evaluation data by utilizing machine learning algorithms to provide more accurate evaluation recommendations. Results. The result of this research is that implementing artificial intelligence in the lecturer performance evaluation system succeeded in improving the accuracy of the evaluation. The system is able to provide recommendations for lecturer development based on a thorough analysis of their performance. In addition, the time efficiency of the evaluation process was also significantly improved. Conclusion. The conclusion of this study shows that artificial intelligence implementation strategies can be successfully applied in lecturer performance evaluation systems in higher education. With increased objectivity, accuracy, and efficiency, this system makes a positive contribution to human resource management in the academic environment. It also encourages further implementation of AI technology in lecturer performance evaluation to improve the quality of higher education.

Abstract

Terdapat peningkatan penting dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan riset dan pengabdian pada masyarakat di institusi pendidikan seperti Politeknik LP3I. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil perancangan website sistem informasi yang menggunakan framework CodeIgniter untuk mempermudah proses manajemen penelitian dan pengabdian pada dosen. Metode penelitian melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi menggunakan CodeIgniter. Hasilnya adalah aplikasi yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan manajemen data penelitian dan pengabdian pada dosen secara terintegrasi, termasuk pengajuan penelitian, pengelolaan proyek, dan pelaporan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, mempercepat akses informasi, dan meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan di Politeknik LP3I. Hasilnya menggarisbawahi pentingnya penerapan teknologi informasi yang tepat dalam mendukung proses akademis dan pengelolaan proyek di lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

Pengelolaan aset yang efektif berperan penting dalam mendukung operasional perusahaan, terutama di sektor manufaktur. PT Dirgantara Indonesia masih menerapkan sistem pencatatan dan peminjaman aset secara manual, yang berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan pencatatan, kesalahan data akibat faktor manusia, serta kesulitan dalam pemantauan aset secara real-time. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem manajemen aset berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan mencakup analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan aplikasi, implementasi fitur, serta pengujian guna memastikan sistem berfungsi secara optimal. Aplikasi ini memiliki dua jenis pengguna utama, yaitu admin dan head office, dengan fitur utama berupa pencatatan aset, peminjaman, pemantauan status aset, serta pembuatan laporan digital peminjaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat proses peminjaman, serta meningkatkan kemudahan akses informasi aset secara real-time. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem berbasis web dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan aset, serta berkontribusi terhadap optimalisasi kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
