Abstract

Students are the main and most important element in education, without students there will be no possible learning process in the classroom. The research was conducted at SMA Plus Assalaam. This study aims to see the development of student management at SMA Plus Assalaam. Researchers in researching SMA Plus Assalaam used field research. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive orientation. Data collection techniques that are in accordance with the focus and objectives of the study, then carried out using three techniques, namely observation, interview (interview) and documentation. The management of student development used by researchers is the mechanism for accepting students, the selection process and orientation activities for new students, coaching students at SMA Plus Assalaam.

Abstract

Tafsir Tematik yaitu salah satu metode tafsir yang masih berkembang hingga saat ini, karna ia tumbuh sesuai dari pemahaman dan pemikiran pada AL-Qur’an. Terkhusus cara tafsiran Al-Qur’an yang tepat muncul dengan beragamnya persoalan dalam kenyataan sosial yang selalu muncul. Metode ini juga dianggap lebih efektif dalam memberikan penjelasan dari pesan-pesan Al-Qur’an dikarenakan pembahasan yang dimiliki lebih komprehensif dan dibahas dari beberapa sudut pandang. Namun walaupun demikian, terdapat beberapa kelebihan pertama, terletak pada kapabilitasnya menjawab tantangan zaman, kedua menghasilkan kesimpulannya yang mudah dimengerti, ketiga metode ini sekaligus menolak pula kepada terdapatnya ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berlawanan. Sementara kekurangannya menjadikan pemahaman ayat menjadi terbatas dan mempartisi ayat-ayat Al-Quran.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is the training and development system for teaching staff at Pluss Asalaam High School. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze: Strategies, results, and supporting and inhibiting factors for training and development management as well as the personalities of teaching and education staff. This research is field research with a qualitative approach, from informant sources, principals and educators. The results of this research include: firstly, the training system for teaching staff at Pluss Asalaam High School has been implemented well, this can be seen from all the teaching staff who have taken part in training, at least training held by the school such as MGMP and Workshops, and Educational Courses. Second, the teaching staff development system at Pluss Asalaam High School is also running as it should. This can be seen from the fact that almost all of the teaching staff at the school are certified civil servants, some are even continuing their education to postgraduate level. With effective training and development, the learning process can be smoothed, which will make it easier for educators and students to achieve educational goals.

Abstract

Education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) has an important role in producing a generation that excels both academically and in Islamic character. In the process of providing education, effective financing management, especially in Admission of New Students (PPDB), is a crucial factor. This research aims to analyze PPDB financing management at MTs Assalam Bandung, identify obstacles and opportunities in the management process, and propose improvement strategies to increase financing efficiency. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews with madrasa heads, financial staff, the PPDB committee, and analysis of financial documents. The research results show that PPDB financing management at MTs Assalam Bandung is carried out through detailed planning, efficient management and strict supervision. The use of a wave-based payment system and online registration increases operational efficiency and transparency. However, challenges such as late payments and parents' lack of understanding of financial provisions are still the main obstacles. The resulting recommendations include implementing an installment and education savings system, as well as strengthening communication between schools and parents to ensure a better understanding of financial regulations. This research concludes that transparent and efficient financing management can improve the quality of education and build public trust in educational institutions.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses mengubah sikap dan tata laku seseorang atau kelompok orang dalam usaha mendewasakan manusia melalui upaya pengajaran dan pelatihan. Pendidikan diwujudkan dengan suasana belajar dan proses pengajaran efektif, berjenjang dan lingkungan yang kondusif. Keberadaan Madrasah yang dibangun diatas norma-norma Islam baik berupa lingkungan Pesantren atau Madrasah berjenjang; Ibtidaiyah, Tsanawiyah, atau Aliyah diharapkan menjadi solusi peningkatan mutu wawasan keilmuan dan peningkatan akhlak budi pekerti terutama di lingkungan masyarakat Muslim. Untuk mewujudkan ini semua membutuhkan perencanaan baik dari sisi persiapan, penyusunan rencana, pengesahan sampai ke tahap aplikasi dilapangan. Madrasah harus memiliki perencanaan pendidikan, terstruktur dengan visi misi serta tujuan yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi konsep dan strategi perencanaan pendidikan Islam di Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Huda Baleendah Bandung. Penelitian ini didasarkan dengan metode analisis deskriftif disesuaikan dengan sumber-sumber kepustakaan, serta observasi dan wawancara. Adapun hasil dan pembahasannya terbagi kedalam beberapa pembahasan perencanaan diantaranya: Perencanaan Penetapan Tujuan, Perencanaan Penyusunan Program, Strategi Pengambilan Keputusan, Perencanaan Penetapan Tindakan, dan Pengawasan dan Evaluasi, sehingga dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Huda Baleendah Bandung sangat relevan sekali dengan konsep perencanaan pendidikan pada umumnya.
