Abstract

Teacher professionalism will never be separated from attention to their performance. This research aims to find out in general about teacher performance assessment management (PKG), especially in the learning process. The procedures for collecting data were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods with the main sources being Madrasah Heads, Teachers and other stakeholders, so that the research results showed that the management of teacher performance evaluation at MA Persis Lempong was divided into; Teacher Performance Assessment Planning, which includes; (1) PKG Preparation Stage, (2) PKG Team Formation Stage, (3) PKG Schedule Determination Stage. Implementation of Teacher Performance Assessment, which includes; (1) Teacher Performance Appraisal Time, (2) Teacher Performance Appraisal Instrument, (3) Teacher Performance Appraisal Method. And Evaluation of Teacher Performance Assessment at MA Persis Lempong – Garut.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are crucial components in enhancing the quality of education. This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management, particularly in improving the quality of education. The data collection procedures were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentary studies with sources including the Head of Facilities and Infrastructure, the Head of Curriculum, teachers, students, and other stakeholders. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach. The research findings indicate that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bandung encompasses several discussions: (1) Planning of facilities and infrastructure, including needs analysis and projection of required facilities and infrastructure. (2) Organization of facilities and infrastructure, including inventorying and arrangement. (3) Implementation of facilities and infrastructure, including utilization and maintenance. (4) Monitoring of facilities and infrastructure, including performance monitoring and assessment. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in improving the quality of education, based on the Accreditation Instrument for Educational Units (IASP) for the year 2020 at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bandung, achieved a level 4 with the highest performance achievement. Considering the accreditation results regarding facilities and infrastructure standards, MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bandung obtained a score of 94, indicating excellent management of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop an organizational psychology module that is specifically designed to meet the needs of teachers in improving collaboration and communication competencies at MTs Persis Lempong Garut. The method in writing this journal uses a qualitative method with a field research approach. This type of research is development research to produce products (modules). The researcher develops the module through the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The data collection includes questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document studies. Furthermore, the results of the research findings are divided into several important points, including; a) Research results that include the development of organizational psychology modules, results and analysis (both qualitative and quantitative), b) Research discussion that includes module trials, results analysis, implications of findings, and contribution to results. So it can be concluded that the research on the development of the organizational psychology module at MTs Persis Lempong Garut has succeeded in fulfilling its goal of improving the understanding and management of organizational psychology in the context of education.

Abstract

Kualitas lembaga pendidikan juga dapat dilihat dari ketersediaan dan kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana yang dimilikinya, dengan demikian sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia secara lengkap dan memadai, akan sangat membantu proses belajar baik akademik maupun non akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara umum tentang manajemen strategik dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana. Adapun prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Sementara pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sarana dan prasarana di MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bandung terbagi kepada beberapa pembahasan diantaranya; (1) Kondisi Sarana dan Preasana Pendidikan di MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bandung, (2) Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan di MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bandung, (3) Manajemen Strategik Sarana dan Prasarana di MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bandung yang meliputi; tahap formulasi strategik, tahap imlementasi strategik, dan tahap evaluasi strategik.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses mengubah sikap dan tata laku seseorang atau kelompok orang dalam usaha mendewasakan manusia melalui upaya pengajaran dan pelatihan. Pendidikan diwujudkan dengan suasana belajar dan proses pengajaran efektif, berjenjang dan lingkungan yang kondusif. Keberadaan Madrasah yang dibangun diatas norma-norma Islam baik berupa lingkungan Pesantren atau Madrasah berjenjang; Ibtidaiyah, Tsanawiyah, atau Aliyah diharapkan menjadi solusi peningkatan mutu wawasan keilmuan dan peningkatan akhlak budi pekerti terutama di lingkungan masyarakat Muslim. Untuk mewujudkan ini semua membutuhkan perencanaan baik dari sisi persiapan, penyusunan rencana, pengesahan sampai ke tahap aplikasi dilapangan. Madrasah harus memiliki perencanaan pendidikan, terstruktur dengan visi misi serta tujuan yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi konsep dan strategi perencanaan pendidikan Islam di Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Huda Baleendah Bandung. Penelitian ini didasarkan dengan metode analisis deskriftif disesuaikan dengan sumber-sumber kepustakaan, serta observasi dan wawancara. Adapun hasil dan pembahasannya terbagi kedalam beberapa pembahasan perencanaan diantaranya: Perencanaan Penetapan Tujuan, Perencanaan Penyusunan Program, Strategi Pengambilan Keputusan, Perencanaan Penetapan Tindakan, dan Pengawasan dan Evaluasi, sehingga dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Huda Baleendah Bandung sangat relevan sekali dengan konsep perencanaan pendidikan pada umumnya.
