Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Transportation of North Sumatra with the aim of analyzing the effected of work family conflict on work stres and organizational commitment with organizational support as moderating variable. The population were employees in Dinas Perhubungan of North Sumatra, amounting to 178 people. The sample was taken randomly using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples was 123 respondents. The data source used primary data and data collection techniques, namely giving questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used data quality test, MRA test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results obtained, it was stated that partially work family conflict had significant effected on work stres to employees. Social support have significant effected on work stres to employees. Social support have not moderates the effect of work family conflict on work stres to employees. There is a moderated correlation between work family conflict to work stres employee.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the number of industries engaged in the same type of business,which creates intense competition in that market share. Skinos Medan beauty clinic has capital, regular customers and experienced employees, However faced with obstacles in the aspect of management and utilization of the company's internal resources and the clinic also faces various threats from external company factors. This research aims to determine and analyze the marketing strategies that can be carried out by the Skinos Medan beauty clinic to increase the company's competitiveness based on STP analysis (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) and SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Threat, Opportunity). In this research, the author uses a qualitative method with data triangulation techniques. For data collection techniques are using the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. For data analysis techniques are using STP analysis, IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, SWOT diagram and SWOT matrix. Based on the results of STP analysis, Skinos Medan beauty clinic uses single-segment concentration strategy for Concentrated Marketing type of target market with the clinic positioning itself using Quality Positioning style. Furthermore, based on the results of the analysis using the IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, SWOT diagram and SWOT matrix, the strategy obtained is in quadrant 4 strategy, called a defensive strategy. The implementation of the strategy is thatSkinos Medan beauty clinic will use an alternative WT (Weakness-Threat) strategy to survive and minimizes all the weaknesses and threats of the company.

Abstract

This type of research is a type of casual associative research, the type of causal associative research (cause and effect) is research that aims to find whether there is a relationship between two or more variables. This research was conducted in one government office, namely the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of Sumatra Province North which is located on Jln. Ngalengko No.1, Perintis, East Medan District, Medan City, North Sumatra. The population is the whole of the research subjects, while the sample is part of the population. Values ​​that are calculated and obtained from this population are called parameters. population taken is 150 employees. Samples were taken by 100 employees using the Slovin formula sampling technique. The data source used was primary data. Researchers also collect data by observing or observing the BPSDM office. Sub structure I Variable Competence (X1) of 0.552 states that for every addition of 1% Competence, it will increase Commitment by 0.552 or 55.2%, and vice versa if Competence decreases by 1% then Commitment will be predicted to decrease by 0.552 or 55.2%, Variable Work Ethic (X2) of -0.053 states that for every 1% addition of Work Ethic, it will not increase Commitment by -0.053 or 05.3%, and vice versa if Work Ethic decreases by 1%, Commitment will not be predicted to decrease by -0.053 or 05 .3%, Substructure II Competency Variable (X1) of 0.128 states that for every addition of 1% Competence, it will increase Performance by 0.128 or 12.8%, and vice versa if Competence decreases by 1% then Performance will be predicted to decrease by 0.128 or 12, 8%, the Work Ethic Variable (X2) of -0.059 states that for every addition of 1% Work Ethic, it will not increase Performance by -0.059 or -05.9%, and vice versa if Work Ethic decreases by 1% then the performance will be predicted not to decrease by -0.059 or -05.9%. The Commitment Variable (Z) of 0.532 states that for every 1% addition of Commitment, it will increase Performance by 0.532 or 53.2%, and vice versa if the Product Price decreases by 1% then Performance will be predicted to decrease by 0.532 or 53.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty at CV. Yes Service. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees, while secondary data was obtained from documentation studies obtained from various information held by the company and the results of previous research. The data analysis method uses quantitative methods, namely Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The population in this study were customers of CV. Yes Service. The sample in this study were 110 respondents. The results showed that Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Customer Loyalty, it was concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between Service Quality and Price together on Customer Loyalty. While the ability of Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2) together can explain changes in Customer Loyalty (Y) of 43.3% while the remaining 56.7% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Promotional Mix on decision making of buying OPPO cellular phones in the city of Medan. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach because it uses a survey (Questionnaire), while the nature of the research is explanatory research. This research was conducted by researching and collecting data as the author's analysis material, which was carried out in 15 sub-districts carried out from April 2022 to June 2022 using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, so that a sample of 205 respondents was obtained. The results of the research analysis show that Advertising, Direct Selling, Interactive Selling, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Public Relations have a positive and significant influence on Decision Making of using OPPO cellular phones. The results showed that Advertising, Direct Selling, Interactive, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, and Public Relations simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Decision Making of buying OPPO Mobile Phones in Medan City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of comfort and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Gajah Mada Indonesia. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees, while secondary data was obtained from documentation studies obtained from various information held by the company and the results of previous research. The data analysis method uses quantitative methods, namely Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The population in this study are consumers or institutions that use the services of PT. Gajah Mada Indonesia (GMI) Medan amounted to 172, the sample of this study used saturated sampling which took the entire population as a sample. The results of the study indicate that Convenience (X1) and Service Quality (X2) together have an effect on Consumer Satisfaction. While the ability of Convenience (X1) and Service Quality (X2) together can explain changes in student Consumer Satisfaction (Y) of 12.5% while the remaining 87.5% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The effect of Wordwall-based learning media on the learning outcomes of grade III students at SD Inpres Hartaco Indah, Makassar City on the material of game activities and water sports. The approach used is quantitative with a pre-experimental design of the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design type. The sample in this study was 30 students. The results of the study showed an increase in learning outcomes after Wordwall-based media. This can be seen from the increase in the average value from 62.16 in the pretest to 81.66 in the posttest, as well as a decrease in the standard deviation from 12.08 to 5.92, which indicates an increase in the consistency of student learning outcomes. The normality test shows that the data is normally distributed. Meanwhile, the results of the Paired Sample t-Test produced a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. The questionnaire data also showed that students responded very positively to Wordwall-based media in learning. Therefore, it can be concluded that Wordwall-based learning media has a significant effect on student learning outcomes, and also helps improve understanding and interest in learning, especially in PJOK learning.
